Richard Eder: Ambetter, Centene Company: The worst medical insurance provider, any other company would be a much better choice. We started the plan in our town that we were told by customer service that Ambetter had network providers in our town and check with provider for a doctor and they also said they were in network. The plan started Jan. 1, 2023, by the time the doctor had a opening it was Feb. 2023 for our wellness checkup for a mammogram, Ambetter refused to issue a referral, called and they told us we were out of network. Called Ambetter Health after 2 hours on the phone They straighten it out. After the mammogram the Breast Center claim irregularities needed a second referral, Ambetter denied, again a couple hours on the phone it was straighten out again. Ambetter claimed we were out of network again. They did issue the referral. The ambulatory center claim after the second mammogram a biopsy was needed, that is a very stressful time, again they denied the referral. Ambetter claimed they changed us without notification to a different provider in the middle of our wellness checkup. This is now the end of February 2023 and when March 2023 arrived, Ambetter changed our network provider again. Ambetter also increased our deductible, co-insurance and co-pay too in the second month of coverage. The network provider was changed to a location 10 miles out of town, the first time and changed again the network provider 35 miles out of town. My wife & I were tired of spending a couple hour on the phone ever time we needed to use our medical insurance with Ambetter Health. We have had medical insurance for many years now and this practice wasn't a customary practice with any other medical insurance. The marketplace allowed us to change insurance with all we had to deal with. Every state has a Department of Insurance, sometimes titled diffently, all states have guidelines to abide by. Ambetter Health makes their own guidelines. That is absolutely not right. Save yourself a lot of aggrevatation and go elsewhere.

Issue extended medicaid supposed pay of transportation mileage to from visits to patient or client not feed themselves with it. Especially. If medical transport which is severely famous never pick person up in need go to doctors only good at hanging up phones. Get A in that category competency. Nobody seen reversement of mileage reported and severely owed to clients. I sent mileage as fax to their fax number. So it was valid number. Whether they pay clients bsck trip cost for fdfusing transport is qurstion none paid yet. St. LOUIS SHOULD ANSWER. HAVE COMPETENT TRANSPORT FOR CLIENTS FUTURES. TO CALL.

They leadI had an initial interview with Talent Acquisitions on October 12, 2022 and I was clearly informed that I have made it to the second interview. I was scheduled for an interview on 12/9 with VP of Finance, VP of Quality and Director of Medical Management. Get this and you are not going to believe what happened.On the night of 12/8 literally at 8pm Pacific Time, I got an email from the Talent Acquisitions that my interview has been cancelled because I didn't make it in the second round.Alright I understand that they probably found someone internally but to be informed last minute like that after waiting for more than a month is very unprofessional and quite inconsiderate. I prepared for this interview and invested time and effort for it.I will never consider this company or its affiliates to any of my friends or family for either employment or services. They are just horrible

The security they contract out has been allowing people to work after being exposed to covid by other staff members quote " There's no way we could allow that many people off work to get tested , just because of one person" . I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Two weeks into my contract assignment, we are on a call with Corporate office and all HR Recruiters and there is a huge brawl about how the company’s hiring practices are unfair. Some big wig named Daniel, was all flustered in the call. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I realized my mistake. I then proceed to see the same unfair hiring practices in the Orlando office. Two recent temp were hired and it had nothing to do with “qualifications” but being friends with the boss (Traci Somach). Constantly demean and put down Recruiters who had more experience than her. Bully. Hostile work environment. Do not work for this Company. Poor Mgt. Racist culture. Lack of preparation. Do not adhere to temp contract terms. Temps were let go after the holiday season after covering for all the Full time employees who enjoyed their vacations while temps work. Back stabbing, sneaky, unprofessional and very poorly managed company. Like I said ZERO STARS!

Your Taleo HRIS is mal-configured such that if a an individual applies 10 months ago, as identified by email on that direct applicant's profile for a job application, if a staffing agency represents that same person for a 'contract' role, the staffing agency is unable to submit the candidate for a contract role.Yet when you have a dozen staffing agencies vying for the same software or database developer role from the same St. Louis labor market, it only cause confusion and delay. The staffing agencies all lie to to the candidate and a corrupt and horribly run Centene human resources makes no attempt to be clear and use proven HR social science methods to choose the best candidate for contract.When you replace your HR VP with a new one, I truly doubt any changes comes to the Centene HR policies, procedures, and methods, with regard to advertising for, choosing, vetting, and hiring one of the most qualified.In competing for your many technical writer roles in the last 18 moths, this is what I've encountered. Hell, I'd be a better VP of HR than any candidate that applies, and certainly your current HR VP.Anyone can get a diploma from Webster University, the joke that it is, throw enough money at them. Same goes for all the joke universities in the St. Louis area. Look what the Colorado-state front range, Washington State, and certainly California.

Middle management will sit there and tell you you are unprofessional but others who are actually unprofessional are congratulated. I’m talking about those employees who make fun of those on their caseload. While those of us who do not make fun of their caseload are put down because one person files a complaint against uou.
