Public School Retirement System: what do users think?
Suzanne Engel: Getting ready to retire. No one can be transparent when explaining how much you will be getting. Rude when you ask to many questions regarding the exact dollar amount. They tell you that actuaries figure that out. The amount reported to the retirement system from HR is incorrect for starters. They leave one to believe that they are not solvent. The latest is that they are over a month late getting statements out.
Kay Bailey: I did not have a positive experience. The representative was dismissive and rude and when I spoke to her supervisor she was the same. I left my job in July. I’m still waiting on them. Not acceptable.

Saint Louis Public Schools: what do users think?
Artistichands Jones: Please change your hours of operations the website says you close at 5 p.m. you closed at 4 p.m.
Ms Ford ford: I absolutely love!!!! Saint Louis Public School
Brandi Jennings: I set in both of my childrens classroom to figure out why I have to teach my kids things hands on and what can be the problem of doing certain subjects in class. Getting on IPADS is a big no because how the kids going to learn by just watching things instead of taking the time out to introduce the subject to the kids. There's no way they should learn by writing and doing more hands on instead of electronics that's going to make things worst for the parents as well as the teachers. They need hands on learning and more writing ipads is not the way to go. Don't know why even it got started
BLACK*BEAUTY: BEEN REACHING OUT TO MISS CAMPBELL FOR OVER A WEEK AND STILL NO CALL BACK. I’M A VERY CONCERNED PARENT AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
Courtney Palmer: Very rude people who work here I tried calling for information but I kept getting hung up on by the lazy workers down there
Obresha Brown: Being a SLPS GRADUATE I had more faith in my teachers and administrators growing up than my child has. My child attended Washington Montessori and will never attend again because she has experienced constantly bullying from numerous student in her class boys especially ans her teacher did nothing about it. My 8 year old daughter was punched in the chest by a little boy in her classroom intentionally and I never received notice from any school staff (not the teacher, principal) no one at all regarding this incident. They really do not care. The teacher never reported this incident and its upsetting very upsetting to know that my child is not safe at school and incidents like this one will happen and my child is under a tremendous amount of stress. The school system has failed my child and may be failing other kids this is very upsetting. No one seems to care about anything anymore.
Jordan Grimes: Saint Louis Public Schools offers an educational experience that has produced a myriad of success. Top quality teachers, support staff, and administrative staff. It is simply the best school district the children of St. Louis City have.
Candy Boyd: They have some really excellent schools. Check out U. S. News and World Report on high schools.
Dorothy Whitehead: Always nice to visit and get everything taken care of.
kat smile: How is this possible to teach 24 kids in one class room and stay 6ft apart my hearts break smh these little people deserve better
and mill: I love it, for what it is.
Raven: They have really lost their touch. As a graduate from SLPS and now a parent of a student in the district, I have grown to become very disappointed in the district. Our students are being left behind, teachers take off more days than they work. Parents have to sign up for announcements and alerts because the district doesn’t even try and communicate with parents. Now schools are closing because enrollment is down. Enrollment is down because they are just not caring for our students and parents have to seek other services.
Elijah James: Answer the phone man
Sarah Siglock- Webb: Who decided it was a great idea to have children go to school without a teacher! Who thought up teaching a 7 yr old through an I pad only?! What is wrong with you all? How is a single parent suppose to work, with the new school hours?! I am a grandmother who now is adjusting her work schedule, so my grandchilds parent can work! 8 -2:30? This is horrible!!!!!
Braden Reily: I didn't have SOAP DISPENERS during COLD AND FLU SEASON for over a MONTH
Lionel H: Absolutely non-professional. Teachers bring their personal issues and feelings into the classroom resulting in unnecessary punishment!Find a different district. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Mr Mallow: This place is not a good place to educate children
Stephanie Campbell: Unproductive staff. I expected the staff to go above and beyond to help my child. Sadly, little effort and resources were used to resolve the issue. Could the staff, at least, appear to care about the children?
LaTandra Landrum: I have two daughters , my oldest is 11 and my youngest is 7. We’ve been a part of the Stix family since 2010 with My oldest starting with the Pre-K program. Starting out I ABSOLUTELY loved Stix, as a part of their mission is to nurture our children. The level of attentiveness, care and teaching provided was great. Sad to say since my 1st child was promoted from 2nd grade in 2015 some of the teachers, the assistant principal and the school nurse that were there retired or moved on to other schools, sadly upon their departure there has been a decline in care & nurture . It’s kinda like the commercials,1st kid vs 2nd kid kind of situation were there is a distinct difference. While teaches still go through the formalities and professionalisms (for the most part) the level of care just wasn’t there until this year. My 2nd child has 1 more year with Stix and now ending her 1st grade year with Rianca Lovett. This was Miss Lovett’s first year teaching at Stix. I ABSOLUTELY love her, if this is a sign of restoration for the school this will be wonderful thing. I can only pray my daughter’s last year will be just as wonderful as this year. Miss Lovett is what our kids need in a teacher. She’s very caring & nurturing for her students and very patient, all while enforcing the rules & demanding respect. I can see the growth in my daughter academically and she loves school and her teacher. My daughter is very eager to learn and always willing to share something new that she’s learned from her teacher. Miss Lovett has made a positive impact on my child & I thank her for that. Kudos to Miss Lovett for a job well done.
Danielle Harmon: A teacher aide acussed my of stealing a phone.even going as far as to say she saw me ,and grabbed the phone out my hand.dont know if she covering for someone else who did it or not and why I was targeted.first time in my life I'm ever been acussed of stealing.now they don't feel comfortable with me eating lunch with my child.my child been there for a few weeks and this happened
Theresa Mitchell: My nephew got suspended for defending his self from a little boy that was hitting him. What kind of bs is that and the principal Tennille Peeler using foul language while speaking with him. I will be contacting Board of education tuesday.

St Louis City Mayor's Office: what do users think?
Christopher Robinson: The city needs a clean house and revamp of management. Where are the FAMILY entertainment venues in the city of St.Louis? What is there for the children to do? Skyview Partners is supposed to develop a $15 million family entertainment venue in Ofallon,Mo. Why is St.louis being passed up on things like this. $249 and some odd millions in Covid relief funds and all the alderman are trying to do is raise there salaries????????What do you all actually do? Goodfellow Blvd from Delmar to Mclaran is messed up in the worst way I mean the street is really undrivable but of course people are forced to drive on it knowing it will mess there tires and rims up because the city of St.louis's management only cares about collecting revenue for mundane b.s. taxes and stealing hard working citizens property.
Jaybo J.: Buildings old and dank. Basements dark and gloomy. Outside needs to be sandblasted or power-washed. Not enough parking on the side of building.
Theon Jones: St. Louis is NOT a dying State. We have newly appointed officials/ Mayor that I solely trust will do their best to get the State back to how it used to be.
Daphne Cunningham: Mayor called shutdown before Governor and saved lives. In particular, she saved Black lives like my mother, born in this city during World War 2. I am thousands of miles from my birthplace in another country where a shutdown was called, a bit too late, but at least it's a shutdown, and it's saving lives just like Mayor Krewson did when she closed the city to all but essential workers. I can only imagine what the hospitals would look like in St Louis if she hadn't done what she did weeks before the Governor acted. St Louis called it right in 1918 and the City did it again a hundred years later.
Eric Z: This city is still spiraling down to the point it is almost out of control. The Mayor campaigned on the promise of fighting crime as her number one issue. It has gotten so much worse that I won't even go downtown for a ballgame on a regular basis.
Rick King: The most incompetent mayor yet. Accusing the police of intimidation! Standing strong is part of their job, or your house would have been burned down, instead of just some paint balloons and a broken window. Shame on you Lyda Krewson. I don't live in the city, thankfully. But i eat , watch baseball and hockey, attend concerts and visit the businesses down there. Not anymore. Canceling conferences and hiding is not going to work. Get off your lazy duff and resign. Your city is on fire and you are spewing gasoline. You are an embarrassment to the whole region.
Susan Lundry: This office and Mayor have consistently demonstrated a lack of concern for the citizens of this community. As a member of this community for 55+ years, I had hoped to experience a respectful office with professional mannerisms, perhaps a little kindness, and more during my business dealings with this office. Unfortunately, a desire to experience anything remotely resembling respect is wishful thinking. This is another disappointment of the Florissant, Missouri, environment.
