Mona Robinson: I visited this location this morning to get some documents updated & assure there are no hiccups before the general election. While I was able to accomplish what I needed to this morning, it was disheartening that it is such a melodramatic process.I spoke with the Secretary of State’s Office last week to advise the steps I needed to execute to resolve my dilemma. This would have been awesome to handle with this office unfortunately their phone lines are set to loop & disconnect the calls instead of allocating any staff members to answer. This intentional deterrent is counterproductive & unprofessional at the very least.Upon arrival, there are tons of lengthy & unnecessary signage that offers anything but information as to what can be accomplished on site. Less “don’t exit, use other door due to construction, don’t pass barrier” signs, & MORE “Update voter registration, check status here, line to vote” here signs would be beneficial. It’s implied & obvious that the barrier is a social distancing barrier...you couldn’t get through it without moving it & at that point someone should already be addressing an individual that seemed to be clueless of such. The excessive signage appears as clutter, lack of proper communication being executed verbally through staff, & it’s very uninviting. Individuals come to this site to execute a right to vote or rather work towards such... find a better job of being a resource & not creating another barrier of entry for these citizens. As mentioned, I accomplished what was needed although I had to reiterate my desired agenda twice after proactively given the information that was needed from the point of initial contact. Active listening, critical thinking skills, & clarifying questions go a long way to make things more efficient & productive (seamless) for all parties; much improvement can be made & achieved with proper training & a cup of courtesy.I hope to see this organization find ways to better serve the citizens of this community in the near future.
H M: Terrible customer service. I'm so sorry to inconvenience the desk workers by changing my address.

Anita Hurst: We recently hired Juan’s to slope our backyard since it was holding water and in desperate need of repair. Juan and his crew did a great job. He also did some concrete work and we couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Juan’s Company Landscape.
