Olivia Mueller: I went to do my one free dump for the month that they say all city residents have. I’ve never been here before. The guy was sitting in his truck and told me I couldn’t dump because I was in my business truck with decals on it, even though I was bringing stuff from my home to get rid of. There were all kinds of people there with SO MUCH TRASH dumping but the guy said I couldn’t dump my residential trash because of my truck decals. That makes no sense to me and is very unfair. I asked the guy “where does it say I can’t have my decals on my truck” and he said “I’m telling you” seems like discrimination if you ask me, very unjust. This is my only vehicle and if I’m getting told no based on my vehicle I think maybe I need to speak to my lawyer.

I see some people put out all kinds of garbage that they know cannot be picked up, and I understand why it is not picked up. Jason Ledet: If I could give them zero stars I would. They continuously miss our street and only empty half our trash a portion of the time when they do show up. I turned off payments until they come back and empty the rest of my trash that has been sitting here for two weeks. Customer service keeps making promises, but locally they do not care about any of that. Unfortunately they are the only option in Cahokia, otherwise I would go with someone else. I would gladly pay more for another company as well, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I miss my old service with Aspen. Never had a single issue until WM took over.

Nothing gets resolved just ignored and then your billed weather they completed service or you had to pay someone else to complete the service. Most unprofessional group I’ve worked with for trash, also bulk items seem to be an issue, unless it’s the payment that is the only easy part of it.

Emina Vehapi: If I could give them 0 stars I would. We get service twice a month and they continuously skip services and send us emails telling us that the pick up was complete when it wasn't. When you call customer service they never know why this keeps happening or are constantly coming up with excuses. Furthermore be aware that they charge the customer for replacement containers that their drivers break!!!!! They also don't notify you that there are additional charges, so if you have autopay set up I highly suggest that you keep track of your bills. Honestly, if you are looking for a waste company LOOK THE OTHER WAY, skip over them, save yourself from the hassle of having to call them EVERY month and find yourself a better company.

Ozeiter: I scheduled a bulk item pick up, explained to the operator I had a lot of items he said okay and then they didn't pick up all of my items. When I called back to find out why they told me there's a 2 item limit to a bulk item pick up. Doesn't sound like a bulk item pick up to me.
