Susie Jennison: Had them come out for a bid to replace 2 doors original to our 100 year old over the winter. Was told that they would send me a quote and that was never received. I called the office twice and was told they would get it to me. That never happened.
Gary Pohl: The company was very professional and Justin did a fabulous job of installing 3 garage doors with openers. It looks great and we are very pleased.
Ryan O: Workers neglected to follow posted no parking signs for street cleaning. When the office was contacted, they apologized, but this doesn't help at all in the situation.

Terry Golden: Poor workmanship and lies. I asked them to leave when owner came out and I complained about how the work was done . owner made excuses and refused to fix the problem Tech told me he greased the hinges and springs but when I called another company out they said this was not done tech also put the bottom seal in wrong and the new company said it is never done that way. Now if I want it fixed I can't cause there will be holes in the door. They only have one tech so be warned
David Adams: Had trouble programming my garage door remotes. Called F2 on Monday (New Years Day Holiday) and Frank came out within 2 hours and reset and programmed all remotes including my new car remote. Fantastic customer service. F2 has serviced my garage doors for over 10 years!
Kristen Hannukainen: I had a minor issue with one set of wheels repeatedly coming off the tracks. I called on a Thursday looking for help and got a time set up for Sunday morning. The repair tech came within the 2 hour window promised, gave me a 20 minute heads up that he was on his way, and then quickly got to work. A short while later the tech called me back to explain what he did. The pricing was very fair and the garage door is no longer having issues. I would definitely recommend these guys for any garage door repairs.

The first was too busy to take another client and the second told me a month and then after waiting a month, forgot to order a garage door. F2 had my garage door installed within a week from calling them and came in $200 less than the company originally contracted to do the install. Can't recommend this company enough.

Cheri W: My son ordered me a new opener online and when we went to install, it had several defective parts. I spent over a month going back-and-forth with customer service and online chats, trying to get it resolved and couldn’t so I had to call reinforcements! Brett came out and did a phenomenal job. Not only was he able to get the manufacturer on the phone and have them correct the issue, they refunded me the additional money I had to spend for new parts and he was able to get the opener, programmed and set up and adjust all of the springs. Excellent service, and I highly recommend!

Adam Paxton: One of giant springs on my 70 year old wooden garage door broke. Each of the four garage door companies I had come out said those springs were no longer available and I had to replace the entire garage door, even though the door was in good shape. I had a new door ordered, but when that company had to put my door on a 12 week backorder, I was forced to start over.Fortunately, I came across Wright Door Co! They came right out, and were unfazed by the equipment. They used their suppliers to have new springs built, and were installing them a week later.Friendly folks who really know their stuff. And they don't default to the 'rip out and replace' method like the other door companies. Thanks!

We called The Wright Door after hours and the owner was able to calm my husband and I nerve down. Instead of sending someone out and having to pay a high fee, he talked us through a way to open the garage to get our vehicle out the garage in order for us to get to work the next day. KaTmH McDougle: Edit - 2/11/22 - Thanks for the response. Maybe you have the wrong number because we haven't received any calls. So yeah, see we didn't know any of that information until he was done with the work and presented us with a higher than expected bill. Would have been nice to be communicated with during the process, otherwise it comes across as shady especially when you quote one price to me, but then upsell when only my wife is present. If he really cared, he would have just made it $500 as we agreed on and you eat some of the cost or again, communicate it ahead of time to get our agreement, but just to present us with a higher bill was not right. No big deal, just want others to be aware of these practices in case they experience the same thing.Work seems good but was quoted $400-$500 to fix the bottom seal, adjust springs, and replace 12 rollers. I was not there when the work was completed but my wife was presented with a bill for $755 that was marked down to $575. I was confused so I talked to Dan before we paid. He said he used a better roller and seal but he never communicated that to us so the bill was a surprise. I don't like surprises. Work took exactly an hour. Just be cautious that your quote may not match the final invoice and they may not communicate the changes they make along the way.

I called and a friendly gentleman told me they could come out mid-day today (which surprised me since many companies doing home services are on long backlogs due to the pandemic). The technician called to let me know when he was on the way. He was super-professional, easy-going and got the job done very smoothly. The price was very reasonable, much less than I thought it might be. They had serviced our door once four years ago, at which time I was similarly impressed. I don't give out many five-star reviews, but this company deserves it. Big applause for Wright Door Co.

Andrew Thorpe: Mike was absolutely incredible. We called him and he came to our house at 9:30pm to make sure I could go to work in the morning. Additionally, he quickly surmised the problem and explained it in a way where even an amateur (me) could understand and look out for it in the future! He's an outstanding person and extremely kind!

Allen Lu: No punctuality at all. I do not recommend Mike if you don't want to waste your time. Had an appointment at 9am which was his 1st appointment of the day. I took a vacation day for this appointment and I treat it seriously. I texted the reminder the night before, no reply. I called at 8:30am to remind and was told he will be at my house in the late morning. Called again at 11am and was told he was running late with his schedule and will give me ONE Hour notice. I told him that nobody will be home after 3pm and he told me that he definitely will come before 3pm. I gave up calling him and it ends up NO SHOW and NO reply. Even Mike can get your job done or get your door fixed, I would not do business again with a person does not have any respect with other's time.
Beth M: The good reviews must be from friends and family members. Phone was answered promptly, however the committing to a time to come out was wishy-washy at best. If the person/company is too busy, it would have been better to just state they were unable to add another service call. Instead, after waiting hours for a contact back on if they were going to arrive at my place that night, I had to reach out with a text. The response was it would be better to come at 9 a.m. the next day. Said ok to that and at 9:15 a.m. the next day with a no show, and no contact, I found another more reputable company that came out in less than an hour and finished in 45 minutes. DO NOT use this company unless you want to sit around and wait forever.

The other company came out and gave me a ridiculous quote to replace the torsion spring on my door. I promptly declined their services. That's when I called 24/7 Garage Door Services. I spoke to Mike by phone, and he came out the same day in a matter of a few hours. Mike assessed the situation quickly and quoted me way less than the other company (less than half the other company's quote)! WOW! Mike completed the job in less than an hour and the garage door is working great.
