Brandy Clifton: Drove 40 minutes there to get my son fitted for a tux and they don't have people there on the weekends that can do a tux fittings. It's prom season and parents have to work. This time I will be with him. This is ridiculous his prom is in 2 days and this will be the 4th trip we have made down there as I said it's 40 min one direction.

Brandon Adkins: Enlisted the services of Saavi Formal Wear for my wedding on 4/22/23.For logistical reasons my wedding party used both locations at West County and South County mall. Will @ south county was awesome! He's a busy guy, but always seemed geniune and concerned about everything fitting properly and being correct. One piece of my Dad's tux was wrong, but with one phone call to the Delmar location, everything was fixed and made right. In summary, all good things to say about Saavi Formal wear. They will take care of you and get you looking sharp for your special occasion!

Amanda Jeske: Savvi Formalwear was the only suit-rental option I could visit in-person in St. Louis that had a dark green suit. The suits turned out so lovely for my wedding. The groom was free with the rentals for the groomsmen. They provided suits, shoes, shirts, and ties upon pick-up. They had options on the day beforehand to exchange if any sizes were incorrect. The fit was great for all the groomsmen. Only hiccup was that my husband didn't end up getting a vest with his suit as requested, but that is probably his fault for not noticing when he picked up his suit.

Ed Sampa': All I can say is perfection. Manager Ed was on top of things and kept in contact with me about everything. I recently had my wedding and at the last minute I wanted to switch my style around and he brought out my vision. There also was an issue with one of my groomsmen tux and as promised he had together next day. All of my groomsmen including the little ones fit perfectly and they really enjoyed having them on. Samantha Gherardini: So back in April, my fiance and I scheduled an appointment to discuss renting suits for our wedding. When we arrived to the location, the woman working the store said they didn't have an appointment scheduled. We first thought it was a mistake we made on our end (but come later to find out it wasn't).Since the shop was empty, we asked her questions about how renting tuxes worked anyway. She was not helpful at all, very short with her responses. Nothing was really explained to us. We ended up leaving, and felt that the experience was super awkward. After that, we decided to do our tux rentals through another company.Cut to ALMOST FOUR MONTHS LATER, and we receive a message from Savvi saying " Our computer system is super slow and we just got your request for an appointment. We are so sorry, and let us know if you still need a Tuxedo Package." Acknowledging an appointment that late is unacceptable!

Reagan Day: We used Savvy for the guys suits for our wedding. We had excellent service each time we went in. They were more than accommodating when we needed to keep my husbands suit for an extra day to visit a grandparent that couldn’t attend our wedding. 10/10 would recommend.

The tux shirt was stained around the collar and wrists. 2 people's shoes had the soles FALL off right after the wedding! When we return the tux tomorrow, we expect they should refund a lot of the money for this poor, gross service!

Andrew Barnes: I got tuxedos here for my wedding. I can't recommend them enough. My service throughout was outstanding.The man who helped me, Ryan Schwomeyer, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I told him that I did not know much about tuxedos and asked him to give me a complete overview of my options. He did an excellent job explaining to me the difference between modern and traditional tuxedos, the different aesthetic concerns regarding shirt ruffles, button look, etc.Not only was the price completely fair (I know because I did a lot of price comparison around the area), but he also handled the work in an extremely timely manner. Stallone's website asks for a lead time of three weeks but if you have less than that ask for Ryan! I did not have less than three weeks myself but his offer to handle things in less time if needed was also very reassuring. In addition, my groomsmen were almost all from out of town and could not come in for measurements, but Ryan provided me with a complete list of what he needed and all of their tuxes were perfect when they arrived. Furthermore, Ryan was off/the store was closed the day before the wedding for July 4th when everyone arrived, but he assured me repeatedly that if anyone tried on their tuxedo and there was any problem to come back in on Saturday morning and he would take care of it. Ryan is a man with a wonderful attitude who takes fantastic care of customers, and I think you will be very happy if you get tuxes here.Finally, my dad left his iPad in the store by accident when we came to pick up the tuxes, and Ryan called me and my brother back within 10 minutes to tell us so we could come retrieve it.

My boyfriend was very happy with his rental and has since rented several formal jackets from this location. We are always impressed by the quality of the pieces and the customer service he recieves. He always looks forward to renting there, and we can't say enough good things about this place.

Either this associate lacked the competence or does not care whether the right measurements were taken.I am extremely disappointed with the service from Stallone's Formal Wear. I am not sure whether this location is representative of the other Stallone's locations, however I will surely be sending my future business elsewhere.
