I’ve never had a problem with them like I did when I went to a different salon.Netta, the front desk receptionist is also amazing. If I ever have a conflict she always finds a way to get me in or just move my appointment by 10 minutes. She goes beyond what is expected. She is hands down the best at the front desk. There is a woman at the front desk though that never attempts to accommodate me and is preoccupied all of the time. If I had her name I would put in my review.

KJallDAY: The lash extension services were not long lasting at all I had been going to Amazing lash studio for about a year and the lashes fall off after 2-3 days. I went to different lash techs (even paid the extra for a master lash tech) and each time the lashes were falling off after a few days. I was told that I must not be taking care of them properly, that working out and sweating is one reason and that it could be me sleeping on them is causing it (even after I purchased the eye mask they sell. I believe it must be the product they use. I canceled my membership and started at a new lash studio and I can wear a full set for 2-3 weeks. I have not had any issues with working out or sleeping and losing lashes. Amazing lash studio is using cheap glue to keep you coming back and maintaining a membership. Unfortunately I would not recommend!

Vernette Hardy: Let me just say, I do not write reviews, I'm writing this because I was so upset after my visit and still that I had to let someone know . First let me say that the person who scheduled my appointment did not inform me that the promo that got me to call in the first place was for specific lengths only . (I'm getting my lashes done and I had a total of 14 classic lashes total on both eyes when I came in, and yes i wasnt expecting to have to get them removed but I if it was a must, okay fine.) Anyway the promo deal was "classic full set or BOLD" for $75. That's a deal I thought! I'm a lashes artist myself so a full set for $75 is unthinkable. I should have own then something was wrong. When I get there, I swear it's the cutest sit down I've ever seen. Coffee, magazines etc, and the stuff was very respectable and nice too! So I finally get called to the back and she gives me a water , perfect ! I'm loving it so far. I've been to a lot of lashes places like I told her and asked for a diameter of 1.0 since those lashes look best on me I told her I wanted 16-18 millimeters as a classic design. She tell me okay . Lay down and we'll go over the l legnths in a minute.... okay? So I lay down and she asked me if I wanted her to remove the few I had left ( I told her yes, my mistake because she end up charging me $25 dollars to remove but didn't not tell me until i checked out ) ..fine . Tell me why she takes 1hr and 26 mins remove my lashes, which should only take 20mins AT THE MAX! Mind you she had to wipe and reapply three different times because she would put the removal on my eyes and then mess with the lashes before they were ready to be removed, so my eyes kept burning . Once she did get them removed she did them and the picture below was my result. After a hour later . By this time it's 1:00. Needless to say they made me pay the 100 dollars Actually 150 since i decided not to show up on Wednesday to complete my full set ?. Like what?compete ? Why? and i was charged 100 instead because my reque with insted lenghts were not included in the promo . So now im left the same amount of lashes i came in with and 150 dollars gone from me.

Amanda Manes: Let me start off by saying I love Eden and she does an amazing job. However after coming to my appointment today at 4, I was informed Eden was not there. I drove 30 min away and was not notified that the person I scheduled with was not in. The owner was going to step in which is fine, however that’s not who I wanted to do my lashes nor who I scheduled my appointment with. The owner stated it was just their policy not to notify clients when the person they scheduled with is not in that day. Worst experience here by far. Not to mention the girl at the front desk nor the owner showed any kind of sympathy or was even apologetic. If it weren’t for Edens amazing skills, I would not be returning here.

Well her reviews are all PERFECT...not one single flaw and her prices were also in comparison to what I was previously paying, so I figured I would book an appointment and give her the chance. She was very responsive to my FB messages and very accommodating in finding me an appt time that worked for my schedule.My appt was today and she was prompt and her space was very welcoming and clean. She talked to me about what I wanted and I simply showed her a picture of my previous lashes and off she went. About 2 hours later, I had my lashes back. I was ecstatic!!! They somehow just complete me. That 2 hours honestly felt like 30 min because Lexi was so friendly. We had great conversation. We talked about everything. We found out we had mutual "friends" and joked about that. I also found out she does home organization and design on the side, which made us click even more.I could keep writing about my experience today, but I think you get it!! I would highly recommend Lexi to anyone! As a matter of fact I sent several people my "after" pic from today and I know one person has already booked with her!!!
