From the first conversation, I was put at ease and guided to choose powder brows for my particular skin type. I booked my appointment with Alexyss who was so meticulous and unhurried in her measuring and placement, assuring that I was completely happy with how my brows looked before she began. This was a worthwhile investment. Seriously love my eyebrows, and honestly looking forward to scheduling my annual touch-up appointment this fall.

I’ve seen other reviews that said they’re not professional that is not true and that they’re not here they always leave a note so I’m not sure where they’re getting that from. VZual Plug: The lady was upset at a client before me. I figured I wouldn’t be rude and just walk out and still give her a try as I come here all the time. She didn’t wipe the chair down before having me take a seat. I let her know I just wanted a clean up but to keep my brows as thick as possible. When finished I had very skinny uneven brows with the edge still extremely bushy. I did not want her touching my brows anymore after that and I didn’t want to upset her further before her next client waiting so I politely paid tipped and left. I will try to fix them when I make it home.Service:Body waxing

Manisha Singh: Very unfortunate how the owner of this place treated us today. I’ve been going there for quite some time and loved the service by the other lady and owner was never there. But today I walked in and the owner asked rudely what I want? And then she said kids are not allowed to enter. Asked her why and she says because of COVID. I told her that during the entire covid time my kids( always masked) were allowed to come at this place. If I would’ve known that there is a rule not to bring kids I would never. In the end I asked her it will be nice if she can display the rules so customer know and then she started arguing and behaved very rudely almost screamed at me in front of other customers and my 8 and 10 yrs old. She is extremely insensitive and I would never recommend going to a place where customers are treated bad.

Besima Hartmann: She’s consistently done great with eyebrows but awful with time management: the shop is supposed to be open at 10am, I’m waiting and calling the shop for 15 minutes, and still no answer and the doors are locked. It’s frustrating when you drive 25 minutes one way to get your eyebrows done for no one to open the shop.
Héloïse Gannon: This is my favorite place for brows. They always come out perfect and the ladies are always very sweet. Prices are lower than anywhere else too, which is crazy. Love this place and highly recommend it!

Kelsey R. Brooks: I’m not sure who did my lashes but she did a FANTASTIC job. She was so friendly and accommodating. It was my first day in St. Louis and after an 11 hour flight I fell asleep on the bed while she was doing my lashes. I woke up and it felt like 2 minutes had gone by but she was already done. I’ve had extensions for a year, never had any problems with them. Had to go back multiple times to have her fix it. Never felt or looked right.

steph xu: Trang is very good at what she does, especially lash lifting as the others commented, that's why I came to Glow Studio because I am not a fan of extensions. She explained to me the reason sometimes both eyelashes would not be the same after 1 time of lifting which I agree with her very much, I had much denser eye lashes on my right eye side. Not only knowing what she does, she is also very patient with what she does, which makes the whole process calm and relaxing.Last thing, comparing to the lash lifting I did at other places before, Trang has amazing and soft hand work that you feel so comfortable laying down there, and time flies before you notice that you're getting a beautiful lash lift!

Not only does she do SUCH a great job with lashes, she has also since microbladed my eyebrows on my trips home. I am very low maintenance and wasnt sure extensions were the right choice for me but the Lash lifts are just right and after my eyelashes look amazing. Most people think I have extensions. I also recently went to her for a skin care consultation and she was so nice and helpful in learning what the right thing was for my skin! And Please do not drink out there glass cups when getting services they wash them in the same hot water with the tools they use on the customers feet and nails
