Jacob Bailey: I couldn't say enough good things about Dr Damon Clines and his staff. My fiancé has been suffering from some severe GI issues and her now ex GI dr only wanted to prescribe meds instead of finding the issue. Also they play the waiting game of scheduling appointments 1-2 months away when they know she is in pain and having frequent ER visits. Dr Clines not only got us in the SAME day but listened to us, read her labs and records but truly cared how she was feeling.Kudos guys! It was well worth the 20 mile drive for us to get some answers and move in a forward direction. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

David Rodgers: They put me on hold for over 2 hours , I think their office closed while I was waiting on hold and they just walked away and left me on hold forever .
Teresa Magers: I called in Feb 2022 made an appointment to see GI Dr couldn't get in until Nov 2022. They call me special 1 and said we need to move you appointment it will be changed to Feb 2023. Why do I have to wait 1 year to see a Dr unexceptable. I could be dead before I ever get to see someone.

David Wirth: My wife and I both go to this office. I have Doctor Riegel and she has Doctor Mathews. Not only are these two great doctors, everyone in their office are great as well. All are very helpful and keep us informed and even call us with updates late into the evening hours. GI issues are never fun to deal with but these doctors and all the personnel there make it as easy as possible.
Bob Mondschein: Multiple conflicting verbal and written instructions. No warning given as to the "effectiveness" of a new preparation RX. So aggressive I didn't want to chance going to bed. Again, no mention of this. No advice provided verbally on diet upon discharge. Document provided later said I was given this advice, however, my wife says I was not. Was verbally told both 5 and 10 year follow up. TONS of prior follow up to make sure I was not going to cancel or change my appointment. This seems to be Gateway's top priority, to keep the procedure conveyor belt moving as quickly as possible with no interruptions to the revenue stream. One star because I feel if you're doing a routine exam, just not the level of focus and care detail I would want. Doesn't take long to correct / update conflicting "boilerplate" info, and not too hard to give patients a "heads up" on the impact of the newer preparation Rx's.
