Ian Kern: Always a terrible time coming to this location I usually will take a 30 minute drive home or further out to avoid this Best Buy.
TheOneWhoWas: I asked one of the employees a general question, and despite the fact that i mentioned to him that it was a research question, he still took the time to explain everything to me. Great service! I will return there for the final purchase.

Mark Clarkson: Well it wasn’t just one visit but two and over a dozen phone calls and it’s still not over I go in to get a new remote for my eight hundred dollar Vizio tv which I bought there two years ago and took the old bad remote with me to hopefully get the correct one but no sold me the one witch cost me thirty five dollars and I get home and it doesn’t work so that means a few more days on the phone and it’s still far from straighten out, this has been an endless nightmare and far from straighten out!!!

I came in on April 30th to get a repair on a phone that had to be shipped off in order for me to get a whole new phone (understandable, phone was pretty messed up) they told me it would take 3-4 business days and that it was $669( I was fine with that) ..so I went up there Thursday because there wasn’t any communication about where my package was or anything. So I went up to the store and I asked to speak to the manager “thinking” she knew was she was talking about, which unfortunately for me she didn’t!. So she told me to wait a additional day to have the package delivered to them, which I did. So I just called them today, and the man on the phone told me that I had to pay an additional $300 something dollars in order for me to get the phone, he didn’t have a valid reason as to why..so I just told him I want my refund and my BROKEN phone that they were suppose to fix back. I will NEVER go through Best Buy again.

Jolt 7800: I didn’t realize the new Zelda game was coming out the very next day. I was able to go online and preorder it. I got a text the next morning, before the store opened that it was ready. The line was not super long but they went above and beyond moving us through effectively. This location always has been good to me.
Deathbang: Employees were very nice, multiple asked me throughout my time in the store if I needed any assistance. However the headphone displays were a let down as more then half of the few they had, did not function. Had no way to gauge the audio quality and ended up taking a risk just buying from Amazon instead.

Leslie Gallop: I hate to say it but please do not bring your tablet, phone or computer here to the Geek Squad to fix before finding out who exactly they’re sending your belongings to! It’s not a good situation when your laptop is sent to a 3rd party to get fixed and the person working on it compromises your social media accounts and passwords and uses whatever info you have on your device to harass you through email, on your own social media and elsewhere. This is exactly what we’re going through right now. We have been harassed and stalked online via a person who worked on a laptop through this 3rd party. He just won’t stop. It’s a very dangerous situation when you get threats from this person also. We are working on trying to stop him and get him fired because we aren’t the first people he’s done this to. So please, be careful!

They replaced it the second one stopped working also within 6 months. Company is refusing to replace this replace this one. Would not recommend this company. If your company is considering using Digital Products International for your rewards think twice.

Bryan Carnicom: I purchased the massage gun from a retailer back in Nov as a christmas gift. We were excited to try it out after opening it. The instructions said to charge for 3-4 hours before use, so we did. It actually charged for 6 hours. Unplugged it from the charger and pressed the power button - the only button on the unit. The unit indicated it was fully charged and it started to work and massaged away. BUT that was short lived - it only worked for approximately 1 minute. All of the power indicators were now off. I pressed the only button on it a few times, even pressed and held it in for about 30 seconds - nothing. I had no receipt so I called DPI. I got a foreign speaking man named Alex. He talked me through the basics: charge it, press the power button, etc. He then told me to look real hard for the proof of purchase - which I said I didn't have and he would email me asking for a copy of the receipt so he could get a warranty claim in. I believe Alex is totally missing the point. He said it was still under warranty, but why do I need to show proof of purchase when I have the box and unused item? I wish I could give 0 stars. I will be very alert to not purchase items from this distributor, or whatever they claim to be.
ČHÂŘČØÃŁ: hello people I would like to say this digit products international is (bad word) I got earphone, and a drone all I got was faulty battery it couldn't go far. Now for the earphones left side was louder then right the battery lasted for 1 hour 1 HOUR PEOPLE.

Zach: Terrible drone and service. I received the drone as a gift and it was past the 30 day warranty. The battery was flaw from when I first opened the box. An extra screw fell out and then after an overnight charge, I loaded up the application and connected the drone. The battery when from 100-60-30-0 within 2 minute and now will not even show the charge. Since the battery is flawed, it wont even juice up enough to turn the blades. It will just die during the calibration period, which is long. But customer service assured me that I am able to buy another $20 battery to get the drone working. I do not recommend any of their products seeing as how the quality control is terrible and customer service will not help with anything. I hope this review helps someone.

Michael Kihntopf: Not impressed. I bought a quad copter, the Condor Pro. On its first flight one of the motors went out of sync or something and the copter landed without incident. Then I noticed the motor start smoking. I managed to shut off the copter and removed the batter only to discover the motor has seized.I called the warranty number right away! Made a claim and was told to submit a receipt by email, which I did. Realize this happened within 24 hours of purchase. I have yet to hear anything back from this company about my warranty claim two weeks ago. I have submitted the receipt and gotten no response. Bad business. I will attempt to call again but I am not expecting much. I think they are holding out for the 30 day window to close.

I also have a sound bar from DPI, which honestly, the TV didn't need on its own, but the sound does fill the room better. Thank you for making great, affordable electronics (that my tech-y fiance also approves of)!
