jackie kirkwood: I purchased a TV on line at Best Buy. Was told delivery and set up 7 days. On the day of delivery 7am to 1pm I did not receive. I called Mid Rivers Best buy they do not receive calls. After 2 hours and getting disconnected twice trying to talk to someone I was transferred to a supervisor who said in 7 days I would receive. I called Loves. Never heard of them before. Wow! Talked to someone immediately and we stayed in contact then she had a tech call me for more questions. He asked when do you want this. I said jokingly now. He said ok! In short they came in 2 hours installed and mounted and trained us on how to get the most out of the tv. Sam's and Best Buy did not spend this much time on getting the most out of the TV. I highly recommend this FULL SERVICE company. Customer for life!!!!!!!!!!!

Greg Weible: We had our old Sony KDL-52V5100 TV go out that was manufactured in November of 2009. Since this TV was so old we decided to buy a new Sony TV. We had been doing business with Love TV for over 20 years for TV repair and replacement. We decided to go with a new Sony 65" XR65X90J TV due to the picture quality and having it in stock didn't hurt either in this day of supply chain shortages. We did do a price comparison with roughly the same TV model at Costco and the prices were pretty much the same. But with Love TV we had a very knowledgeable sales person that wanted to see pictures of the room (360 degree view) that the TV was going into and if the room had the ability to be darkened with window shades. This allowed him to help us pick out the best type of flat screen TV for our room's lighting condition. You are not going to get that type of help from a big box store like Costco or Best Buy. We didn't like the amount of wobble that our old TV had sitting on a base cabinet so we went with a wall mount for the new TV. We also had Love TV delivery and install the new TV. They even installed and configured the apps from our Amazon Firestick that were now incorporated into the TV. A couple of weeks later we even came back and bought a sound system to go with the TV. Now we have theater quality picture and sound in our living room. You won't get the personal service experience like Love TV from a big box store. Why would you buy your TV or sound system from anyone else? This is why I have been doing business with Love TV for over 20 years.
