ABBIE HARRIS: I left an irreplaceable piece of leather clothing here to be cleaned and it was stolen from their property. After being strung along for over a month I was offered a meager compensation. When I went into collect the check the owner chose to be very rude and unapologetic which highlighted her lack of accountability.Their website pops up first on a Google search as the number one place to take your precious leather goods to be cleaned but they provide no secure storage.Your items are left to chance. If anything goes wrong it will be a significant ordeal to get any resolution.Service:Leather suede cleaning

S. Michael: The best cleaner you will find. I took my nieces wedding dress to them with 2 weeks until wedding and we were worried. I came back a week and a half later to find the dress in a new bag with a cardboard form in it. It looks amazing. Selected this cleaners over others based on my fellow Googlers’ and their extensive insight and knowledge (thanks Squad)!Upon entering I was greeted quickly and with a smile. After getting my 10 plus pieces out of my bag, I was quickly told that it would be $6.25 to wash 👕 polos; and an additional $1 if I wanted them back next day. (If this would have been the extent of my exchange here; I would have given this place 1 start).Mind you I walked into this establishment around 7:45 AM on a Friday morning. Most cleaners that I have ever been to, if you bring a shirt in by 10:00 AM, getting the garment back next day is a non- issue not for this place, so, I left my dress shirts and took my polos elsewhere.Getting to the point here, even after all that, once I returned next day for my dress shirts, the lady not only remember my name after only meeting here once the day prior, she had my shirts up front waiting for me. Wow - talk about customer service. That exchange in itself will push me to come back here, not to mention the job they did on my shirts (if I wear the shirts and I identify something wrong I will update).PS - I also love the love of Jesus displayed here, not that it has anything to do with the work they do as cleaners.Well done!Cheers,

Chris Portie: The first time I did dry cleaning was February 2020 because I got a new job I need to clean all my new clothes. The owner was extremely nice and talkative and I told her about my great new job and that I’ll be seeing her more often. Well the pandemic hits and I don’t wear a dress shirt for two years. We’re starting to go back into the office more and so I dropped off my dry cleaning today. She freaking remembers me on the spot. “Oh yeah I remember you, you started that new job at Purina 2 years ago!” I’m just so floored. Shows she really cares a lot.I will be returning as often as I can. 10/10

Wade Weistreich: Brought in 9 shirts and a suit. Suit came back fine, but none of the shirts looked great. I sent for of the shirts back to be redone, and was given a ticket that said they would be back the following Tuesday.Wednesday I arrived to pick up the shirts (without my ticket) and the woman working said they would be back on 'according to the ticket' the shirts would be back on Thursday. Since I didn't have the ticket on me, I didn't question it.On Thursday I went back in (with the ticket) and the shirts were still not in. I asked her why she told me the ticket said Thursday when obviously it said Tuesday and she offered no explanation. She did tell me that they would call me when the shirts came in so I didn't have to keep checking back. Friday no shirts... again. I told the person on the phone (different person) that I wanted a call from the owner, and she said that she would pass it on.The following Tuesday I went in and picked up my shirts, which still didn't look great. I told the clerk (yet another person) about the whole fiasco and the fact that I didn't receive a call when the shirts came in, or from the owner. Keep in mind this is two weeks after I originally brought the shirts in. She apologized and said, "your total is $7.20." Who could anyone in their right mind charge me after all of that. Horrible business practices, poor quality and terrible customer service.

Allison Plume: I prepaid and when I came in to pick up they said I didn’t prepay. Checked my bank account and it hadn’t gone through so I paid again and suddenly it showed up twice on my bank account.Read the review before mine as well as this one. Seems they’re stealing. Bummer.
Waddys4 YAHWEH: We did business with the original crew that was there, and never had a problem. Service was always professional, fast, friendly. The company expanded, and opened a second location off of Clayton. Before they opened the 2nd location, a family member came with me, we dropped off 2 winter coats and 2 hats +an expensive sauce bomber coat, and a down coat), got the receipt and told it would take about 3 weeks, because they had to send it out.In the meantime, the original crew moved to the Clayton location, and some guy they hired was working at this location alone. He is very shady, untrustworthy, arrogant and unprofessional. I called and he said our order was not back yet. I went in and he couldn't seem to find it. I took my husband with me the second time, he claimed it wasn't in the system, and he couldn't find the order. Then, my husband looked at the rack of clothes to his right and immediately spotted our order. He acted all Innocent, I don't know, there is nothing in the system. We walked out with our clothes and never returned to this location.I heard this guy has been stealing money and people's clothes.GO TO THE CLAYTON LOCATION ONLY.

S D: I dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed on 5/25/19 and they told me it would be ready by Friday. It’s been 10 days now, stopped by yesterday, they told me they would be in later that day, decided to wait till today and just called and they are still not ready. Can’t speak for their cleaning services, but I’m going back to my regular tailor. Learned my lesson...also kinda sketchy when you walk in and no one greets you for a good 5 minutes. I even waved to the people in the back and they actively avoided making eye contact with me. At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if they lost my pants.Edit: They didn’t lose my pants. It took them 11 days when I was quoted 5. Pants are in fine condition, they pressed them for me. Still can’t recommend their alterations service.

Jerry Smith: Very friendly and good service. The only negative thing is getting to this business. It's located on corner of a one way street and a busy street with no parking. Must park on the one way street or behind the building. Left hand turn onto one way street prohibited when approaching from the south. All of this makes stopping at this business complicated.
Toajish: I've been going to Express Valet for about 2 months now. They do great work and the staff is so friendly and kind. I recently took in a collection of shirts and pants and didn't realize my work badge which is rather nice with an emerald inlay was still attached to my collar. It came back in it's own bag with the shirt. I was so anxious about losing it, I searched my whole house, and then bam there it is at the cleaners! Thank you for your hard work and integrity. Great cleaners!
