Professional Imaging: what do users think?
Leslie Wilson: Adisa was awesome and welcoming. Robin was great and informative and Sandy made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.
Kristol Heppner: I just had my 5th MRI done with PI. MRI's are not pleasant for most people. The Techs are amazing, I've had Sherry a couple times and she always makes you feel comfy as possible. The other ladies were great too. I hope I am done with MRI's , but if not I will be back to PI.
Rickita Williams: Was really nice friendly and timely
Richard L Hastings Jr (Rick Hastings): It's fine up until they showed the hook.
BARB ROSCIGLIONE-PALMER: Not happy with this office at all got a phone call left a message that I was having a scan done I knew nothing about it and the person in answer your phone was not helpful I end up waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes before I somewhat found out what was going on very poor communication in this office
Megan Lloyd: Very friendly staff!
Christine Aldrich: Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was having communication difficulties between my insurance company and my doctor. The wonderful office staff worked very hard to help me. They even called me on their own just to give me an update!
Charlene Flotte: Appointment time 7:00. Confirmation text says to show 30 minutes in advance. The scheduler said 15 minutes. Upon arrival, another patient was in the waiting room who was called in. At 7:20, I inquired as to time and was told 4 minutes. At that time, I was taken to put the gown on and appease my aggravation to wait another 10 minutes. Very UNHAPPY experience. They obviously double booked. Aside from that, the technician was absolutely wonderful and explained everything thoroughly.
Shell McGowan: My doctor sent an order for two MRI’s to Professional Imaging in mid-late December. They called quickly and explained that my insurance wasn’t wanting to help out so my doctor was eventually able to get one of the MRI’s OK’d. I kept getting exposed to COVID so I wanted to get some negative tests under my belt before going much of anywhere especially anywhere in the medical industry. Professional Imaging was understanding and helped get my appointment squeezed in the timeframe that my insurance company would “cover”. Everything went smoothly after that. The tech was especially great. I am knocking off one star because out of the 3 staff members I saw the tech was the only one wearing a mask. Pretty disappointing considering this was January 17th with Omicron still being a thing and the county having had a mask mandate since January 5th.
Denise Kuse: Professional Imaging never disappoint me. This is the second time I have been there in the past 2 months. Each time I have been there they have always been very punctual. I appreciate how respectful they are with your time. They are nice, friendly and professional.
Lori Ginsparg: The staff was professional and kind. They got me in and out quickly!
Heather Theros: Brianna is my lifesaver! I work for a specialist and had trouble getting a patient in for an MRI. She called me directly, got my patient in directly and handled it all. I’ve known her when she worked for the last imaging company and she was a rock star there also. Professional imaging ladies are always so nice when I call and so polite. I love sending patients there!
Colby: Very kind and professional crew! Recommended!
Tom Brooks: Everyone at Professional Imaging made me feel very comfortable and welcome during my visit. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. It was nice using a local small business and not dealing with the congestion of the hospital. The results of my scan were sent to my physician quickly! Thank you again for all of your help!
Kevin Wilhelm: I was completely satisfied with my imaging that was done here. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Jenny was my tech and she was great. Nina helped me through a small glitch over the phone ahead of my appointment. A small nitpick is that they asked me to arrive at 0700 for my 0730 imaging - I had filled out all my forms online ahead of time, so I really didn't need to be there quite that early (if you're filling out paper forms at the time of your appointment, then yeah, that would be about right). And I got a hand-written thank-you note a couple days later - when do you see that nowadays!! I'd absolutely recommend these folks.
CHAYNE NOVOTNY: Absolutely amazing techs and staff (specifically Janelle, Jen, Nicole, Nina)! My 7 year old needed an MRI and they went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe and comfortable. They were all so helpful and kind to calm his nerves and fears. Thank you so much for your kind hearts and patience! Also, the costs are affordable so this is my go to for any imaging services now.
Laura DeClue: Be prepared to wait. The whole process for a 20 minute MRI took two hours and six minutes. I have no qualms about the staff or their professionalism. But what was the point of making an appointment when I still had to wait for more than an hour and a half to get a room and have my procedure done.
Pam Proffite: I had a CT scan of my Lumbar Spine on 5/10/21. The results you sent to my doctor indicated that I didn't have a fracture in my Lumbar Spine. I was admitted to the hospital shortly after this day and I got another CT scan done and it revealed that I had a Compression Fracture at L1. Why didn't your machine catch this? I suspect because it's an antique and probably at least twenty five years old. How often do you upgrade your equipment? I went through needless pain and suffering because of your shotty equipment. It delayed the surgery that I desperately needed. I will be calling you demanding the $115.00 you demanded that I pay before you would do the CT scan. I will also be filing a complaint with my insurance company and telling them not to pay you for your services. Plus I plan on filing a official complaint with the BBB here in St Louis. I hate to think of how many patients have received a false negative report from your company because of your antiquated equipment. It's very frustrating and frightening . I'm going to do whatever I can to call you out on what you're doing and report to every agency that I can find.
Donisha Stallings: Everyone was so so amazing from the receptionist to the doctor. Answered all questions and concerns
Sarah Foege: Im so glad my doctor sent me here! Its was open late and i fell asleep getting my MRI! Sandy was great and so was the receptionist! I def recommend this as the #1 imaging spot!

Metro Imaging Richmond Heights: what do users think?
Darlene Bernard: I would recommend this company the wait time was pretty short, and the behavior of the employees are very professional and pleasant. If you have to pay money before the deductible is met, they will explain to you how you can pay it off and not be overwhelmed with your bill. Just make sure you ask them up front how much the bill will be before you leave. It will help you to budget to pay it off. Thanks,Darlene Bernard
Robby Sams: Very pleasant experience! Everyone was great to work with and very friendly. Couldn’t have gone better. Thank you!
G P: My wife spent three hours trying to get a mammogram which she had reserved months previously, she reconfirmed her appointment in the morning and traveled by Uber ($45 round trip) ... only to be refused service. She has health insurance and they turned her away. Terrible.
Kurt Meyer: It's my fault. But I hate healthcare. I hate the system that forces me to drive two hours from my house to get a procedure since my local hospital charges 3 times as much. Employees here are fine. The whole system that causes this place to exist is just ridiculous.
716Magnum: Not very helpful when i called, did not care attitude.
Terrie Distler: I was in and out in less than 40 minutes that included the wait time for my results. Employees are very nice and polite. Faculty is clean and well organized.
Victoria Claffy: Went to the Dunn Rd location again today. Over the years I've learned that this is MY place. I refuse to go anywhere else. Dignity, respect. Clean fast and friendly. They have that small town hospitality that you can't find in hospitals. From the bottom of my heart, I vow to keep going back to that same place for all of the things they make so easy for me too get done.
Phyllis Welsh: Just came home from Metro. I know the women at the front desk deal with alot of people, but could they be Abit more empathetic. I told the woman that I spoke to, that I was very nervous and had a problem standing. She did not say a word, and was Abit frustrated because I could not find my insurance card and I forgot to fill 1 of the multiple forms she gave me. However, once called in can't say how pleasant and understanding the 2 techs I saw. Thank you Jackie T and Natile. You both calmed me down and understood.
J Beverly: The ladies at the front desk were very cold, they put on a little fake smile. They lacked professionalism. The female that started the MRI disappeared she seemed very confused and she left the room. A few minutes later a male came in and he completed the MRI, he was very professional..
Katrina Harris: The staff is amazing - I wish I could remember their names.. they made me feel safe and took very good care of me. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Gloria Bryant: The staff is very helpful, patient with my questions and always respectful..even when you are wearing that hospital gown, lol 😆
J Jackson: Went in for a MRI yesterday and the Technician Justin was the utmost professional. Nice job!
Kathy Seifarth: Staff very courteous and efficient. Technician very experienced and patient. Great location with parking
Veronica Delgado: The ladies at metro imaging RH (both front desk & nurses in the back) are SO good. Marcie went out of her way to make sure I was okay and after several days of not the best interactions with ER staff it was very refreshing. She and the other back of the house nurse were very kind and sweet. Highly recommend coming here if you need imaging.
Matthew Pokojski: I had a great experience with Metro Imaging Richmond Heights. I was referred to a local hospital for an MRI by my doctor. When I got to my appointment they wanted $1,200 up front even with my good insurance. I walked out of the appointment right then and there. I looked up recommended venders on my insurance companies website and found Metro. The staff was friendly, my appointment time was kept to the minute, the results were same day, and the billing was spot on under $300 just as they said it would be. I highly recommend them.
Shane Haberl: Staff was courteous. Extremely long wait time. Even with health insurance they want you to put a card on file, signing a paper that says yes, feel free to charge me whatever, whenever and then inform me afterwards. If I need an mri or something done in future I will not be returning to metro imaging
Debbie p: My experience with Metro Imaging Richmond Heights location was more than fantastic it was superb! They returned my calls in a prompt manner. They were very efficient in handling my requests and I highly recommend this location. Their customer service is also excellent
Shannon Hoelscher: Metro Imaging saw a mass in my breast and recommended I return in 6 months to follow up. I went to a hospital breast specialty center and was diagnosed with cancer. Every time I hear a commercial for Metro Imaging or drive by one of their locations I feel sick to my stomach. Highly advise people do NOT go to Metro Imaging!
Yj Jung: Lady who help me doing MRI was very aggressive.During MRI process I was having issue that blood not circulation well on my body which caused my arm&hand start getting paralyzed during MRI so,I pressed help button to stop process but the aggressive lady keep screaming to me just keep doing process until finish.I was start having panic attack.I had many experience doing MRI in past but this place was the worst.
Devan Russell: The staff was front desk staff was nice. The lady who took my x ray was rude and a little aggressive. She repeatedly kept asking me if I was pregnant and just starred at me as if I was not telling the truth. She just made me feel highly uncomfortable. I’ll choose another location next time.
Boyd Polkinghorn: Lisa at the front desk is outstanding. She is welcoming, making people feel comfortable and excellent with follow through. This is the best place in St Louis to get your medical imaging.

Ann Diehl: Waited 1 hour as a walking then signed in again fir appointment given time after that time passed found out running 1 hour late left called doctor office. Mercy bought quest have to go there. They need to look into how things are done here..
Jude Pauli: Tech, apparently new, who attempted three times, to draw my husband'sblo0d had to give up and ask for help. Perhaps needs more schooling before exposed to patients. New tech had it on one stick. After all this, they failed to test for INR. My husband looked like a wounded warriorwhen we left with all the wound bandages. Good thing he was wearing a coat when we left. Would have scared other clients ariving at the lab.Now we have to return for INR draw. He is handicapped and hard for meto handle so this is a real chore. Our appointment was for 2:45, and our code number was KLYPNZ.Carol Pauli.

Excel Imaging: what do users think?
Gay Carosone: Very nice facility, clean and welcoming. The staff were kind and friendly, the X-ray technician was wonderful. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. Would highly recommend.
Jennifer Handle: Performed the wrong ultrasound and the manager (John Landgraf) could care less.
Rose: Local place with great staff and the office is clean, along with Covid Restrictions. Attentive radiologists speak to you and inform you of everything that will be part of the procedure.Getting in for an appointment was a breeze and they actually answer their phone.
brenda roe: The staff was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly!!! My appt was at 7:00 am and I was seen promptly at 7:00.
Rebecca Yelich: I would not advise anyone to use Excel Imaging for in depth and accurate information regarding their health. My Dr. referred me because CT scans showed multiple cysts on my ovary and a mass on my liver which has changed for the worse over the past year. I have not received a disk of images, which my Dr. needs, in order for me to avoid a blind biopsy. And I need a biopsy as soon as possible in order to prevent further complications. The letter they sent me didn’t even mention those issues. My CT scans from elsewhere even give size. Excel said I don’t have diverticulosis. But I had internal bleeding before I had a CT and it was determined that I was having an episode of diverticulitis. I have liver disease, am at risk of having liver cancer, and this place is preventing me from receiving the care I need, and it could cost me my life. I deserve better and so do all patients.Addendum: Took my CT disk to Excel to copy for a Dr to hopefully do a comparison and receive more information. The employee, probably a Tech, that spoke with me said that my CT narrative results were “a lot of nothing”which just isn’t true, that the mass on my liver is probably benign, and has nothing to do with all of my other symptoms. This from someone who is not a Doctor. I am so insulted.
Prep Cook & Master Chef: Just not professional...did NOT explain the procedures.. unorganized..long wait..office staff had no clue..will never, ever step foot in that place again..find a different place..thank me later
Kelly Elias Ragan: Amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist greeted me warmly. The technician eased my fears and was incredibly kind during my MRI. I highly recommend Excel Imaging on Watson Road.
Rozalia Kasiowniak: I absolutely love this place and staff working there. I had to have an X-ray done, they took me the same day . X-ray tech was very friendly. Report was sent to my doctor office immediately after it was available. I had a lot of issues with my doctor office with returning my phone calls and this imaging facility is helping me to work on prior authorization with my insurance company so I can have another test done. Would highly recommend.
Rhonda McCombs: Dr. Woo and Diane were exceptional. They explained everything about the procedure and were very caring. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend this place.
Tom Kribben: Making an appointment was easy. I was in and out prior to my appointment time.
Becky Rose: They tried 2 or 3 times to start a IV couldn't get it and then blamed me cause they couldn't get it VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Iesia Sutton: I had to come here discogram and I checked in staff was very nice they were explaining everything to me the moment I walked threw the door, doctors were nice they also explained everything to me, it was one nonchalant doctor that was helping the one that actually did the procedure, he was very nonchalant like he didn’t want to be there but he wasn’t bad at all he just was nonchalant, the doctor doctor was very nice explained everything from A to Z. So I guess I caught a GOOD DAY, and theX-ray staff were awesome as well. Hood ENERGY from the lady in the front heavy set not to big sweet nice and comfortable to talk to sorry I don’t know your name but you where helpful
Jane Madden: Always waited less than 15 minutes. Nice staff. Jokes in mammogram room appreciated!
stephanie herman: I can’t say enough about this place. From the receptionist (Diane) to my Nurse (Stephanie )to Dr.WuEveryone made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The nurse and the Dr walked me threw everything and put me at ease lol as much as they could with getting 2 injections in the neck. This was my first time there and I was scared to death . I am high anxiety person and they made it better. So I Highly recommend this place and Dr. Wu. Definitely will be back in the future if needed. ( I hope not 😁)
Mike Hrabovsky: Emily -1 star* office manager 4**** stars 2** stars total
skeemo skeemo: I am very unsatisfied. They did not follow thought with verifying that my test results were sent to the doctor. They did not have the doctors correct information and I had to hold several times for over 17 minutes to be able to speck to someone about trying to get my test results. My doctors office could not get a hold of them as well. I still have not gotten my test results due to the poor customer service of Excel imaging.
Marie Crowe: I am crippled for life. I had good insurance. They took my money and left me hopeless, crippled and in more pain than I could ever imanage! I made many attempts to speak with them concerning the failed procedures on my back they don't care about patients all they care about is the money patients have. I was part of their income from December 2005 thru June 7, 2017. They have spine surgons at Des Pere Hospital in their back pockets that bring in revenue to this place. My back is so trashed that my family wants to start a go fund me page so i am able to stay in my home. Stay away from this place!
Nancy Allen: The doctors were wonderful, they did procedures very well. However, I had to call direct for an appointment working 14 hr night shifts and driving 90 miles. They gave me a date and said, “if you don’t keep this appointment you won’t be back.” This considering I hadn’t missed any appointments, I was just trying to get there. Very unprofessional.
Chastity Croy: Absolutely wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. I was in tremendous pain and between Loren S. Vandergriff, RN, ANP-C (she work with Dr. Rutz) and Excel Imaging they helped me walk again within days. Everyone who helped me was genuine. It is a great place!
Georgia Urban: Have received services from Excel Imaging for past for approximately15 years. Had received excellent services. This month my mammogram appointment cancelled due to staff illness. Rescheduled for 7:45 am which I reluctantly accepted. When I arrived it was raining and there was another car waiting in parking lot. I could not tell if they were open yet. Waited until I saw someone entered. I do have a disability and am fall risk. After signing in I was scolded for being late and receptionist was angry with me. I was told to wait to be worked in. I had other commitments for day and left. I think this problem could have been prevented by having an open sign in front door and allowing patients to schedule appointment at their convenience.
Marcia Beeler: I was referred here by my surgeon to have a disco gram done on my lumbar disk so he could figure out which one one of my disks are damaged. I'm not going to lie it was the most painful procedure I have ever experienced. I had 5 needles into each of my disks, yes I cried and screamed but they were able to recreate the pain and I had 3 disks that leaked. I was thankful to have Tye and Greg explain everything and make me feel comfortable as they could even though they knew what I was going through. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them.Thank you Jason Beeler

Greater Missouri Imaging: what do users think?
felecia benton: Receptionist is rude. Seemed annoyed to answer any questions. No one mentioned guest signing papers to go back until being brought back and acting like an inconvenience if we want to sign papers to go back with. For being the only people here and overhearing that they don’t have anyone for the next hour. You’d think they’d be able to show some level of customer service for their ONLY patient in the waiting room. Just went to an MRI at Mercy with my mom Friday and the level of professionalism out weighed this experience by miles!
Una: I had a CT scan at Greater Missouri Imaging and I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. The staff was friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail. I was also very impressed with the quality of the images and the report that was generated. I would definitely recommend Greater Missouri Imaging to anyone who needs imaging services. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The procedure was explained to me in detail before it began. This helped me to understand what to expect and to feel more relaxed. The images were clear and detailed. The report was also very informative and easy to understand.I was given a copy of the images and the report. This was helpful for me to share with my doctor.Overall, I had a very positive experience at Greater Missouri Imaging. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs imaging services.
Jenn B: Mri tech was beyond rude i got to my appointment early because they said i would have paperwork to complete well I’m halfway done with paperwork and the tech is literally rushing me to finish asking me every 3mins if i was done. My appointment was at 1100 it was roughly 1045 when the tech came up front. after going back she didn’t offer a blanket nor did she offer me ear plugs. This was my first ever MRI and like most ppl I was terrified she showed no compassion even told me I was waisting her time because I had to use the restroom after getting on the imaging table . Had she asked before we got back to the room I would have gone to the restroom first. I Would not recommend this place because of her .
Ashley S: This was by far, one of the scariest procedures I have walked into, and the staff was simply amazing. They saw how much anxiety I had and treated me with such kindness. They turned something terrible, into something that was memorable because of them. I appreciate that more than they could possibly know. Thank you very very much for that. I had a discogram done on my neck (I’m sure there is a more technical way to say this).
Jen W: -Location: can be missed coming out of the highway. It is located on the same side that houses Kohl’s. This facility is in the same building as O’Connor insurance, see photos.-Parking: enough but packed when I got there Weds. around 3 PM.-Office: waiting room on the small side.-Staff: neutral friendliness, was quickly assisted.-Service: wait was about 10 mins and the CT was done quickly, about 5 mins.
Sandy Kollar: No masks required here for patients or staff. Surprising at a medical facility!
Marty: COVID numbers are going to the moon, and the county has a mandatory mask order in place. Imagine my surprise when I arrived today for treatment and was greeted by an unmasked receptionist, an unmasked tech (helping the doc) and another guy who does MRIs who was not wearing a mask. The tech had a cough too, which concerned me. The only person wearing a mask was the doc who did my procedure. If this kind of behavior is a concern to you, you might call ahead and see if they are willing to wear masks.
Roy Balderas: Very friendly staff! This facility was well kept and clean. The office manager Amy, is a sweetheart. Thanks everyone for your kindness and assistance, while I was there for my MRI. My wife was very pleased too. Great Experience!
Marsica Owens: This was my first time getting a lumbar ESI and I was very nervous. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone needing injections! Once insurance approved, Amy called me right away to get my appointment scheduled. I told her how scared I was. She was very patient, helpful and encouraging. Madi was the nurse who assisted Dr Ruyle. She was very nice, empathetic and informative. She carefully explained EVERY single detail and made sure that I understood exactly what to expect before we got started. Everyone there told me that I was in good hands prior to the procedure. Dr. Matthew Ruyle (Radiologist) also made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was totally comfortable before we began. He was very knowledgeable and skilled in giving the injection. I do feel that I was in great hands and they made it as close to pain free as possible! They were very professional. The entire staff was so patient. I really felt as though they all took great pride in doing their jobs well and they cared about my well-being. I appreciate how they treated me - as a person and not just a patient.
Steve Pelphrey: I have never used this company before and at this point I am not sure that I would recommend them to anyone. I was scheduled for a procedure, insurance had not approved yet, but was working on it. I was working with one lady who was really good. A few minutes later I get a call from someone else and she basically said that if you will not pay out of pocket then we need to cancel so I can get more people in. My appointment was not until 6:45pm and this was done at 1:30pm. Seems like they are more worried about the money in their pockets than anything else.
Alyssa Midyett: Amy is always so helpful and nice. Greater Missouri Imaging is a great place for diagnostic imaging, detailed reports and very cost effective. Writing from a providers office point of view, this is a great place to refer patients in need of imaging.
Amy Mears: The customer service was very informal and the staff wasn't very cordial. The technician was very matter of fact and unfriendly. They don't offer any comforts like decent ear plugs or anything to help you relax. You have no idea how anything is going. I will only use a hospital for now on.
Kevin Leary: They squeezed me in last minute for an epidural injection when nobody else could. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Thank you for relieving my pain!!
Rach La: So grateful for this compassionate staff. Bringing my 11 year old daughter here for her first MRI was an exceptional experience.
Kat Gunn: I have been here many times in my life, the absolute best in my book ! ! ! 🤠
Dan McCune: Very friendly staff. Was seen at actual time of my appointment.
Billy Virgi: Friendly staff, clean facility, very professional
regina culberson: Everyone was so courteous! Many thanks to Amy, Bob, Lopez and Dana. I was truly made comfortable with the needed procedure. :-)R.Thompson
Team Ragtag: It was wonderful talking with Miranda on the phone, very helpful and respectful
Mon Bon: Excellent service from the initial phone call with Amy to the service provided by Dana. Highly recommended. Only thing to change would be making it easier to find as the GPS took me to an adjacent building.
Kristian Robe: I was very pleased with my experience with Greater Missouri Imaging. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and I was in and out of my MRI scans in a timely fashion.
