Matt Jackson: Our company changed from Metlife to these clowns, and they cover almost nothing. It makes going to the dentist pulling teeth physically but also financially, even with 'insurance'.
Terra Noguera: They were refusing to cancel my coverage, and when I told them that was unacceptable, the lady I was speaking with became very rude and then asks me, "Well, what is the reason for the cancelation?" As if that's any of her business. The coverage is a joke anyway, you are better off going anywhere else than this place.

T. Stamps: Shady, deceptive, fraudulent, manipulative liars. Worst insurance ever. You're better off pulling your teeth off at home!!! Its less painful than dealing with Delta Dental customer service.

This is both frustrating and completely unacceptable to have patients/subscribers wait this length of time!
Lee Deleon: Delta Dental of MO sucks. If you call in plan at least 1 hour waiting time. Sent 2 emails, left 4 voicemails, and chose the option to get called back 3 times. Not a single one has been returned. After 3 days I still cant get any claim information. Find a dental office with in-house dental plans delta is a joke.

Lupita Tovar: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was on the line waiting to be transfer to a customer service representative for OVER AN HOUR. Once its my turn I get a message saying that there is a problem on the automated system unable to answer my call and my call was drop in less than 30 seconds!! If you have this insurance please change right away!

Shirley Pence: I would leave them 0 stars if I could. Worst insurance ever. Try your best to stay far far away from them. The said they sent me a check, never received. Would not let me put a stop payment on it for 30 days. Placed stop pay after 2 weeks still has not been reissued and I was told it could take another 2 weeks. Really bad business.
N C: Delta Dental now requires its in-network dental providers to EXCLUSIVELY accept Delta insurance. Meaning dentists that are in-network with any other insurance provider are being pushed out of Delta’s network. Delta is effectively trying to monopolize the local dental market. I will be shopping for a new insurance provider due to Delta’s shady business practices. I hope everyone else considers doing the same.

Marc S: My wife had a dental emergency and I could not find my Delta Dental ID card to get my member ID number to present to the dentist. I called my company benefits office, and they said only Delta had the number. I could not obtain it through the Delta portal, or app, so I called the Delta 'Help' line - only to be informed that it was a "training day," the office was closed, no representatives were available to help, and to call back on Monday. I guess it is cheaper to do the training at once instead of two shifts - and screw the people who need help. So no stars for you, Delta. If I had a choice, I would use another carrier.

Jenn Mathis: Extremely disappointing when you sign back up multiple times but are not informed of programs that were never cancelled from the short term plan you originally signed up for and are unknowingly continued to be charged for years after if was supposed to be cancelled (labeled as life insurance which it is not). Access to everything we were currently subscribed to, but that info was not related to us multiple times. Make sure to watch what you signed up for, the term you are actually signed up for (which is different than what you quoted) and then get cancellation info up front before you are on the hook. (Just to be told “that’s not typically something we tell people is how to cancel”)- but you will need that info or you’ll be locked in for 5 years of paying for a service you have never used or accessed. Beware!

My normal insurance provider did not have a product that covered property that did not fall easily into the normal categories of a first or second home. Not only did Lucas work to find the right coverage for me, I ended up switching my primary residence and car insurance over with him as well because of his work ethic, communication, and he found me better coverage at a cheaper rate.
