BradLav: This place is great! I needed to get a logo printed directly to garment for a 2-year-old's martial arts uniform made of a 55-45% cotton-poly blend. Unusual job and my desire to have the logo on the back as well as a smaller version on the left breast complicated things. Given the nature of the item, they were hesitant to risk the garment, but I was okay with a little gamble, so they agreed.Chris sent me the pics when it was done and it turned out so well I thought they were Photoshopped. When I got there to pick things up, I was blown away by the quality! It came out FANTASTIC!Additionally, service was outstanding at every step of the way - from my initial call and at every point during the drop off and pick up. Little bit of background - I worked in customer service for a couple of decades in both restaurants and call centers, and, when it comes to service, I feel like I know when people are phoning it in or when the service is just overall crappy. Chris's service was stellar - warm and informative on the phone, leaving me with confidence that this would be handled correctly. He answered all of my demanding questions with aplomb, then warmly closed the call by welcoming me to the family. Nice touch, and could have come across cheesy, but was delivered perfectly and made me feel welcomed and ready to do business.I received the same great service in person when they saw the garment for the first time. They were up front about their hesitations, instead of pushing to make the sale - knowing this particular printing job was a new one and could, potentially, turn out poorly. (Understandable - I don't imagine there's a large market for tiny karate gis.) I really appreciated the forthrightness.He sent me the pics of the finished product less than 4 hours later. If it weren't for my schedule, I could have had this job out and back in the same day!Bottom line: outstanding service, communication, speed and quality! This is your first stop for anything printed to fabric and I look forward to experiencing their service again the next time I need any kind of printing done.Thank you all very much!
