There were a few small hiccups (from both parties,) but they worked with me to make sure the final product is what I wanted. They look amazing! Can I also say everyone was very quick to respond to questions? I prefer working locally, which paid off. These guys are very professional and friendly! Not to mention quick! I got 150 booklets in less than a week. And Rose is a peach! She didn't talk down to me when I was asking a few questions about the layout she needed: she was very respectful, as was Mike (who explained the margins I needed.) All other staff I encountered was professional and kind, as well (I think it was Mark working on the actual plates.)Highly recommended if you want quality.

Mary McManemin: Ink spot printed my daughter's wedding programs. They came out perfect and exactly what I was looking for. They also printed my father's funeral program a few years ago. They are my go-to for any programs I need for family events!!!!
Robert S: I’ve had issues with this place before but my most recent was the nail in the coffin. When I was picking up my order the young woman who helped me who called herself “the manager” seemed like she was being bothered by having to do her job and I certainly wasn’t the only one who noticed. She turned over and looked at an employee in the back who was clearly busy and yelled at them from across the office to come help her, that employee never came because they were clearly busy. She helped the rest of the people in front of me and was, to put it bluntly not pleasant. Take your business elsewhere this place is not efficiently operated.In response to the owner’s response, I have no idea what you’re talking about I never had an issue with a file?? I also didn’t say anything to anyone while I was there, I was just picking up my order. As well, this didn’t happen a year ago this was recent. The hostile work environment seems to be within your own business, which is the whole point of the review.
Mr. E: Bought Prints from Here that Ended up Having Scan Lines. Wouldn't do Business Again.This was not mentioned to me by any of the staff. They pushed the job anyway and didn't mention having a designer edit any seen lines out. I would have gladly paid the extra to have the artwork look as it should. Online these lines were not prevalent till I saw the print in person. Called to get it rectified was offed 30% off a re-do print job and then recommended a designer edit them out.Probably should have your staff say something at the start. They seemed concerned looking at the digital print but never said a word about it. I trusted them to provide the best service. They failed.

Christina Kennedy: The Done Depot saved my wedding! Long story short, I worked with another print shop for part of my wedding suite, and out of nowhere they informed me they would not be able to print on my deckle edge paper. I was left scrambling to find a print shop who could quickly print my wedding programs, signage, table numbers, etc. on the deckle edge paper I was determined to use, with enough time for me to wrap up the final details after the print job was completed. The Done Dept. STEPPED UP. They quickly got me a reasonable quote, helped me fine tune the .pdf files so that everything was as crisp as could be, and printed my complex order on a rush. Everything turned out beautifully and honestly I think those touches MADE the wedding decor. I am so, so grateful for The Done Dept.'s help executing my vision, especially under the circumstances. I will definitely use them again in the future!
