We absolutely love the Hunter Douglas Shades. The Staff at A-Shade Company were friendly and professional, and the service was outstanding. We highly recommend the A-Shade Company and when we purchase additional shades for our home we will definitely go back to A-Shade Company.

Buffy Ingold: I did not have the best experience with this company. The gentleman came out and spent an hour with me measuring and showing me books for me to select blinds from. I narrowed it down to one, he left, then called a few minutes later to tell me the one I'd selected had been discontinued. He said he'd go to the office and bring me additional books back for me to choose from. A week went by and I never heard from him. I called and left a message. He called back once and left a message saying the books were on back order, so I waited another two weeks before I called him again (it's been three weeks at this point when he'd said it was also going to take two additional weeks AFTER we finally get them ordered). When I called it went to voicemail, I left a message asking if the books had come in. He never called me back. I called two additional times in the next week or so, both times it said that his voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave an additional message. I never did hear from him again, it's now been over two months. I ultimately went with another company. I have absolutely no idea what happened to him, maybe he was in a car accident or something?

They did a great job, the workers were very nice. I would definitely recommend them. Don't struggle with trying to clean them yourself, let A Shade do the work.

Yossi Negrin: We installed blinds with this company 4 years ago. As we are replacing now the windows, we called them to schedule removal and re-installation of the blinds. They quoted a price and we agreed. This morning they have arrived to do the job. The main guy was one of the rudest service providers I have ever dealt with (he was rude from the moment he stepped in) . He was super aggressive and anounced that they are not going to perform the job they agreed to do as it is "too much work". They left me hanging there helpless and stuck with no solution. VERY BAD experience. Be aware before you order any service or product from them!

Vivien: We needed to install the shutter for Andersen window. Dan Dee was able to install a shutter inside of window trim and it looks much better. The other company told us to install an additional window box in order to have shutter install, which would have cost triple. We were glad we went to Dan Dee for a better solution and price. They are a good local company that we will support.
