I have called and just left a message but I really don’t think I’ll get a response.. every one says this place is so great but I can’t even get anyone to get on the phone with me! Or even email me back!

Lisa Boyd: I received a furniture voucher and couldn't get anyone with a truck to take me to pick up the furniture and if you don't have a truck you can't receive it, so can if I have a truck now can I still receive the furniture voucher now.
Og Schad: So helpful. We arrived on a Monday morning un anounced. Our electric had been off for weeks. A local chapter had tried to assist us but lost track of our case. We went to Palin Street to throw ourselves on there mercy. Fortunately it didn't take much, they were kind, considerate and helped get our power on. So very grateful to them.

They help whole families in need in addition to their thrift shops.I used to take my items to Goodwill & then researched what some of these CEOs of these big charities make - $500,000 +. Research before you donate/volunteer.Nice to see charity local & help local folks.
