Jon LaRue: Driver of one of their vans actively tried to cause an accident today on 270 and 40. If they're this horrible at driving and not courteous I would not welcome them into my business or home. From looking at their Google reviews this seems to be a common theme..
Ben Sansone: great service. Showed up right on time, nice guys, fridge issues, they spent time to get warranty coverage and repairs done asap.
Neil Perth: Very expensive service with poor maintenance. I have a business where this company has done several services. Their techs never properly fixes the appliances, put some problematic parts which break down within a month, that way they come back and do the same job again, but charge you the labor, service charge, recovery charge, and top of that they would charge you extra hours for their travel time to buy the parts. The techs are lack of knowledge on so many jobs they performs.We were just the victim of situation. Not recommended at all.

Amber Foeller: Update. They made it right. And corrected.Don’t rent anything from them. If you do. They want to charge you to come and service it. Not like you can plan on when their equipment breaks. They charge to come service on weekends. Like you can predict when their equipment will break

ken schwartz: Fantastic business that’s been in the family for generations. I’ve purchased various parts from standard refrigeration over the years and always been happy. They’ve also serviced water coolers for me always perfectly done. I highly recommend this business. This is not a mega corporation, it’s a family business where people take care of you and treat you the way you wanna be treated.
Michael Reed: Ive never once shopped at this fine establishment. However, everytime I walk or drive by the location I am in awe that there is a storefront/retail space that apparently is in drinking fountain sales. Being on "The Hill" this is clearly a mob front. I will continue to marvel at how this place still exists in 2021. Good day.

Trey Williams: Would HIGHLY recommend!I am Store Manager at a Starbucks and we were performing our cleaning cycle on our ice machine. Once we cleaned it and went to turn it back on it would not power up. We had to call around to see if it was still under warranty, which it was. Ice-o-Matic referred Surety to me and they were amazing. I immediately called them and they sent someone tight away. 30 minutes he was already here and working on it. It took him 15 minutes to get it back operational. After that he sat around for about 30 minutes to make sure it was continuing to make ice. He put everything back the exact way it was supposed be and how he found it!Great experience and would definitely use them again

The person who answered the phone said "I have no tec's that come into the office, I can send someone out to look at your fridge.....and it will cost $50.00". So I cant ask any question prior.....the only way I can is for $50.00......are you kidding me.....now that's great customer service.....stay away.....

It wasn't the easiest job and many technicians would have walked away. Michael Hartmann: At a time when customer service is fading quickly, Aspen knocked it out out of the park. During one of the coldest days of the year the owner didn’t send one of his Techs out, he came out personally to service the rooftop unit for our cooler. He didn’t dump Freon in and leave, he stayed, worked with the warranty company repaired a minor issue and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Outstanding customer service, outstanding communication. I knew everything that was going on every step of the way. The follow up is what really impressed me. I wasn’t treated like a blank check or a one time customer, I feel they are a customer and quality focused company. I don’t believe they were trying to impress me, I believe this is the way they actually do business. This was the first time I’ve used Aspen and with this level of customer service, quality, attention to detail and communication it will not be the last time.

The first person I interacted with with this company should have been inviting and polite. She was far from that. Way to keep it classy aspen refrigeration. There are plenty of other companies that would be happy to have our business and I hope this review shows future clients of yours insight of your business and to not waste their time with you.
