St. Louis Fitness Factory: what do users think?
Alex Campbell: Walked in for a day pass, walked out with a memberhsip. This place is awesome and the staff are so nice and helpful
gabi: Super friendly staff, great equipment and overall positive atmosphere!
Remington Jackson: This is one of only two places in downtown STL that are open on Saturday and Sunday. Big problem, the other place didn't answer the phone and doesn't know how to return voicemails. With that out of the way, I've only been training there a week. It's pretty cool, two power cages, even a cambered bar, three flat bench press stations, and two incline bench stations. I don't need much, but I'll say it's worth the $45/month with that steam room. I don't know about the female side since I'm a guy.I'm glad I chose this place since it's walking distance for me. I think more people should join, but hey I'm fine getting some gains by myself.
Nichelle Segar: The specials on their website are expired. Expect to pay $45/mo with a contract or about $54/mo with no contract. They don't respond to emails or phone calls so you wouldn't know unless you went in person.
Bryan Clouser: Amazing vibe and set up top notch gym
Lilly Lee: Unfriendly staff.
T Chapman: Original post in 2016. This place misrepresented its membership policy to me. I specifically asked if this was a month-to-month contract and was told YES.Now I'm being told I can't cancel. There are month-to-month contracts that can be canceled at any time, and that's what I was clearly asking! PLUS, you pay $10 extra for every spin class! What a joke!
muhammad aziz: One of the best small gym in downtown St.Louis , they almost have everything which one can need for good workout.
Kaitlin Austin: Took a tour of the gym today. Staff was friendly enough, gave me a very halfhearted tour but I was able to walk around on my own, as well. Plenty of equipment, great layout. Locker rooms are nice BUT if you’re a woman, you apparently don’t deserve to use a steam room…they are only for men. Yes. You read that right. In 2021, women are given fewer benefits for the same price (I asked, and the guy just laughed). Then, it clicked. It was literally only dudes in the gym at the time, probably around ten individuals at noon - a gym peak hour. So if you’re a guy, it’s a great gym. No classes either, so basically disregard the website entirely.
David Kain: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismLove the location and all of the staff is always friendly.
Tanya's countdown to D day: Positive:Communication
Malik Garner: Nice setup. I just signed up last week. Pretty upset that the showers & steam rooms aren’t available. Some of the lockers don’t work and some of the equipment are down too. Hopefully the experience gets better.
Damian RDKB: I enjoy this gym. Nice spot and great equipment. Helpful staff and knowledgeable trainers.
Daniel Bert: Been a member of this gym for 2 years. Gyms have been given the go ahead to re-open and this one has not. But their trainers and workers have the audacity to post their daily workouts from the gym, I'm presumably still paying for, on instagram. Who runs a business like this? With zero communication to their members, outside of rubbing it in our faces that we can't workout and they can.
Dr. Steven Vanderbilt: Have to say yesterday was my first time, and the staff are sooooo friendly and helpful. I took a spin class with Ryan and was very enjoyable. I signed up for their monthly membership, found out they have tanning beds so that’s a plus, and my husband can join for half price as a couples membership. All in all, great experience. This is my first time back in the gym since last May after a car accident so things were a little rough on my part, but no complaints whatsoever on the facilities or the staff.
Will Gausman: Love the location and all of the staff is always friendly. They have a lot of equipment to choose from and it is a very neat place. They just need to do a little better keeping everything in working order.
Ellie Gori: It may be small but the staff here are super friendly! I’ve been here for two years and they’ve always treated me well. The equipment is slightly dated but definitely good enough to get you through most workouts!
Alyssa Moses: SO UNPROFESSIONAL: I was told upon joining that my prorated membership would be $39 with the sign up fee. Cut to a few days later and I had in fact, been charged $88. When my husband and I called to ask for the manager to learn about the higher charge, the man on the phone Mark Howard, couldn't hear my husband and said, "you know what, dude" click. Hung up on us.When we called back, he proceeded to tell us we were in the wrong. I told him he shouldn't hang up on people, that it's very unprofessional. His response, "Oh I do."Yeah, I'm Done.Update: I took Sarah Werner's adviser and joined the YMCA down the street. Much better experience.
Matt Reed: As an out of towner looking for something besides the hotel gym, this place is perfect. Easy to get a day pass, good price, clear layout, free towels. I’m in!
Michelle Stark: Love this place. The classes are great and the support here is awesome!
Michael Clayville: Adequate. They have cardio equipment, dumbbells, machines, free weights, barbells, two power racks, and three flat benches for pressing. Cost of a drop-in is $11, not too bad. The floor isn't level, making deadlifts and squats challenging and the weights and bars are a bit low quality... But it's there and you can train. All in all, it's adequate.

Dragonfly Fitness and Training: what do users think?
Andrea Billadeau: This place is awesome. They work with you, no matter what your skill level is. It is very motivating. The trainers are great, the people that attend are supportive and like family. They switch up the workouts to keep things engaging. I highly recommend!!!
Dannette Constantin: Great knowledgeable and attentive coaches. Small group setup means I get feedback and encouragement. And an incredible supportive and fun group of members.
Alison Driscoll: I love this gym so much. Such a great community of women who support each other and cheer you on to become your healthiest and best self. The coaches are amazing, welcoming and are fun to work out with. They offer a variety of classes and are constantly changing things up to challenge us. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Savannah Larimore: This might be a long review because there are just so many things I’ve loved about this gym. After a year of home workouts during the pandemic, I was ready to try new things and lift heavier weights. After looking at gyms in the area I decided to try DFT for various reasons but mostly because it’s a gym by women for women. I can’t tell you how incredible it’s been to be in a space full of women of all ages and bodies with the same goal of getting stronger. Watching everyone hit their goals is so inspiring! The coaches and other members are all so supportive, while also trusting that we know our bodies and our limits best. I have a lot of injuries from sports when I was younger and the coaches always work with me to make appropriate modifications. I’ve been able to achieve all the goals I set out for joining this gym and got to meet some great people along the way. The coaches also host additional events for skills and community building. I could go on but if I wasn’t moving I would have stayed a member here for many years! Definitely consider DFT when you’re shopping around for a new gym!
Linda Brandt: Positive:ProfessionalismThe coaches are awesome! They address each and every member to accommodate their needs. They know every member by name. The women all motivate and encourage each other. There are women of every shape, size and age, you never feel uncomfortable. I feel blessed to be among these empowering women.
Tiffany Grooms: When I first decided to try out Dragonfly I was terrified about not being able to keep up with the workouts and worried that I wouldn't fit in. Four months later and I already can't imagine my life without the gym! The coaches do an amazing job of helping you with modifications while still making sure you get a great and challenging workout. I love that Dragonfly welcomes such a diverse group of women (all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels) and always emphasizes strength and well-being over everything else. So happy to be a part of this wonderful community!
Kelly Brennan: I have been a member of this wonderful place for 4 years now. Renah, the owner is top notch. The trainers will know you by name, will modify movements to help start where you need to be. If you have injuries, they will work with you to strength and overcome any obstacles. The gals who come in are friendly and encouraging. It is a community. We raise money for charities, adopt pets, adopt families at Christmas and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. You should come join us!!
Ali Hadley: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityFirst off, Amazing trainers. Secondly: Challenging and rewarding workouts designed to push you—no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. PLUS, you get to be part of a supportive community of strong women. What more could you want in a gym???
Jenni George: If you want a gym experience that's supportive, form- focused, goal oriented, and fun, this is the place for you. Coaches are knowledgeable, not just about training but also about YOU, modifying when necessary and pushing when needed. You will feel like you're part of something, but you'll also feel like you're working and building torwards your own unique goal. Can't speak highly enough about Dragonfly.
Jessica Richards: I used to hate working out. Since joining Dragonfly it’s one of the things I look forward to the most. I have been a member for a little over a year and I can’t speak highly enough of this place. Everything is thought out and purposeful, you won’t get a random workout, but something designed to make you stronger. The trainers get to know the clients, are invested in our progress & are always suggesting modifications or progressions depending on an individual’s needs. The community is supportive and FUN. Renah is ALL IN when it comes to making her business a place that improves her clients’ lives and it shows. 6/5 stars here.
k10wagner: I ❤️ Dragonfly Fitness and Training! The small group classes are such a great way to work on your own health and fitness goals while being surrounded by other women doing the same (safe-distanced, of course 🙂). The coaches offer practical advice and guidance on how to start, and grow into, a personal fitness plan that meets you where you are – no matter where you are – in the journey. The team at Dragonfly have truly created a wellness community - a place where I feel like I've 'found my people.'
Lauren Moran: I have been going to Dragonfly for almost 3 years now and it keeps getting better and better every year. I have always been an athlete and their workouts have kept me interested and challenge me every step of the way. I can say one of the best things about this wonderful gym is that they are able to help me with every hurdle that’s thrown my way. I was able to work through a shoulder injury and come back even stronger than before. I am now currently pregnant and have become the modification queen! They have been able to help tailor my workouts to keep me healthy and active as my body changes. I never dread going to my workouts, instead I look forward to seeing the friends I have made and leave in a better headspace. I feel ready to take on my day and know the biggest challenge is behind me! Their sense of community is one of the things I love most about them. They are always finding ways to help support local charities and give back to the neighborhood. They honestly want the best for anyone and everyone. COVID has made life difficult but Dragonfly saw this as an opportunity to grow and keep us all on track. I feel genuinely cared for by each and every trainer. They know me personally and make an effort to make you feel welcomed instantly. My best advice to someone who is wanting to start their fitness journey is to give Dragonfly a try. No matter what level you are at, you will be hooked after 1 class and will never turn back!
Megan Sherling: Dragonfly is more than just a gym, it is a community. The workouts are challenging, but always adaptable to meet you where you are at. The coaches will know you by name and know what you are working on in each class. The other members are top notch women who care about supporting and encouraging each other. If you are looking for a new place to workout, I can't recommend Dragonfly highly enough!
Alana S.: I’ve been back at Dragonfly since October 2020, and I’m so glad I rejoined. I have been attending strength classes consistently and seeing results in my strength over the course of each 8 week session. I get my cardio in on Saturdays with the Hurricanes class and love hitting up rowing classes when they become available. I had never rowed before joining Dragonfly so I can credit (mostly) Renah for my form and skill. The coaches are well-versed in biomechanics, and offer alternative movements for those that need them (Pain? Mobility issue? Injury? They’ll help you work either around it or to overcome it!). There truly is a sense of community at Dragonfly amongst the members, and I look forward to each session to focus on myself, even if it’s only for a few hours per week. I’m a better parent and partner when I get in my workout.
Erin Killebrew Stoecker: If you are looking for more than just a gym, Dragonfly is the place for you. Dragonfly is a community! In person or virtually, all the members and trainers are supportive and encouraging. I've been a member now for about a year and I am extremely happy here. Dragonfly is very accommodating. I have been participating virtually since the start of the COVID-19 and even with logging in at home, I have never felt stronger! For the first time in my life, I can do a proper push-up! They provide modifications for injuries and they truly meet you where you are. The trainers also get to know YOU and care about you. I'm very much looking forward to coming back in person to the gym very soon!
Karen Moffat: If you’re looking for just a workout Dragonfly may not be for you. If you are looking to train with coaches who get to know you and your needs, meet you where you are and help you get stronger, Dragonfly is for you. If you are interested in coaches who invest in their clients and the community, Dragonfly is for you. If you are looking for a positive community of women who set goals, work for them and encourage each other, Dragonfly is for you. If you are looking for women who lift each other up in an accepting, judgement free environment, then Dragonfly is for you.The BEST thing I’ve ever done for myself is become a member of Dragonfly. Through the small-group in person training I have become stronger, physically and mentally, and healthier. Dragonfly- so much more than a workout!
Nicole Trippany: I've been going to DragonFly for two months. I attend the small group training, and I look forward to every class. The coaches at Dragonfly are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and able to safely help with modifications when needed. They meet you where you are and are always encouraging. The pace of the movement progressions is designed to help you successfully move forward. They offer engagement outside of the studio as well, like videos that help with technique and form and insight on nutrition, mindset and selfceare. They thoughtfully enforce wellness policies, and the studio is safe and clean.
Lorenda Bolling: I’m so happy I decided to join Dragonfly! I have a true “new member” review since I have only been to one class! Immediately I felt so welcome and was greeted by name. Missy was SO helpful my first class. She met me at the level I was coming in at, instead of making me try to “catch up”. She modified everything perfectly and was so helpful in explaining so many things and answering my 1 million questions. I’m looking forward to my next class!I really enjoyed how their “joining” process was so thorough...they really want to make sure this is a great fit for you!
Andrea Henry Tharian: Dragonfly Fitness has definitely changed my life in the four short months I have been a member. The trainers are incredible. They really care about meeting you where you are and do everything towards supporting your personal growth and strength within and outside the gym. My form has improved when doing a range of movements - including kettle bell swings, planks, mountain climbers, and deadlifts. For years I have been doing these movements incorrectly and had no idea. Getting stronger and better every day!
Sarah Earll: Amazing place for women to worked. The trainers are incredible.

Orangetheory Fitness: what do users think?
Christine Phelps: OTF CWE is by far THE BEST OTF in the area. The staff is fantastic. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and know how to get the class motivated. I tell everyone about my gym because it's my favorite part of the day. I'm stronger. I'm more confident. OTF helped me get there.

Katherine Wang: Awesome gym, great staff. I love all the people there, they create such a great and friendly environment! The coaches and workouts always push me to be better, and I have seen so much improvement in my health and fitness since I have started :)
Ella Baderman: I recently joined OTF at the CWE location. This was my first time with any sort of exercise group class and I have loved it so much. Coach Katie and Coach Shane have been amazing teachers and really remind you to take each class at your own pace while still pushing yourself toward your goals. Not only the coaches, but the front desk staff as well are all so welcoming and accommodating. They not only make signing up for and taking classes easy but care about their customers as people outside of the gym. Would recommend this location to everyone, especially if it's your first time!
Ariel Wu: Absolutely loveeeee OTF CWE, good vibes, good people, and good workouts 💪🏼
Nia Shy: I really enjoy Orangetheory. I was nervous about joining due to getting back into exercise after a long hiatus. They made me feel very welcomed and I love that they challenge you in a supportive and non intimidating way.
Grace Taylor: I didn’t think I could love going to a workout studio this much but I do! The classes are always varied and challenging, but not so hard I can’t complete them. The staff are so kind and welcoming as well!! Lauren at the front desk deserves a special shout out
Cristina Castro: Best workout ever and amazing team!
Beryl Rong: Love OrangeTheory and love this studio. Everyone here is so nice and I really enjoy Coach Beth and Coach Alexandra’s classes. They are always energetic and encouraging! I’ve lost 15lbs in the first month and half Woohoo! Definitely a great experience and you won’t regret it!

Abeeha Shamshad: Great class selection and awesome coaches!
Zi Yi Shao: Joining OTF has really improved my health! Love all the workouts, the atmosphere, and the challenges. The coaches and front desk staff are very welcoming.
Beth Jantz: Great gym. Clean, efficient, and I love all the integrated technology. It's a balanced one hour workout. I like that it's customized to your personal heart rate so you don't feel like you're dying at the end. It's divided into 20 minutes on rowers, 20 minutes on weights, and 20 minutes on treadmill, with coaches calling out instructions throughout. They switch it up each time so it isn't too repetitive. The instructors are great about providing options to modify exercises for people like me with injuries. It's also nice that there are all types of people working out there - all ages, genders, body types. Everyone just does their own thing, no judgement.

The Boxing Gym: what do users think?
Delaney Alyse: Been a member for a year now and honestly best health I have ever been in, I give credit to the boxing gym. I went to one class because I heard about kickboxing before, and I am so glad this was the gym I walked in to. Every trainer I work with obviously loves working there, and every member loves being a part of it. They meet you where you're at; you can go as hard as you want during class & learn technique, or just use it as a cardio session. At the end of class, I usually can't wait for my next one. I highly recommend Nicki, Jim & Trent, but honestly have loved classes with everyone.
Kendall Burks: Couldn’t ask for a better gym experience. The workouts are fun and challenging with lots of variety in the class offerings. The trainers are encouraging, motivating, and safety-conscious (super important, especially when it comes to weightlifting). As an added bonus, there are two adorable and friendly dogs always looking for pets after class is over. Coming to this gym has been extremely important for my mental and physical health for several years now, and I can’t recommend this place enough.
Ruby Robinson: I’ve been a loyal member since moving to the STL area about four years ago and I refuse to find a different gym. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. Every class is challenging and fun. They are always willing to answer any fitness question and assist you with your health journey, if needed. There are a variety of classes from basic to intermediate/advanced boxing, and strength training. All fitness levels are welcome.
Sarah S: Editing to say that I LOVE the Boxing Gym. I've been going to The Boxing Gym since 2017. The variety of classes and instructors, at different times of day, means I can get the workout I need even when I have a busy schedule. Each instructor has different music and a different style so I can change it up anytime! The bootcamps are especially challenging, and I love that I can modify them however I need if my knees are sore that day. They’ve added a lot of weightlifting and cardio classes without boxing, including on Sundays. The instructors have all been around for YEARS so it feels like a family welcoming me whenever I go. I switch around between classes with Stephanie, Jim, or Trent, and I recently went to a class with Karen and had a great workout! The owner Jim has two adorable dogs who hang out all the time, and they love getting pet. They’re literally the sweetest most gentle pups, so it’s so relaxing to visit the gym. It's conveniently located next to Schnucks so I often go to the store afterward. I LOVE this gym and the instructors, and they keep people coming back for years!
shanta towns: Whoever BOI is a Asian man is extremely rude ! I walked in to sign up for a few classes and the owners dog charged at me while growling and barking. Boi told me if I don’t like dogs I shouldn’t come there & he had a snappy attitude like this isn’t a place is business and I’m sure it’s not professional to have dogs in a business no matter who’s dogs they are. So if you don’t wanna get bite or attacked find another gym.
Maria Woodson: I did the 7 day pass and loved it! Now I have a membership for 10 sessions a month. Very friendly staff and great workout! Great location right around the corner from my job. I even go on my lunch break for a quick workout!
Jessi Hatfield: The best gym! When they say boxing is for everyone they mean it. As a wheelchair user, everyone has been helpful and friendly. I have been a member for 2 years. The classes are challenging and fun. The instructors are helpful and knowledgeable!
Damon Martin: 1st class went very well. Friendly atmosphere. Let you work at your own pace to get use to combinations. Great staff
Jeffrey Halverson: Jim gives me a good workout once a week. The wife wants me to go three times a week. I may get there.
Malik Luckett: I love the boxing gym it's hard work and I enjoy it then fighting skills💪🏾
Mudd Bone: The boxing gym has a great learning environment for all skill levels. The staff is very envolved and the make learning fun.
Ace MEECHII: Positive:Quality
Joshua Geller: Trained here for a few months during an internship in the city a couple years back. Amazing experience, phenomenal Muay Thai coaching, and a terrific workout. I wasn’t personally seeking to compete, but they trained me with the seriousness and discipline as if I were. The owner is also fantastic. Wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.
Hunter Schaff: Love Jim and Trenton’s classes! I always leave happy I got a workout!!
Paul Oberle: It's the one of the best boxing gyms in St Louis. Oscar is a great instructor as are all the other people there.
Heidi Lynn: Positive:QualityGreat classes. Knowledgeable instructors. Small gym where it’s easy to get individual instruction whenever needed. Been a member for over ten years. Basically my home away from home.
Mukhtar Abdi: Their place is disgusting and there's every one swet boxers on the floor
A McQ: A great gym that will get you in great shape, the staff are very friendly and the trainers are great and will work with you. Would highly recommend to anyone from beginners to those already in shape who are looking to get a super intense workout and pick up some boxing skills.
Michael Bell: TBG is the most welcoming non- judgemental gym around. Clean and safe! Jim and David are the best and everyone that works there such as the trainers are the best in the industry.
Jon Brown: Love these guys. Always a great work out.
Liz Pulliam: Instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun. The workouts are hard but time flies quickly, and you feel great afterwards!!

Breakout Fitness Training Studio: what do users think?
Sutton Nash: This is a great smaller personal fitness group training gym. The workouts, group goals and support are super motivating.
Devani Gonzalez: I was so tired of the standard large gyms. Breakout has really made me like working out again!!!! Their app makes signing up for classes so easy and I love how different each class can be. Definitely happy I joined!
Michelle Schrader: I joined Breakout Fitness in January of 2019 and have an amazing experience. I’m not big on working out, but wanted to get in shape. I wanted a gym that could tell me how to eat, but not have to starve myself or spend an insane amount on groceries to make the meals. I wanted to be showed what workouts to do and how to use the correct form when doing them. This is exactly what I got from Breakout fitness. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. John the owner has always been great at motivating me to push myself harder and doesn’t make me feel bad when I don’t get in to workout for weeks at a time. I always feel welcome here when I come in and the atmosphere with everyone working out together pushes me to work out harder.
Carolyn Druley: Breakout Fitness is the greatest. The trainers are so nice and welcoming no matter your fitness level. I feel like they really help you get the most out of your work out. Breakout has a ton of class times to accommodate with your schedule. I try to take class several times per week and the positive trainers, awesome music, and clients who take class create the perfect workout community. I highly recommend you give it a shot!
Melissa Spears: Love BF gym! Will never go anywhere else. It’s like therapy and the trainers are amazing!!
Amira Jahic: Great work out place and the trainers are amazing.
Molly del Monte: Breakout Fitness is a great gym. Clients come in all ages, shapes and sizes and classes can be modified depending on your fitness level. It is a welcoming environment and each class is different to keep it interesting. The prices are a good value. I'd highly recommend this gym.
Charming Cuisine: Been a member for years. Very chill, not at all like the big box gyms. Lots of custom options, lots of straight up normal people and trainers who actually care about you and your progress. As a big person, I’ve never felt judged and it’s nice to see people with so many varied body types in the other members and trainers, it’s not a one size fits all approach and that does wonders for your self esteem!
Jordan Stack: The most inclusive gym I have ever been to. All of the members are so kind and John cares so much for every person that walks through the door. If you’re looking for community this is the place to be.
Kelly Loud: John is an incredible trainer. He pays special attention to physical injuries and does an excellent job tweaking workouts to accommodate. Would highly recommend!
Feller Allan: The staff is so friendly, and the gym has all of the equipment you could want. I am not exaggerating when I say they treated me like I was at a spa!
Edvija Jahic: Everything you could want from exercising1. AFFORDABLE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP2. Intense, but also quick 45 minute workout WITH VARIETY3. People who care about you and your goals (they’ll text you when you don’t show up)4. Numerous meal plans and snacks available5. A supportive FB group with tips, more recipes, encouragement, workouts, etcYou can’t get that anywhere else in STL.. I looked!!
Jamie Mans: Breakout fitness is for everyone. It’s a treasure in a great location! This is my first time doing circuit training in small groups and I love it. All the trainers I have met are encouraging & supportive. Even though I have been to Breakout fitness only 14 times over 3.5 weeks, I already feel stronger and I can see my body slimming down & getting toned. Breakout fitness training is addictive especially now that my body has adjusted after the first two weeks. Signing up for daily classes is super convenient & easy using their app! I like how the app tracks my attendance because it encourages me to stay focused & keep going back.Thank you, Breakout Fitness!!
Katie Franke: I absolutely love this place! The workouts are fun & the coaches go above and beyond anything one ever seen anywhere else! I love coming here!
Karen Niemeier: I've had many gym memberships over the years but none that I ever sick with until I joined Breakout! From the first workout I knew it was going to be the place for me!
Amanda Miller: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityIt’s so hard to find anywhere, let alone a gym, with genuine and such kind people. This gym literally is for EVERYONE. Infinity Fitness: what do users think?
Jenny Beach: Absolutely love this place!! The studio is in a great location and the coaches have helped motivate and push me. The workouts are fun and energetic and the music is great! The studio is the perfect size and the coaches make it feel like personal training!
Rosalind Turner: Excellent environment! Highly skilled & experienced instruction from Alyson, the owner…. Alyson has made her fitness studio a welcoming community of like minded people seeking better health. -Roz. (a very happy student)
Alexandra Faver: Reformer Pilates and TRX classes are both great! Awesome group of people and Alyson is the best.
Cynde Strand: Great place and very welcoming! Very good workout.
Geoffrey: Very friendly and helpful trainer. Clean space, enjoyable workout class. Would recommend!
Pat Wedner: Had a wonderful, fun first Pilates experience and will definitely continue on a regular schedule.
Karen Bernstein: Wonderful class! I can’t wait to go back!
Harper Brumbaugh: Loved my session! Great workout and great instructor! Will definitely come again.
Theresa Gilmore: I love this studio!! I keep coming back. The classes are challenging but chill. I recommend this place to friends. Thanks Alyson for a great studio.
Tena Polukewich: I love Alyson’s classes at Infinity Fitness! She’s always coming up with variations for exercises to keep them from becoming stale for the class. At the the same time, she checks in with my personal knee restrictions and limitations.
Elaine Marion: Loved this class! My first Pilates ever and Alyson explained everything and made it easy to follow.
Hannah Bailey: So glad I stumbled upon this studio. It still feels "undiscovered" but probably not for long. 10/10 great instructors, facilities and so friendly and welcoming.
Melissa Cowin: Awesome class! The power tower was different from the traditional reformer I had used before. I worked so many muscle groups and enjoyed the class.
Andy Gelle: Fun workouts, non-judgmental, supportive and great staff. The same can be said for those participating as well. Super cute and best dressed mascot who occasionally visits during class times
Karen Hales Mecham: If someone had told me a year ago that I would be exercising almost every day at a boutique exercise studio, working out under mini chandeliers, and feeling confident in Pilates, TRX, Barre, and yoga classes, I would have laughed out loud! But, thanks to Alyson and the amazing community of teachers and students she has nurtured at Infinity Fitness, I am doing exactly that.Alyson draws on her experience in competitive diving and international circus acrobatics as well as her deep knowledge of the human body, physical fitness, and professional training to tailor every class to the specific needs of each student. She is a gifted teacher. In class, she never leaves anyone behind, yet she never fails to challenge — how she does that takes my breath away . . . but, somehow, I’m never breathlessI have been privileged to watch Alyson make “fitness magic” happen for many people in Pilates, Barre, and TRX — she builds confidence and skill in everyone and makes you want to come back for more. And on top of that, yoga with Rieko on Wednesdays and Sundays will make you wish for a yoga class every evening. You will love this place!
Boss Brows: I absolutely love this place! Alyson truly has transformed my life. I hadn’t worked out in ages and was putting it off until I decided it was time to start caring about my health again. I never thought to do Pilates but my fiancé was going and convinced me to try it out. I’m so glad he did bc I love the classes. Alyson is very attentive to your personal progress. She knows how to push you without scaring you away. She constantly checks in with you. What I love most about Pilates is the stretching you get out of your workouts. The exercises focus on the body’s mobility while building muscle. I love love love that. I feel stronger and more limber. I would highly recommend these classes! (Private or group)
Sharon Schwartz: I have been taking Alyson’s reformer classes since she opened the studio. The classes are a great whole body workout, and I have seen a lot of improvement in strength during this time. Alyson is a wonderful knowledgeable instructor, and classes are fun, I would highly recommend Infinity Fitness!
Jaci Benson: Infinity fitness is a place to go to grow yourself and your abilities. I feel stronger after every class that I have with Alyson both physically and mentally. She truly is an incredible instructor. I joined shortly after delivering my now 20 MO and it was exactly what I needed some mommy self care time. Plus any aches and pains would be relieved through the stretches associated with Alyson’s classes. Bye-Bye back pain! Hello strong, relaxed momma!!
Nancy Multin: I have been taking classes at Infinity Fitness since they opened last spring. Alyson is an incredible instructor and such an inspiration! I feel safe in the studio as it is well maintained (following all CDC guidelines) and beyond spotless. If you haven’t tried a class yet you should you. It’s an amazing place to work out.
Lisa Zickuhr: Infinity Fitness is a local gem! I can’t give it enough compliments, but I’ll try for the purposes of this review. The studio is thoughtfully decorated and laid out, creating a relaxing atmosphere. And it is so clean! Not only are the floors, bathrooms, and equipment immaculate, but all of the COVID precautions are followed. There’s even air purifiers in the studio space that make you feel extra safe when exercising. The class schedule offers variety for types and timing of classes, making it easy to incorporate fitness into your week. Lastly, Alyson is a great teacher who offers clear instructions and is always willing to laugh. Infinity Fitness has become a welcome part of my workout routine.
Rich Weinstock: Alyson is professional and experienced trainer who is attentive to the needs of each person in her classes. She provides the guidance and corrections needed get the full benefit from each class, her positive personality and easy laugh make the classes enjoyable. Air purifiers and attention to cleaning demonstrate her commitment to client safety.
