Erica M.Tyson: The older woman who administered our test, I believe, was named Hannah, and she was outstanding! Really made my daughter feel at ease and worked quickly and professionally. Also, a couple of patrons, due to their own error, ran into problems with their appointment. They were upset, but the people in the office handled it very professionally and politely.
Charles Sean Bugett: my appointment was at 1:00 pm Friday, April 21,2023 and it was horrible horrible service and the most unprofessional staff, the lack of communication and competency is beyond belief the staff that is there should be relocated.. I don't see this office thriving much longer
Megan Pritchard: Wow this place is awful awful. They lost a huge jug of frozen urine that I had collected and trying to chase it down was pulling teeth. They are SO RUDE. So rude in fact that I told them to their face how rude they were. And they lost my urine, not me! What the actual f is happening here.
Joshua: Waiting on test results from urine analysis. It's been over 2 weeks and still no test results. They told me while I was in there that they would hold my test results if I didn't get off of my phone when I answered my phone for a work call. I proceeded to hang up and the doctor proceeded to threaten me with my job. Saying he wasn't going to turn in the test results because I was on the phone.
VEE LEAD: I called them day before and they told me to come back the next day by 7:30 am and I went there no one was there ,I have to drive 40 minutes both away this is place have no respect at all.
pangexp: Was directed to this location for a drug screening. Attempted to call the location for availability, but no response or call backs. Went in-person at around 12:45, and only 4 people were in the waiting room with nobody at the front desk except for a kiosk, so I began to check-in to put myself in queue. After I started, a worker rushed to the front to tell me I wasn't allowed to check-in, due to the 4 (four) people in front, and turned me away with no information on any of the other locations.Would personally recommended someone go to the Arnold labcorp location for any drug screening needs, as they not only had the staff and availability to answer their phones, but were also able to get me in-and-out with no issues.
Mandi Loretta: Worst place to go I took my 3 year old daughter in to get lab done and the had the needle in her arm moving it around like they were trying to find a worm in a haystack and she was in so much pain that I had ask them to take it out they put it back in and did the same thing and my baby girl was crying mommy ouch mommy help and the put the thing all the way in her arm and I snapped and told them to take it out they removed the band but it took them a long minute to remove the needle from her arm so me being the careing mom that I was I carefully took it out and walked out of there cuz they hurt my babe and yes I went off on them cuz they showed me that they did not care for her nor me and I myself find that disrespectful
Sujith Kumar Cherukuri: I came here at 11 and they called me from the front at 11:30. They performed the drug tests for the people who came after me like 3 to 4. I've waited in the room for 30 more mins. Everyone says stay right there will be there in couple of mins.

Lejla McCormick: The process was easy and my experience with this location was great. The lady who drew my blood was really friendly and was able to get blood on the 1st try. I have tiny veins , but she did an awesome job.
Mislande Merine: Choose any facility but this one. The 2-star rating is very true. The staff is very dismissive and rushed there is no sense or care nor customer service. Enter at your own risk of waiting or having to drink water multiple times because you did not produce enough urine. Walk in was pretty easy though so I gave the extra star. Which I guess is my fault🤷🏽‍♀️

Dean Russell: Made an appointment to get my annual blood work done. Soon as I walked in a lady says you have to have a mask. I asked if she had one. She just closed the door. Hint, if one is required make sure it is stated very clear on your website. And don't just close the door and leave someone hanging wondering what they are going to do.
Adriana Lezama: Terrible hours, super long waits when there is very few people waiting and such a rude staff clearly not caring about the people. If I had to choose I would never come here.
Samantha Bernardo: I walked in at 7:00 and was called back by 7:15. The woman who drew my blood was kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and then when I got nervous, (I have trouble getting my blood drawn) she was patient and comforting. I barely have a mark on my arm from where she entered the vein. Thanks for a smooth, quick experience!
Max Humpf: I came here on a Saturday. Roughly an hour before they closed at noon. When I arrived there were 4 people in front of me. One hour later I still have not been seen and there is still another person in front of me. There is a sign to to speak with someone if you wait longer than 30 minutes but of course there is no one at the desk to speak with. Certainly not what I expected compared to other locations which typically have a wait of 15 minutes or fewer. Certainly will not return to this location.
Gabby J: The woman who did my tests was incredibly rude from the start. Never have I gotten my blood drawn and had it be as painful as she did it. Then come to find out from my doctor she never even processed my urine sample…

Teri Davis: I had a great experience with Quest Labs for my pre-employment drug screen. I accidentally made the appointment for the wrong day, so I was a walk-in and I figured that was going to mean a long wait time since the waiting room was full of people. I was so pleasantly surprised that I only had to wait around 15 minutes, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Trisha was great and the whole process took under an hour. This will be my go-to location for labs moving forward!
Mel A: I've been several times. Staff are professional, good at their jobs and friendly. Facility is clean and renovated.Pro tips:-Making an appointment online seems far more time effective than walk-in. Appointments are prioritized over walk-ins and they seem to always be busy.-There is no attendant at the waiting room (e-check in only) so easiest if you have your physcial insurance card.-Parking is on the street or at the garage across the street (which can be confusing because the lot next to it is private).No Quest I've been to has administrative staff at the location so the review is not for Quest at a corporate or billing level.
Sunrise 55: My appointment was at 8:40 AM CDT. I arrived at 8:25 AM. I was called at 8:30 AM and done by 8:40 AM. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The woman who took my blood sample was very courteous. My experience was wonderful. No complaints whatsoever.

Their restroom was clean and well-stocked. I do wish there had been a way to access the restroom before my appointment--I'm a pedestrian and needed the restroom badly when I arrived. The waiting room has seen better days--one of the check-in kiosks seemed to have been ripped out by the cord.

Jess: They never seem to get the faxes that are sent from your doctor even when your doctor has confirmation it was received. Also the majority don't seem to be that good with drawing blood despite doing it all day. Marquita is AMAZING. She is the best and also very sweet but haven't had the same luck with most of the othersI can have tricky veins so I make sure I drink a ton of water but with that being said I've never had a problem to this degree at any other place with drawing blood. I went the other day and it will probably be my last time going to that location. My arm is now beaten up and bruised. Never again.
Mr. Precious: Extremely slow and unorganized, arrived here around 12:00pm after 15 minutes they got me in, and than one nurse started doing my random drug test, after she puts me in their system, she recognized that she’s not qualified to do DOT test, so I went back to waiting room and spent almost an hour there before I called back in…Slow slow slow place👎👎👎

Guess they didn't get their "pee sent to their job" 🤣 Made an appointment online, very easy and many 15 minute slots available. Walked in, kiosks at the front to check in. Wait time was 5 minutes. Young lady came out, did my blood work and was very nice and cordial during the entire process. I was done in 5 minutes. Easy as pie.
Eric Brown: Everytime I go to this Quest there is ALWAYS a problem with my drug screen but never nowhere else. Why is that?
A day in life with Pilarr: I had to come here 2 years ago to take a urine test for a job. Staff were rude and ghetto. I don’t do ghetto. I rather not deal with it. A lady came into the waiting area and directed me to a restroom (didn’t speak, wasn’t welcoming, side eyed giggling with employees, came off as childish and had to be about 20 years older than me. Nothing about her was professional). She then instructed me to sit my things (Louis Vuitton bag and keys) into a box that looked like it previously held the urine samples. It had a paper towel at the bottom of the box that looked as if it was previously soiled but dry. I took pictures of the box and the inside as well. I was then directed to another room right across from the restroom with another “bothered” employee. Older lady. I even stated to them that my experience was ghetto. I’m a little late with my review but if that same staff is currently still there, then I’m more than positive this review still applies. If you have the choice ask for your order to be sent elsewhere.

Kate Lee: Do not go here unless you absolutely have no other choice. They make you wait for 30-45 minutes if you're doing any type of testing beside a drug test. The employees sit around chatting while there are people waiting in the waiting room. Not to mention the confusing parking situation. I would give them 1 star out of pure frustration, but they have correctly completed my tests in the past.

The corporate office needs to update their hardware because that’s what is causing the major delays, loading time on the software. Crazy right?All the employees here are very nice and ddi their best to accommodate everyone.
Kourtney Givensi: They have not submitted my pee to the job and I have been without a job because they were not submit to you and sample and did not take the file that I needed to give them for the tests that were needed for the job now I'm without a job due to their service one lady was so rude but then you have one lady that was so nice and I think they can do better and the way that they treat people the Tb test was supposed to be done and it has not been done when they told me they didn't need the form now I can't go to work because the test has not been done
Mindy Pearson: Had to wait for 15 min. And the nurse who was in charge of drawing my blood, was unable to do so. I don't know what kind of a place hires nurses who are specifically there to draw blood and perform in a professional manner in which the patient feels at ease and informed. I was not impressed with the way I was just ordered around like I had been there before or something. I know that I will never be going back to that location.
Joanna Williams: wish i could put zero stars. i’m posting this while waiting for the second half of my lab test and trying not to cry because of how i was treated by the person doing my testing. they treated me like i was stupid, talked over me, and laughed at me when i asked for clarification. people like this are the reason i put off seeking care for weeks to even months. it’s disappointing when i finally do try to get the healthcare i need and my fears are only confirmed. do better. if you work with people, especially vulnerable people, you need to treat them like people. not acceptable.

Tashara Sahara: The waiting area is nice, however the staff are very ghetto and unprofessional. When I arrived (10 mins before appointment), I checked in with the link sent to me. Less than 5 minutes later my name was being called. I thought wow how great! Then the staff member asked did I have an order sent to this location. I told her I did. She responded by saying well we don't have it and we are about to be closing. I reached out to my doctor's office, and they explained though they sent it already, they would go ahead and send it again. A couple of minutes later another ghetto staff member comes out and says " Yea we ain't get it and we closed now". Why would you schedule appointments 10 minutes up until your closing time only to rudely rush the patient when they did their part and arrived ON TIME! I will NEVER come back here again!!!!
Crystal Robinson: Professional, friendly and fast. I was checked in exactly at my appointment time. No waiting around. I had routine blood work done. Technician made small talk and was very good at her job.

I had an appointment scheduled and check-in was easy. I waited for about 5 minutes to be seen and the blood draw took like another 5 minutes.

Drew: This place has negative signage outside. If you have an appt here, you are looking for the basement of the Mercy building.As for the appt, they were at least quick. I sat down and before I knew it, they were already trying to draw blood. It seems like you should at least confirm the test before doing anything else..Results took about 2 days.
Patricia Cooper: Went to quest Diagnostic on Watson road on 5 24 22 to have blood drawn I didn't no how to use the machine to sign in I must have hit the wrong button trying to put in my name and it register me as 1 the lady came out to get me and began to say don't you no how to write your name screaming I just looked at her after a while she called in two more lab technicians to tell them how good my vines were which was rude of her they just looked the next morning I woke up swollen and bruised and as of today still bruised never want to see her again I think she was having a bad day I no why people don't go too
Stu Coffel: No one to talk to in order to confirm appointment. Automated appointment scheduler is fine but offers no confirmation. I called to see if they received my Dr.'s requested labs; no answer and mailbox was full so no hope of talking to anyone. Just frustrated.
Charlotte Grider: This was a good experience. There is disabled parking, and I didn't have to walk far to get to the lab. The phlebotomist was pleasant and professional. Everything was clean.At first, I was a bit put off by the fact that there was no traditional reception desk (and I didn't actually see the sign for the lab, but that was not their fault!). But I soon saw a delightfully simple sign-in process. Signing in was hassle-free. The wait was short (and I didn't have an appointment). Unlike some other places, there were no abusive employees. No negativity. Just people doing the job they were hired to do. It is sad that that's become the exception instead of the rule. But I am super-grateful!
