Labcorp: what do users think?
Erica M.Tyson: The older woman who administered our test, I believe, was named Hannah, and she was outstanding! Really made my daughter feel at ease and worked quickly and professionally. Also, a couple of patrons, due to their own error, ran into problems with their appointment. They were upset, but the people in the office handled it very professionally and politely.
Charles Sean Bugett: my appointment was at 1:00 pm Friday, April 21,2023 and it was horrible horrible service and the most unprofessional staff, the lack of communication and competency is beyond belief the staff that is there should be relocated.. I don't see this office thriving much longer
Megan Pritchard: Wow this place is awful awful. They lost a huge jug of frozen urine that I had collected and trying to chase it down was pulling teeth. They are SO RUDE. So rude in fact that I told them to their face how rude they were. And they lost my urine, not me! What the actual f is happening here.
Joshua: Waiting on test results from urine analysis. It's been over 2 weeks and still no test results. They told me while I was in there that they would hold my test results if I didn't get off of my phone when I answered my phone for a work call. I proceeded to hang up and the doctor proceeded to threaten me with my job. Saying he wasn't going to turn in the test results because I was on the phone.
VEE LEAD: I called them day before and they told me to come back the next day by 7:30 am and I went there no one was there ,I have to drive 40 minutes both away this is place have no respect at all.
pangexp: Was directed to this location for a drug screening. Attempted to call the location for availability, but no response or call backs. Went in-person at around 12:45, and only 4 people were in the waiting room with nobody at the front desk except for a kiosk, so I began to check-in to put myself in queue. After I started, a worker rushed to the front to tell me I wasn't allowed to check-in, due to the 4 (four) people in front, and turned me away with no information on any of the other locations.Would personally recommended someone go to the Arnold labcorp location for any drug screening needs, as they not only had the staff and availability to answer their phones, but were also able to get me in-and-out with no issues.
Mandi Loretta: Worst place to go I took my 3 year old daughter in to get lab done and the had the needle in her arm moving it around like they were trying to find a worm in a haystack and she was in so much pain that I had ask them to take it out they put it back in and did the same thing and my baby girl was crying mommy ouch mommy help and the put the thing all the way in her arm and I snapped and told them to take it out they removed the band but it took them a long minute to remove the needle from her arm so me being the careing mom that I was I carefully took it out and walked out of there cuz they hurt my babe and yes I went off on them cuz they showed me that they did not care for her nor me and I myself find that disrespectful
Sujith Kumar Cherukuri: I came here at 11 and they called me from the front at 11:30. They performed the drug tests for the people who came after me like 3 to 4. I've waited in the room for 30 more mins. Everyone says stay right there will be there in couple of mins.
jerry williams: Been here twenty minutes with four other people sitting in the lobby waiting for the girls to draw blood while they been in back talking and laughing
Lejla McCormick: The process was easy and my experience with this location was great. The lady who drew my blood was really friendly and was able to get blood on the 1st try. I have tiny veins , but she did an awesome job.
Mislande Merine: Choose any facility but this one. The 2-star rating is very true. The staff is very dismissive and rushed there is no sense or care nor customer service. Enter at your own risk of waiting or having to drink water multiple times because you did not produce enough urine. Walk in was pretty easy though so I gave the extra star. Which I guess is my fault🤷🏽‍♀️
Old Sol: They are sooo unprofessional and RUDE. I’ve been here twice but will have to remember to ask my employer to send me elsewhere in the future even though this location is closest for me.
Lamar Mullen: Rude as hell, I was sent here to take a drug test for my job. The lady told me I could nit take the test because she was busy. Never go to the location.
Dean Russell: Made an appointment to get my annual blood work done. Soon as I walked in a lady says you have to have a mask. I asked if she had one. She just closed the door. Hint, if one is required make sure it is stated very clear on your website. And don't just close the door and leave someone hanging wondering what they are going to do.
Adriana Lezama: Terrible hours, super long waits when there is very few people waiting and such a rude staff clearly not caring about the people. If I had to choose I would never come here.
Samantha Bernardo: I walked in at 7:00 and was called back by 7:15. The woman who drew my blood was kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and then when I got nervous, (I have trouble getting my blood drawn) she was patient and comforting. I barely have a mark on my arm from where she entered the vein. Thanks for a smooth, quick experience!
Max Humpf: I came here on a Saturday. Roughly an hour before they closed at noon. When I arrived there were 4 people in front of me. One hour later I still have not been seen and there is still another person in front of me. There is a sign to to speak with someone if you wait longer than 30 minutes but of course there is no one at the desk to speak with. Certainly not what I expected compared to other locations which typically have a wait of 15 minutes or fewer. Certainly will not return to this location.
Gabby J: The woman who did my tests was incredibly rude from the start. Never have I gotten my blood drawn and had it be as painful as she did it. Then come to find out from my doctor she never even processed my urine sample…
Amy Colvin: Staff is VERY rude on the phone, IF you can even get them to answer.
Joshua Truesdell: Staff extremely rude. One of the women working on 8/5 at 11AM was completely unprofessional.
Doug Tull: They won't answer their phones or provide any real information. Not helpful. Going somewhere else.

Labcorp: what do users think?
Stephanie McCullen: Not a good option for pediatric patients. I understand my 18 month old can be a lot but this was a traumatic event for everyone and I will not be going back.
Michele Overton: I just left and had a great experience. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Beverly as my phlebotomist. She was so sweet! She was gentle and kept me distracted (needles scare me). I always have a pleasant experience at this location. Thank you!
Jeff Conard: Closed, doctor's office confirmed it.
Uncle H. Freeman: I'm sorry for the others who gave Labcorp @ 28 Ronnie's plazaa bad report, but we've had outstanding help from all the ladieswho draw my wife's blood about every 5 weeks. This lab is ourfavorite! I don't consider their waiting room to be dingy eitherso put all that in yer pipe & smoke it, eh?~
Brittany Killy: This place is horrible they have no system. You check in and sit for a hour or longer just waiting. They call patients every 30-45 minutes. I’m not sure what takes them so long to process patients but something needs to be done.
Julia Andria: Easy check in with mobile. Technician was friendly and actually able to stick me correctly without ripping my arm apart. Will come back if further tests are needed from my pcp. Great experience!
Jeannette Conaway: We've had multiple problems with this location. They've lost the order even after the doctors office faxed it over multiple times, calling the office while we're there to get orders clarified and even bringing in copies of the order. They've lost blood after it was drawn. The labs just continued to be in process forever and had to be redrawn. We've tried to call this location to find out if orders are in correctly before wasting a trip there. Called the office multiple times and let it ring forever with no answer. So, my husband was in the area and decided to just stop by, he went in, knocked on the door and window, waited for someone to respond and no one ever did. There is only one person here that is half way decent and I rarely see her.If my insurance would let me go somewhere else I would never return. Super unhelpful staff.
Rob Kadera: This place makes the DMV look like the Ritz Carlton. Thought I was in a third world country.
Alex's Google Account: My urine results finally posted after over 40 hours. My doctor and I were both concerned about the time and were wondering if something had gone wrong.Instead of a sealed urine cup with a designated drop-off location like I had when I'd get testing done at a hospital, I peed into what is essentially a coffee cup and was instructed to leave it on top of the toilet. The communication around the results was awful.During business hours at the end of the next day, I called the location to ask about my test results, but the phone system just says that results are available on their website when complete and the customer service line goes straight to voicemail.I created a LabCorp patient account to see if I could get information about the delay, but until the results posted, there wasn't a shred of information even to confirm that I had visited LabCorp on that date.
Mike M: Once I got in it was adequate. The problem is the wait. They have 3 chairs so half the people had to stand, and it's a long wait. In the 40 minutes I was there, 4 people walked out.
Kristin Schmitz: Quick to get you in & out.
Aamaud Rutherford: Completely rude staff who don’t explain anything or even try to assist the elderly either . Better training and people skills is a must !
mark hovis: Great staff, excellent care and friendly.
Mary Nahm: I’ve never had an issue at this location. Covid and staffing affects all companies right now.
Zela Softic: This place is terrible. They let customers wait in the lobby for 20-30 minutes after receiving a text message saying you Lab Corp technician is ready for you. No one even acknowledges folks in the room. Just terrible.
Kate Braun: The lady who did my stuff for job employment was extremely rude & nasty. Treated me like I was a criminal & talked to me even worse. Will never use this location for anything in the future. Doesn't hurt to be nice even if you're having a bad day.
Elma Mujezinovic: This has to be one of the best labs that I have gone too. Two set backs occurred during my appointment (not the labs fault) and they handled it better than I could ever anticipated. I was in the clinic for longer than expected, but the staff did not rush me nor were they rude. They went out of their way to call my doctors office for me so I could get the right codes. I have difficult veins and they were champs when it came to getting blood (even without the vein locating machine) They went above and beyond. I 100% recommend this lab.
Jennifer Albrecht: Unfortunately second time here in a matter of days. Will be seeking alternatives. Kiosk system is woefully inefficient. No one to answer questions. Just here to drop off and waited over an hour - mind blown.
Jrewb: Absolutely desolate. There's nobody at the front counter, they just give you ipads to make appointments on. If you have a question, there's nobody around you can ask until they come out for the next person's appointment. I just watched a guy get mad and storm out of the building because there's nobody here. Absolutely miserable. Also, for a waiting room that fits the capacity for six people, why are there only three chairs??
Michelle Keller: I dread having to come here as much as I do the dmv if that tells you anything. Hopefully you have no plans for the day because youll be here all day
Nino Bijedic: Horrible

Labcorp: what do users think?
mary o'neill: Nothing but terrible experiences here. Not sure why you take appointments...they're completely ignored...l waitedb55nminutes past my appointment time for a 5 minute procedure.Staff is rude. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Chantelle mosso: l needed to get blood tests and decided to go to the labcorp at richmond heights. Honestly when l read the reviews l was prepared to have a horrible experience (l even packed a snack incase had to wait long) but alas! my experience was nice, smooth and fast! didn't have an appointment so l just walked in. In less that 5 mins of my arrival they let me in took my blood and l was out in 15mins. the two black ladies that were there were so nice! despite all the other bad reviews l personally had a good experience.
Megan Hudgins: I have issues every single time I go to this Labcorps location. They take walk-ins but they don’t post their lunch hours on the door, so people often show up between Noon and 1:30 and the door is locked. Put a note on the door! They never look you in the face, so often you’re not even sure they’re talking to you. I went in today and they didn’t have the bloodwork order from my doctor in the system. It took me 40 mins to get the order for them and then they couldn’t understand it! They had to Google an acronym on the order! I will say the actual blood draw was very quick and painless, thank goodness.
Ashley Athy: DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously. You will waste your time. I had an appointment for yesterday at 9:15 and I showed up right on time (would have been early but I had a hard time finding the building/parking due to a lot of parking spots being blocked off).I arrived soaked from the rain but ready. The office was closed and locked. No sign, no text, call, or E-mail. Nothing. There must have been at least 10 other people waiting outside. I waited for about 30 minutes and just went to a different location. For the record, the one on Chippewa is a lot better despite the check-in process being whack. The lady on duty was very kind and professional as well.
Chris Heeb Publisher: Let’s see… Reservation at 8:30. no one shows up to open lab facility and now it’s 9:30am and no one is here still… what a joke!!! Never ever coming back.
Garrett G: Just went here for a wellness check through my employer for them to say that they don’t do blood work? I scheduled it through labcorp so this seems weird. Just wasted my morning.
Erica Schisler: ZERO stars. The door to the office is locked and no one will answer the phone. We can hear people inside talking loudly. We even heard one person inside the office say ‘Someone is knocking on the door.’ The hours posted on front door say they are open. I’ve been standing outside the office door waiting for 30 minutes to get blood draw. Several people in line with me. A couple people have appointments times. No one has come to check on the line or tell us anything. Finally left. This is no way to run an office. AVOID this location. Highly unprofessional. Go elsewhere!
Alejandro Campos: Poorly managed. No proper communication. Feels unclean. Appointment times mean nothing.
Dyeshia Smith: Went through the app to book an appointment to lower my insurance premium. And that process alone w/ this specific office didn’t go well at all, but this review is more about the service. My experience at the 1035 Bellevue Ave Ste 314, Richmond Heights, MO 63117 location was horrible. I have never in my life seen anything like this happen in the health field. I’ve received better service at McDonald’s than I did here. The staff neglected and was extremely rude to the patiences. Not only did they ignore patience in the waiting room . They lacked simple professionalism and care. It sickened me to see how snappy and blatantly rude the employees were to the other customers, Elders at that. The treatment of the customers alone immediately prompted me to book an appointment at another location. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE. Any breathing human deserves better than what this office provides. So if possible avoid this location at all costs!
Elle H: Do not go here. Tried twice to get a wellness check here. The first time they were over two hours behind schedule just for the people who had appointments. There were 15 people in the waiting room and half were walk ins so I don’t know how behind they were in terms of all the patients there. One of the check in machines was down so there was a line just to check in. I waited in that line for 15 minutes before I just left because the same person had been checking in the whole time and I didn’t have two hours to wait just for some blood tests. The second time I attempted to go here, I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment only to find a hand written sign on the door saying the lab was closed due to no staff. They didn’t even let the people who had appointments know they had been cancelled. This was after I left work in the middle of the day and drove all the way there only to have to leave immediately. What a joke. I would never recommend this place. My insurance reduction isn’t even worth the time or effort I’ve put into trying to get work done here.
zoe ross: Scheduled for 815, out at 818! Very quick and helpful
Ron Bip: Long wait time. No receptionist would help the elderly use the Kiosk. So sad. Will go back to Quest Diagnostics (way more professional and friendly).
ihipera keefe: This place doesn’t do drug screenings unfortunately.Today is Sep 13 2022, I am making this review after an encounter I had at the front desk of this facility. The women they had in front at 4:45pm was extremely reluctant to share information, I asked about locations that do drug screenings, prerequisites to accomplish a drug screening etc.Though she did give me the information I needed, she was extremely rude, condescending, as though I am in her way.Handing me pieces of paper aggressively, rolling her eyes, sighing at a simple request when she needed to move to get things that seemed to annoy her to.Her customer service is terrible, I never understand. If you don’t want to be on the front desk, don’t do front desk! It’s not hard to accommodate some simple questions. She was also rude to waiting patients.
Sue Anne Whitener: Went down to this location in the same medical building (SSM Health) after my doctor appointment which required blood work to be done. I arrived to find the door locked. There were multiple signs, one with business hours, one explaining Covid procedures, one saying due to Covid only 5 people allowed in at a time. Tried the door twice, thought maybe there were 5 people inside. Waited. When someone came out the door I went in. Used the self check in kiosk. Sat down. Shortly after, a woman sat down behind the window loudly complaining about a 'patient ' being out there, who unlocked the door, we supposed to have lunch... I asked if I should leave & come back - I was not aware you were closed for lunch. Asked how I got in, I told her I came in when the last patient left. More complaining where I could clearly hear from the back. Comments about what they weresupposed to be eating. Another employee came out into the waiting area, took me back, was calm, said to come with her, the ones in back told her to send me out the back door when she was done. Thank God for her. Who wants to be stuck in the arm with a needle by someone who is angry and RUDE?I purposely asked her name before I left, so I would know who to tell customer service was actually doing a good job. I went back to look at the entry door on my way out - NOTHING saying they were closed for lunch break. RUDE and inconsiderate.
gwen taylor: Went to lab at 12:49, sign said gone to lunch til 1:00. Lab didn't open til 1:11, 7 people here since the door opened it's 1:35 and no one has been called yet. Terrible service, next time I'll go somewhere else other than Richmond Heights location
amy Lane: Can't give a 0. Drive 45 min to give blood they closed early
Shawn Baybo (Toast Sweat): Was really hard to find the office, didn't give me a number to call. Had to pay to park, got there on time, there was a line to check in so I missed my appointment? Ridiculous, don't go here.
Robert Schrader: Terrible, inhumane service. An elderly gentleman was trying to check in for his appointment; in addition to the fact that lobby staff has been replaced by iPads, clerical staff inside the secured area could be heard hysterically laughing as this man struggled to get his bearings. I have a feeling they won’t be laughing so loud when their positions are automated.
Tasha The Blogger: Great Customer Service and I didn’t even have to wait that long! Thank you
Shannel Gray: I would honestly give this place zero stars if I could because my first experience here was horrible. I came and checked in at the express check in kiosk. Noticed that I didn’t have a mask and asked the lady at the front desk if they had any. I was told no. So I just sat down trying to keep my distance from everyone else in the waiting area. Then, the lady told me, “But you do need to wear a mask.” Well, obviously…that’s why I came up to the window and asked for one. So I tell her I don’t have one, where can I get one? She repeatedly said, “excuse me?” I’ve had to repeat myself multiple times that I don’t have one, where can I find one? She then says, “I don’t know!” Um…okay? I’m glad another lady was nice enough in the waiting area that told me where I could find one. So pro tip: if you don’t have a mask and they can’t provide you one, there’s some on the 4th floor.
RiDa Wo: The employee's weren't happy we knocked due to lack of clarity and actually threatened to hurt me when taking my blood.
