Mrs. Mica: Me and Husband visit this store 5/26/20223 it was our first time and when we went in a Mattress expert name Thor was very helpful and the other guy but I forgot his name. They were very helpful for us in choosing the bed, price and we ended up saving a lot of money, especially for the Memorial holiday weekend they had deals. Would definitely be coming back and recommend them to family and friends.

Thor helped answer questions about different mattresses, foundations, and availability. He offered suggestions and comparable mattresses when the ones I saw online were not available at the store. He was super helpful and I was able to get the 2 mattresses I needed before the sale ended. Very satisfied customer here!

Kevin showed me a number of mattresses and I tried all of them. He was patient while I went back and forth between them before making up my mind. He also demonstrated an adjustable base, which I knew I wanted. It was a good shoppingexperience. I was able to take my time and absolutely no high pressure.Adjustable base was damaged during delivery. Damage was cosmetic and not visible when bed isOnmade. The store made an offer that I feel is fair.

Chelsea the store manager, and Patrick the sales associate, jumped through all kinds of hoops to make it better. Five stars for customer service! (And we love the beds too!!)

The team was helpful over the phone before I came in but Chelsey helped me during my time in the store. She was great! Made everything super easy and I'm so excited to start sleeping better. Entertaining and informative to talk with. Sleep Number on the other hand has very deceptive pricing. The website price is before the mandatory 400 base and 250 delivery charge. Can't pick it up myself. We're it not for my wife, I would have walked away due to the add on pricing.

Through my prior experience with Sleep Number they have the best customer service in the industry. There quality products although a bit pricey are manufactured in the USA. And their customer service reps are located in the states also.

The store manager knew everything about each bed. She was able to pull up our history and tell us what we had purchased in the past. She was not only knowledgeable about the product, she was excited about the product. She was very helpful and kind. I will always use the Brentwood store as my go to.

Dylan responded very quickly via the store’s text system to set up our appointment. Everything was cleaned and sanitized between appointments, and we got to try everything we wanted safely. When we went back, Dylan was busy, so the store manager set up everything for us and even made sure we would be prepared with our app! She was wonderful, too. It was the best bed buying experience we’ve ever had!
Ariel B: Great store! There's convenient parking on the side of the building. The store itself is very neat and clean. I went in to buy a pillow...their pillows are a bit expensive, but they have a pillow wall with different types of pillows and a build your own pillow section. I ended up buying one of the ultimate pillows that has three thin pillows on the inside along with a zipper which allows you to remove or add layers for comfort. It's only been a few nights but I'm very happy with it. The sales person in the store was friendly and helpful but didn't try to "sell" me at all (which I appreciated). Also, they encourage you to try the demo pillows on the beds (they have paper pillow protectors) so that you can see which pillow sleeps the way you like.

They have fantastic financing options and he was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. DO NOT purchase bedding online, visit Jeff and he will take these care of you!

They made the mattress affordable for us and with a slight up charge where able to have it delivered over 4 hours away where we live, at first I was skeptical because of how low the price was, but then the bed came (a week faster than estimated) and we are so happy and had the best night sleep ever !!

Jaya Griscom: While I wish I'd had the same lovely in-person experiences in other reviews, my own experience of an online purchase from the Back Store has been terrible. They sent the wrong product, took over a month to even figure out what had happened or what they could do going forward, and have completely failed to figure out how to handle a return. Since Tempur-pedic mattress toppers are typically non-returnable, they're shrink-wrapped and boxed at less then half their normal size. In stead of providing a larger box to ship it back, the Back Store suggested that UPS would pack it for them (I checked, they won't without payment) and the shipping label link the Back Store provided isn't even valid. Jeff at the Back Store then suggested that I should go shopping to find and pay for adequate packaging myself, a completely unreasonable request for me to spend more of my uncompensated labor attempting to rectify their error, especially after months of emailing back and forth with them! They claim the would give me $5 to "cover my costs" for hours of my time to figure out and manage a return process for them. All the while refusing my refund. So frustrating! I strongly discourage shoppers from purchasing from the Back Store online. It's a mess. Pay a little more and purchase from a company that is able to handle shipping and fix their own mistakes.
Breanna Porter: We went in to look at the beginning of November and said we would be back when ready to purchase the nectar. We spoke with John, but he was not there when we returned to purchase. Both times it was the easiest, most laid back experience. Purchasing when we were ready was even better with no pressure. I will be back in a few months when the next room is built!!!!
