Mari Gonzalez: Worst experience ever! We got racially discriminated at this location. After waiting 15-20min in line to go in, a sales lady waved me over and when i got to her she turned to her co-worker asking him to trade costumers because she didn’t want to take care of us assuming we didn’t speak English! We were shocked to hear this and when we told her we spoke english she had the nastiest attitude. We should have left right there but I really wanted to get my mom her gift. This whole experience just ruined Mother’s day for us. I hope not all their sales people are like this but for now i wont be going back anytime soon.
Tonya Kincaid: I shopped at the Galleria location which is where I have several times before with no issues, as the location is convenient. This particular experience on Friday, May 5, 2023 was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered. I made a purchase and the employee who was assisting apparently made a mistake and somehow did not properly complete the transaction, and informed me to return tomorrow with my receipt to get the bracelet I was entitled to due to my spend. I found that odd and stated that would not suffice. After spending an hour in the store imagine my surprise when they stated that there seems to be a problem on their end with transaction and that it will take 3-5 business days to refund the money and would not be able to give us the items we were charged for because it showed void on their end. Immediately called the financial institution and they confirmed that the debit was made and the transaction is pending. Fast forward to 4 business days later, the funds are still not in my account and I had to repurchase the items as they were a gift and this matter has yet to be resolved. The employee at the store who identified herself as the Store Manager Rachel refused to give me her managers name or the corporate office number to expedite the handling of this situation. Therefore, it left me no choice but to post and next go to social media as well as BBB or small claims court if this matter is not resolved immediately.
Marissa Brown: Store hours are WRONG. Online it says they close at 8 and they apparently close at 7. I’ve had a few bad experiences at this store. They are super unprofessional.

Tasha Strawder: Not all workers that work for Pandora or this location are good sellers or take their time with me when I visit. But Rachel was wonderful. I had a return from another location and ended up exchanging for something I actually wanted. I got a promise ring for myself and an engraved silver charm. I was excited to know Pandora do engravings. I am big on getting my name on bracelets and perfume bottles. I have really chunky fingers, so it was hard finding a size 10 ring, but I ended up finding one I loved which matches my best sister’s 💜. Thanks Rachel !!
Brittany King: Went into this location for an online pickup and all of the associates were assisting customers. I waited patiently (my turn being next) and after one of the associates finished up with her customer instead of assisting me her friends walked right inside which she proceeded to hug them and started a conversation. Her friend must have realized I was next to be assisted because she whispered to the associate which then looked back at me and continued her conversation. The stores supervisor ended up helping me with my order instead. I purchased four items for pickup all being gifts to four different family members. The supervisor advised she could not wrap them in the boxes that the charms could be displayed in when purchasing because I did not physically purchase the items in store. She also stated that my items that were purchased online for pickup came from THERE IN STORE INVENTORY so I’m confused as why I was getting so much push back. She further more stated if I went to the West county shopping center she heard from another customer that they would just give me the gift boxes so I could try there because they’re not franchised. If that’s the case and again you pulled my purchased items from your inventory why so much push back on some cardboard boxes. I’m pretty sure if it was her family member or friend she would want her gifts displayed beautifully. I felt like since I purchased my items online I wasn’t given the same customer service as a customer purchasing in the store. Do better Pandora Galleria your customers spend way to much money to have this kind of experience.

Nikole: I have been shopping Pandora for years and today is the first time I felt like customer service was awful. We worked with Tiara and she said MAYBE 10 words to us in the 20 minutes we were there looking at rings. Acted like we were a burden to her, huffed and puffed and acted frustrated when we were trying to decide what to get. Wouldn’t make eye contact and tossed the credit card machine at us when we were paying. I will always love Pandora, but we will not return to this location.

When I told them what we wanted they immediately took care of us explain the process n the different earrings. She took her time with him, made sure I understood what she was doing. Made sure I understood the contract. Measure his earring right before she pierced it. Afterwards she made sure i liked it. And she even suggested I video tape it. Great job ladies.

Kay Jay (Kay Mo.): I just got my ears pierced at Claire's by a beautiful young woman named Sierra. She was super awesome. I would recommend anybody go there to get their ears pierced. 1st of all the ear piercings free; you're just paying for the earrings. Secondly they're very clean and hygienic unlike other places I've been to. Last bit not least they're bery moderatlwy priced. Also they give you a free bottle of cleaning solution and a lot of other places don't do that.Sierra was so nice. She put me at ease and made me feel at home. If I was this girl's boss I would give her a raise because that's how sweet she is!

Rolanda Finch: I purchased bar glasses as a retirement gift for my uncle. After 3 years of limited use, they split and cracked. I was told, a refund or replacement isn't an option. At $75 a glass, you would think they would last longer than 3 years! This $150 has cost them a very loyal customer. Sadly, after a 20+ year relationship, its time to say...goodbye Tiffany & Co.!!!!!
Bobby: Stopped by T&C at Frontenac to purchase a bracelet for my daughter for her birthday. Was helped by Susan who was very helpful in explaining the options and prices. She even went into how the Sterling silver don't contain nickel so it doesn't cause irritation. All of the associates were personable and professional.
Beth Richardson: Absolutely love Tiffany’s! I have tons of pieces from here. I made an appointment online to get one of my pieces fixed. We was in the area an hour early and they went ahead and took us. The lady helping us said it would take about three weeks to get the bracelet back and would cost $70 dollars to fix it. I think it’s worth it since they do cost way more than that. They do keep every item you’ve ever bought from them in the computer which is very helpful instead of digging out receipts. It was too busy when we came on a Saturday afternoon at the end of March.

Shannon T: On Saturday, November 12, 2022, in the early afternoon I went to make a purchase. I walked in the store and no one greeted me. I walked to the area of the items that I wanted to purchase and waited. Two salesreps were working with customers that did not make purchases but still neither acknowledged my presence. Upon finishing with a customer, the older gentlemen walked by me and assisted a Caucasian woman walking into the store who did not make a purchase. He still did not acknowledge my presence. I decided to walk out and while leaving a young man in the front asked if I had been helped. I responded, no. He asked if I needed help and I responded not now because I am leaving. I am writing this review because since the pandemic, I have noticed a complete disregard for acceptable customer service interactions. Clearly Tiffany's is not short staffed and customers should not have to wait any length of time once inside the store to receive a greeting. To that end, I will no longer patronize the store and make my purchases online where you are promptly greeted by an online advisor.

However upon arrival my wife and I walked around the store looking in the various display cases for the necklace I wanted to purchase and none of the sales people who were not working with customers approached us to see if we needed help or even bothered to say hello. My wife finally asked a guy who was standing against a wall if he worked there, the gentleman said yes and attempted to help us, but didn't know the inventory or if they even had the necklace that was shown online to be in stock. When David finished with his customer he apologized for the wait and asked if he could assist, I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what we wanted. I purchased the necklace for my wife and David even got us champaign to toast to our anniversary. David turned a bad customer service experience into a great one. Thank you David!

They always wrap the jewelry & boxes up perfectly and take their time helping you try-on pieces. If anything is out of stock, they do their best to help you locate or order it. There was one incident were they mixed my necklace up with another customer’s necklace while being cleaned - they apologized and replaced the item with a brand new necklace same day.

Lovely Empathy: I am SO happy with Megan’s customer service! :) If I could rate 10 stars I would.✨She is super genuinely kind. She even introduced herself when piercing my ears and she did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable about it! I got three piercings all done perfect and fast, she is a hard dedicated worker and as sweet as can be! I will never forget my experience today at Claire’s because of lovely Megan. Stephanie Roddy: I went to Claires on Friday, September 17th because my daughter wanted to give her friend a few gifts for her birthday. No other customers were in there when we entered. The lady at the counter working never once greeted us(it was me, my mom and my 11 year old daughter). I was like okay maybe she will at least when we approach counter to checkout(I'm a lil big on customer service since I've worked in customer self over 10 years and I observe others how they treat me or others when I enter stores or any place, you want to feel welcomed in a place)....any how, I let my daughter look around to she if she liked anything. She ended up choosing 2 items from Claires in South County Mall. We approached the counter to checkout, still no greeting..how are you..hi nothing...she just begin ringing our items without a word...I'm thinking to myself "hmmm okay..." she finished checking us out, but when we were leaving she did say "have a nice day" I still thought that the entire encounter/customer service could have been alot better. I gave a score of a 3 because Claires is a nice store, the prices can be steep but, I would have given a better score if there was overall better customer service. You don't have to be rude to give bad customer service, sometimes saying completely nothing, is just as bad.

Cristal Barker: Brought my 4 1/2 year old to get her ears pierced and Tessa was great! We had an appointment but showed up a little early and they got us right in. Everything was very clean (she wore a mask and gloves while piercing), she walked my daughter through everything, showed her what she was going to do, and chatted with her to make her feel comfortable. They also had another employee there help so they could pierce both her ears at the same time which was really helpful.

I had a bad experience a couple of years ago with my other daughter for her ear piercing and Morgan made up for that. She was amazing and so fast. Plus the other two girls working were so nice too! It’s so nice during covid to have genuinely nice people working. My kids don’t see many people due to opting to homeschooling because of covid and it’s so great to see just friendly young ladies.

Bailey G: So I went in to get my triples re pierced and I was with two of my friends. One of my friends went ahead of me and told the worker that her friend (referring to me) wanted to get her ears pierced. The worker, Allison, proceed to just give my friend attitude. I get to the register and she asks to see my ID. So I give it to her to write in my info. Then instead of handing me my ID back or setting it down on the counter. She THROWS it at me. Like girl you need to chill. She was rude the whole encounter. My friends thought she was rude the whole time. HORRIBLE customer service from this female. There was a women in there with her children trying to get one of them their ears pierced and when the women was still filling out the information. Allison was throwing her hands up with attitude, because the women wasn’t ready, and Allison was ready.Not to mention she didn’t even mention she wasn’t gonna at least count down when piercing my ears like a normal person or ask if I wanted that. ALSO couldn’t even tell me the after care insurrections and told me the paper was in the bag to read for aftercare. Overall this experience sucked and so did her attitude.

Kassie Buckley: I went to Claire's last night to get my ears triple pierced and my cartilage pierced. I walked in and the girl working was standing at the register, she was bagging up some shipment I believe. I walked it the register, since she did not walk out and brett me. I asked her out getting my ears pierced, she proceeded to huff and puff and roll her eyes. She never once stopped bagging the shipment to help me. I stood there for about two minutes before I was clear if I could get my ears pierced or not. She wouldn't look at me or even speak. Once she came over to the chair to do the piercing, I told her which earrings I wanted. I wanted the stainless steel with CZ. After she pierced my ears I found out she didn't even get the right earrings. She pierced my ears with the stainless steel plain balls. While she was writing the information down on the sheet she kept throwing the box around, slamming her wrist. You could tell she has absolutely no desire to do this or be there. I looked at my friend and said I honestly don't even want to follow through with this because she was so disgusted by helping me. I even complimented her on her sweater and she was rude about that. When I was finishing checking out my friend stayed at the register to purchase earrings. I walked towards the front so she could checkout. Thn cashier ignored my friend and went back to bagging the shipment, even though she very well knew she was purchasing something. She finally looked up and very rudely said "can I help you?" Overall this experience was horrible. I work in customer service and this made me want to be nicer to everyone. If you don't want to be at work and help the general public, don't go. Because she made something that I was excited for, so unpleasant. Her name was Kaleah.
