Very flexible and accommodating with different locations for convenience. I went to the Hampton location. Took them less than an hour, barely 30 minutes and they got me in and out that day with no problems. Great experience & highly recommend!

Alfredo Padilla: Had a chip repaired on the windshield. Advised if it's split the cost of repair would go towards windshield replacement. File claim through insurance to replace the windshield that split from the chip. I was told since it's an insurance claim the cost of the chip repair will not be honored.

Abraham Adams: I called them on Monday to get a quote and they quoted me a great price to come out next day and replace my windshield. They didn't call and didn't show up. Tried to call them but it kept going to voicemail both the day of the appointment and the next day. I must have tried nearly 10 times. I even tried to visit the listed address as it wasn't too far from my work and all I could find was a UPS store. Super disappointing.
