They even cleaned my windshield, and sent me home with a pack of glass cleaner wipes (and poked some fun at how dirty I kept the interior of my windshield). After cleaning out the impact area, he used a special tool to expose the "legs" of the crack, exposing one or two legs that weren't visible initially. This way, he ensured the entire crack was repaired. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and why, and it was obvious he was a real pro at this. The end result is a nicely repaired window, completed quickly and at a very fair price. I highly recommend St. Louis Windshield Repair.

Day of appointment, called them early in the morning because no courtesy call to confirm appointment. They lost my appointment. The clerk was honest enough to say he remembered I called but information was lost. They were able to make it to their original time slot. Unfortunately, they came with an untinted window. Something that I made sure to request. Autoglass Xpress is a little cheaper than others but, given that I have to go find someone to tint my window, but time is money. I took off work in order for them to fix my front windshield at home, they gave me a window of 8am to 5pm!! First off who gives a window of ALL day??? I called twice once at 3:30 and again at 5 to see where the person was as I had not even received a phone call!! I specifically asked if the gentleman was still going to come out even if it’s after 5 and the person who answered the phone reassured he would. At 6:15 someone calls me and states “they just gave me another job here I won’t be able to make it out there tonight”. A whole day of mine absolutely wasted!! Terrible business!! I do not recommend anyone to go with this company. Just suck it up and pay the extra money to go with a more professional business. Prime example of you get what you pay for. If there was any chance of them not making it out to me or if this is how they operate they should have stated that when I made the appointment!

The owner's son ending up filling this request and wasn't trained to do so, or was simply sloppy. He broke my windshield wipers and tore my interior. He then refused to fix my windshield wipers. I had to spend most of my time arguing with him and speaking to his dad over the phone. I even felt so bad that I ended up tipping the son $20 for the extra hour he spent trying to fix his mistake. He was extremely rude, mocked me, and unapologetic. I will never go here again and I've been very vocal to let others not to go here as well.

Amber Brown: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Someone broke my front passenger side window of my Honda Odyssey on Thursday morning. We went with Budget Auto b/c they were the lowest estimate we got, however, we had to wait till the following Monday for them to come to us. We left the car with my mother in law as she would be the only one available for when he would arrive. He came to the house and replaced the glass... After my father in law got involved, we were told by the "technician" that our car battery is bad and that is why the window is "struggling" when rolling up and he couldn't get all the glass which explains the rattle when the door moves. We had to leave our car with my in-laws overnight so I didn't get to examine this company's work until today (Tuesday) when my in-laws brought to us. That is when we found the following items: the amount of glass he "couldn't get" is unacceptable, there was still glass in the door frame of the car, he didn't put the door back properly, and the window could not be operated by the driver side controls which included the automatic locks where not working, also. The same "technician" came to our location within the hour and tried to explain "why he couldn't get the glass" - he didn't have a vacuum and asked my in-laws for theirs.... " I just didn't push this down all the way" and "I don't touch that part of the control - so that must have been an issue before" - nope this wasn't an issue before and everything worked, oh and my favorite when I asked why he didn't have attachments for his vacuum, he told me "I don't carry one with me in that small van... I don't typically do Car windows.. I mean, I know how to do them but that's not what I typically do! (exact quote) So basically I got excuses as to why things weren't completed - So I asked for a refund and for him to take the glass back... after that he got visually frustrated as I sat in my car and watched him work. While watching him, he does, in fact, touch the controls for the driver side window, and the automatic locks (he has to in order to get the door panel off so he can retrieve the glass)... and when he was done he through 2 bolts down on my floorboard and said" here you'll need these." I asked what they were for and the best quote yet.. " I'm not really sure!" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Got charged $90.00 for 3,60 hours for labor. The service took maybe an hour….give and take a few minutes. So why are we being charged $60.00 for 2 hours of labor we did not utilize?! This might just be me, but I don’t think we should be charged for the $60, when those two hours of labor were not used up. We will not be using this place again! Tad Hylkema: They made it right! After the first installation of my windshield there was a loose body panel and paint chipped. After a couple of months a crack developed from the very edge of the glass. They inspected the crack and the loose panel and admitted it was from installation. A new windshield was ordered and replaced at no charge to me. Only 3 stars considering that I had to go back, but I would recommend them!

Turns out the type of car i have required my new windshield to be calibrated. Who knew? Abbey Glass was one of the lowest prices from the companies i called that replaces windshield like mine. It sounded too good to be true so i called my dealer (Bommarito Chevrolet) where I bought my car and they confirmed the quality and value of Abbey Glass and highly recommended them, so i made my appointment. Iris Hawkins: They replaced my windshield and calabrated it so that everything worked. It did take four hours, but they had told me that ahead of time. I waited for mine it did get kinda hot in the waiting room their office area was air-conditioned but not the waiting area if they had had a fan even it might have been better. However that had nothing to do with the windshield which was installed correctly.

Bob Brock: Great place to get your glass replaced I would come here if you need your car glass replaced they are top notch and prices. They have a nice waiting room with good WiFi and guaranteed there work for the lifetime of the glass “Remember the Receipt” is needed for the protection. There were able to do mine even though it has lanes assist and is a brand new vehicle. I would go here again if I have a rock chip they work with the glass companies for you and go to bat for their customers.

Rachael Alexus: The windshield looks fine. I was extremely put off by the attitude of one of the men that came. He was not aware that we could hear him complaining through our door. His words were "If there was any god damn light is this fuc***g garage, I could see what the fuc* I'm doing". It was 10 am, there were 3 lights on. We are so sorry the lighting wasn't up to their standards. If it was that big of an issue, they should have asked us to move the car outside. He was also complaining about having to do it in the garage period. Extremely nice to my face, but extremely unprofessional once they thought I couldn't hear them. I will NEVER use their service again.
