J.R. Perkins: Went here to get an upgraded alarm system for my Kia. They are very theft prone due to the manufacturer. They started on my car when they said they would and finished about 45 minutes earlier than they told me. Happy with the service, the price, and the experience.

Mark Schwent: I bought a 2023 GMC Sierra from Lou Fusz in Overland and needed a Spray in Bed Liner. VIP does the work for Lou Fusz and possibly other dealers as well, so I agreed to have then do the work. I picked up the truck today. The quality of the bed liner looks really nice. The only issue is that I live in Fenton so I dropped off the truck at their facility in Overland on Sunday night and when I picked it up today, it had nearly 100 miles more on the truck than when I dropped it off. I was a little upset so I called VIP back and asked why there were 100 extra miles on my truck. They told me the Bed Liners are done off site in Eureka, MO. If I would have known that, I could have dropped off the truck in Eureka which is 15 miles from my house and saved the round trip to Overland, twice and the round trip to Eureka from Overland. They should tell the customers about that little surprise and give them the option to drop off at Eureka rather than Overland. I gave only three stars because that is a big Customer Service mistake.

Ashleigh Terschluse: Had to drive 70 miles one way 5 times to get a simple fix done. Also, they tried using salvage parts when it was signed in our contract by Lou Fusz that they must be warrantied OEM parts. Had more excuses than they had answers.
Kim Marsaw: They are good with your cars so what ever you might need they might have it to put on your car but the sad thing is they hardly say a word to you as you come in there or go out of there like when people are sitting and waiting on their cars they walk by and won't even say hello 👋 see you sitting in the lobby that's Rude for all of them to do I rated them a 5 only because they do good work but if I had to rate attitudes a lot of them are really Rude that works there ,they need to smile more and speak to the customers sitting in the lobby don't walk by as if they are not there , that's call Hospitality when they are spending their cash with you . Jason Prott answered my questions and graciously helped me without any judgment, even though it ended up being my own error! Once I watched the YouTube installation video, which I should have seen as part of the nicely packed package containing my product, it was so easy to install and looks great! Marshall Monroe: Absolutely horrid customer service from the moment you walk in door.Had a remote start installed. It works so bad, randomly starts on its own.. never stays started once you tap brake. Worst experience ever! Highly recommend you use someone else!!!
Sung Eun Park: I tried everything to get the tight screws out from my roof rack but unable to do so and called this place on Friday (after Thanksgiving). They removed the tight bolts that turned out to be stripped (my dealership did it). The job was simple but it is still a job and they did not charge me for the job which I did not expect. I was very grateful and the customer service was awesome. I will definitely give this place a business when I need to add any accessories in the future. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I was there a couple minutes before my appointment time, and she took me right away and told me to have a seat in there waiting room. Very nice waiting room by the way. And in 45 minutes the work was done on my vehicle.
John Heilig: They installed remote start on my Chevy Cruze in 2017. Lost one remote other one the clip to hold it on keyring broke. Was never happy with how it worked, now that they reprogrammed 2 new remotes, it works great and much easier! They were unable to accomplish something I asked for so they knocked off a substantial amount. This is a great company, I want to say thank you very much!

Tanner Aljets: These people have the "NAPA Know How", and they were very kind, too.I saw a truck stranded while on my way home. They had side-terminal GM troubles--loose connection. NAPA first lent us a jumper pack. Then, once a security guard and I limped it into their lot, they let us use the GM side-terminal wrench so I could clean the connection up.Even though we didn't spend a dime (this time), they were very kind and generous. Kudos to the folks behind the counter for doing the right thing.(Forgot their names, but one guy had longer hair and glasses, I believe. The other guy had blond hair and was probably the manager. This was about 5:45 on 3-10-17. *edited 2023*)

Give them a call if your ever in need of plug wires to spark plugs to oil or exhaust Etc Etc. They have the resources to check with over 40+ different warehouses through out the US. I'm right in between Andy's Seasoning and FedEx on Chouteau down from the QT on Chouteau and Jefferson so fairly easy to find. Give them a call.. 👍

Bryan Baxter: Absolutely horrible. A definite online scam. Would not even let me make an account and now can't look at the order. Have called many times and sent over 20 emails as well as to their Facebook account. Took my money immediately and won't make any effort to tell me if I'm going to get an order. Placed on May 15 and now 15 days later I'm out the money they stole. Do not use these people!!!!!! Report as soon as you see them!!!!

Kait Topp: Great for hard to find parts but if you need them now, look elsewhere. 2 weeks waiting on parts to come in for a 500 order. Always an excuse. How they stay in business is beyond me. The old man is rude on the phone and in person. Mike tries but isn't very honest, he makes excuse after excuse until you call him on it, then he flips on you. Not really worth the hassle.

I have been waiting for over 2 months for them to return the money ($887.86). I have called them many times and they have promised to repay but still nothing. I will edit this review if I get my money back - if not, don't touch them, go somewhere else.
