Ed Reggi: Horrible customer service. I called looking to rent a few hundred dollars worth of plants for a three week event and the out of town call center gave me the run around saying the St Louis warehouse manager (I guess there is no real office?) told her (Sarah) that they don’t want my business. They only want monthly contacts. When i explained that I was prepared to pay a monthly contract for the short term just to get what I needed she was perplexed and didn’t have an answer. She just kept saying that the St Louis warehouse manager doesn’t want to deal with short-term rentals. This makes me think that they’re looking for leads to upsell large contracts to business offices and corporations. Beware this is an outside company probably based offshore and you’ll get what you paid for which is zero customer service. Go with someone local. Sara even hung on me when I explained I had a good budget and that I plan to review them.

Sarah Southards: The best place to get your Christmas tree in the south county area! Support local businesses! The owners are so lovely and their pups running around bring a smile. They always have a great selection! Plenty of trees still too. We've been going here for our trees for a few years now and I'll never go to another tree lot as long as Haegele is here.

Holly Breuer: The Haegele team planned and landscaped a beautiful area of my yard. Their ideas were fantastic, including a change on the fly to fix water drainage that turned into a beautiful dry river bed that I put a bridge over and get constant compliments on! And my truly favorite part was their team. Really helpful and insanely hard working, but when I'd look in my yard to see how things were progressing, they were laughing and talking and generally enjoying their work. I loved it! What a great group! We have some more projects we're wanting to do and we'll definitely be asking Haegele to help us again!!

Leo Dogboy: Had what I needed in stock as always. Customer service could have been a little better though.

Elizabeth French: A little disappointing this season selection-wise. Especially herbs and veggies. Prices are waaaay higher than necessary and I'm just sick of rude customers and staff that couldn't be bothered to be helpful. I could live the rest of my life without being shoved by some silly young woman wearing a golf/baseball cap with a ponytail pulled through the back and the skintight Kate Hudson yoga pants uniform. The available perennials were beautiful and the plants well tended. Good selection of pots, planters, mulch and soils, etc. Checkout staff always friendly, but overall customer service in this department has become poor.

Big Odd: What a waste of time trying to find something that I looked up the location for on the Home Depot app. The location listed on the app was back wall and it ended up being on a sidewall near The Doors 2 The Lawn & Garden area and of course there was no one around to ask
Nancy Jackson: Use this store for more than just home improvement/repair and lawn/garden projects. They have good appliances, home decor, and a wide variety of storage solutions. Friendly, helpful staff and good prices.
Dan Morter: Manager mike toney very rude an knows nothing about plumbing refused to take back 4 pvc fittings because they were dusty ( he said used ) what a putz .Can't wait for Menards to open across the street look for mike in unemployment line.
