My three stars is because of the online purchases........I specifically searched and ordered a certain part, but was sent the opposite part.I know these employees are in the receiving end just as it am so I wasn't upset at them.It was however confirmed by an employee that this had been an ongoing problem yet he depot apologized for the inconvenience which helps soothe the anxiety and frustration a bit.

Yuri Shander: I have utstanding experience with Al's used parts and windshield replacement, called for price on new windshield in town and they were best price and installation were pretty good price and very fast timing. Awesome job, tanks Al's.
Love Always: I drove 4 hours away from my hometown to AI’s Auto Salvage to get my sunroof and windshield fixed the service was so nice friendly and fast. Camron was the absolute best from the time I called in to book the appointment to the time I came in. Thank you all so much I was searching for almost a year for both glasses due to them being on backorder and expensive from the dealership but Als Auto Salvage had the best price and the glass!!! Dakota Cloud: Oh my goodness yall, when I say In was in a bind I was IN A BIND! I was passing through town on a cross country road trip and came in with a destroyed rim from on of these St Louis Potholes™ and Al's came in clutch. Cameron was extremely helpful and got me a rim in no time flat and we were all set with almost no delay! Thank you Al for running such a well oiled machine!

Antonio Ward: I meant to share this but a few months ago I needed a windshield replacement and I was NOT trying to overspend if I didn’t have to, and low and behold I was told about this great establishment with excellent customer service. They gave me a quote, and I made my payment and it was handled just as quoted. Haven’t had one issue with my windshield and I’m grateful.

S G: I just ordered a transmission for my 2015 Chevy Impala from them so far so good with the delivery and customer service I experienced and at the fraction of the cost from other dealerships and mechanics.Al saved me over $1200 of which I don’t have due to financial set back after having to stop working after my car broke down. I called to see if they had the part and was told yes and the price was correct as I’m located in South Carolina to have it shipped to me. The process was easy and the payment was smooth. Was skeptical about giving my card info over the phone but the guy I talked to was nice and told me what I had to do through email to pay for it and it went great. Order it on 6/07/2022 and he let me know upfront that they test it before shipment so it was shipped out on 6/09/2022 through FedEx The mechanic shop received it on 6/16/2022 after a rescheduled delivery change by FedEx. Asked him did everything check out he said yes so far only a minor issues which was a bolt that can easily be replace by him. Hoping everything runs well and fine after he puts it in. But as far as Customer Service, Shipment and handling Al’s get 5 stars from me. From your friend from South Carolina Thank you!

Caitlin Peterson: Literally every time I have to go to O’Reilly’s I have to get myself mentally prepared for the staff’s horrible attitudes. I’ve not met one single O’Reilly’s employee from this store that has a good attitude let alone actually help a customer. I totally understand somebody having a bad day here and there, but when it feels like one of the requirements for you to work at the store is you must have a bad attitude then it makes my experience pretty horrible every time. And I literally go out of my way just to avoid going to O’Reilly’s AutoZone and advance have been so much better and treat their customers 100 times better than any employee at this specific O’Reilly’s. Please don’t go here there’s always room for improvement, but it seems like everybody would much rather be miserable at the store, then try to make work enjoyable. Please have everybody either going to some customer service classes or therapy or whatever they need in order for them to all. Have a better attitude and actually want to support and help their customers. Every other shop does so, why is it hard for this one too? Food for thought.

Tiffany Miller: I absolutely love O'Reilly. My favorite locations in St. Louis City are McCausland and South Kinghighway. Not only are they super friendly, they are very helpful as well - anytime I have needed to work on my car in their lot and needed a tool or even a loaner tool they are more than happy to assist AND they don't charge you to use the loaner tools on their lot, unlike Autozone. (I don't know if that is for all their loaners but so far the ones I have used I didnt have to pay to use it on the lot.) Also, they don't make you feel as though you have to rush to get off their lot. Anytime I have ever needed to refund or exchange a floor product or backroom part, they honor their warranties and refund policies so it is never a hassle. Yesterday I was at the South Kingshighway location, I needed a lot of help as I had to put a serpentine belt on my car as well as get my battery charged, I was in and out of the store for hours on end for their assistance and they never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They are a very professional staff. You guys rock!

Jonah let me purchase coolant over the phone and then hand-delivered it to me. Not only that, but because Jonah is also a mechanic, he was able to assess my situation and tell me when it was safe to drive again AND gave me recommendations for where to go for a radiator fix. He could not have been more helpful. Without him the situation would have been much worse.

Have called many times and sent over 20 emails as well as to their Facebook account. Took my money immediately and won't make any effort to tell me if I'm going to get an order. Placed on May 15 and now 15 days later I'm out the money they stole. Do not use these people!!!!!! Report as soon as you see them!!!!

Kait Topp: Great for hard to find parts but if you need them now, look elsewhere. 2 weeks waiting on parts to come in for a 500 order. Always an excuse. How they stay in business is beyond me. The old man is rude on the phone and in person. Mike tries but isn't very honest, he makes excuse after excuse until you call him on it, then he flips on you. Not really worth the hassle.

I have been waiting for over 2 months for them to return the money ($887.86). I have called them many times and they have promised to repay but still nothing.
