Courtney Williams: Manager is so rude. Very racist and it’s sad. Sad that I stay and spend my money at this establishment, because we was celebrating getting our RN. It started off as happy day but she made it a terrible experience for us. Her name was Alexis. Customers service and being polite went out the window with her.
Samantha Rae: This should be a zero star, actually. The way that these managers treat customers that want to spend their money there is absolutely horrible. That’s probably why the servers don’t come back to tables at all and why they’re hiring. The servers clearly don’t care about their jobs, and that’s the manager’s and GM’a job. I will never eat here again, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGERS AND GM!

Steaks weren't cooked right, they served one person the wrong plates and then the cook came to tell me I should order a medium as if I don't know what a medium well steak should look like. KTH: We visited on Saturday for lunch (Memorial Day weekend). It opens at 11:30 a.m. service was excellent. I ordered the raw oysters and shrimp cocktail. My husband had the chicken. Everything was tasty. I gave it 5 stars for the atmosphere but there were families who had squaling toddlers and babies (not the fault of the restaurant). They have an extensive drink list.

Most importantly, I appreciate management (Jared) reaching out to me and making this experience unique. I look forward dining in at Landry's again. My best favorite is the Coastal Pasta.
