Brandi Atha: Steve came to give us an estimate. While we chose to go with another company, due to the financial reasons, we were concerned after the other company did the job that perhaps it was not done correctly. I emailed Steve and he came out the next day after he called me to make sure that the time was okay and arrived a little bit early. He walked us through everything that the other company had done and even answered some other questions that we hadn't thought to ask before. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly kind. You don't always find kind people in the world today, especially those who are trying to charge you money, and Steve went above and beyond. I cannot recommend him enough and if I had it to do over, I'd have paid a little bit more money to have the professionalism and quality work.

They added a watershield to a wall in our basement and fixed the exterior rain drain issues.Damien and the crew delivered on the work as described. Damien did an overview of his notes before the work began and a walk through at the end of the day. They had detailed notes about everything that was supposed to happen, in the basement and the exterior, and took care of it. They left everything looking good and put things back in place.

Mary Beverly: Eric came to our house 2 days ago to inspect our home. We have been worried about some cracking and patio settling and expecting the worst. Eric did his assessment and told us we do not have to worry, the cracking we are seeing is very minor and normal. I'm a mechanical engineer by trade, and I was careful to educate myself as much as I could and got several quotes before selecting KC Pier. Brian analyzed the foundation issues and recommended a plan that made good sense and which matched the recommendations of another foundation company that is well respected around town, while beating the other company's price. Damien was the crew chief on site and was experienced, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The whole crew was friendly and good to work with. Brian came on site for the critical leveling stage of the work, and worked with me to make sure I understood and was on board with what they were doing. Very pleased with their work and would KC Pier for foundation repairs.

Luke Meyer: KC Pier was great start to finish. I had 3 contractors do estimates on repairing my foundation problems. The largest, with the most advertising, only wanted to route the water once it got through my basement walls with internal gutters to keep it from soaking my carpet in the basement, not fix the actual problem and keep the water out in the first place. Erik did a thorough inspection, pointing out things none of the other companies even checked. He offered options and gave his honest opinion of each. He also provided links of YouTube videos of actual jobs they have done around the KC area. I felt like I could trust Erik’s opinion and went with his suggestion for the best, most complete solution. In the end, the work cost thousands less than the estimate from the “big” company and actually addressed the problem rather than putting a band-aid on it. The work took a little longer then they thought, but it was during some of the hottest days in July. The crew was great. The job was well done. Communication and follow up have been timely and complete. I paid a fair price for a great job. I have already recommended KC Pier to friends, family and a neighbor. We have had some significant storms since the work was completed. My basement has been dry. I can’t thank them enough for my peace of mind.

Panagiotis Lafatzis: KC Credit Services is a company run by honest and polite people. Everyone that I have ever spoken to was always pleasant and helpful. I used their services for about 14 months and they were able to help me raise my score in that time frame. They helped me clean up my record. I no longer use their services but I called them recently to inquire about an issue with my credit report and Michele Lambert kindly spent time to help me resolve something at no charge. Honesty always prevails.
Carter Davis: KC Credit Services is the real deal! I've been with KC Credit for 5 years. When I first started, I saw an immediate jump in my credit scores of more than 40 points per bureau. Then they started working on some of the more difficult things that took a little longer and were a little more involved. KC Credit has a wide range of credit solutions for credit issues that extend beyond the credit report but end up affecting the credit report once the issues are resolved. Their service is worth every penny because the long term maintenance and optimization of my credit scores and reports end up saving me a lot of money in interest rates and also open doors for borrowing opportunities that I otherwise would not have had.
Katelyn Belasquez: Save your money and go to a debt counseling service instead-any company backed by the FCC! My husband and I, first time finding ourselves in this kind of debt situation, poured thousands of dollars into this company over the course of a single year and our credit actually went down! All they do is generate really generic and poorly written letters that you, the customer, are on the hook for mailing out every month-with tracking information (~$4/letter)- on top of paying at least $200 a month per person for their “services”. They only tell you to be patient and keep waiting for their system to work, which could take up to three years….On further research I found that even if they are successful at getting the debts removed from your credit report, those debts can and probably will come back in a matter of months because the credit card companies will have validated the debt by that point. Extremely kind employees don’t even seem to be aware of what they are actually peddling. Final MAJOR complaint: they continue to charge my account for “services rendered”when I canceled with them months ago, it’s a constant battle to try and keep my money from these people.

Kody Sapienza insisted on going and getting ones that were an exact match. I was on the fence on if I was going to have work done. They did not push at all just provided me with the information.They found out I was a firefighter and gave me a 10% discount. Dale Brockman: The Tech was great, however beyond his control was your outrageous pricing, $438 to change out a capacitor. When using Heartland a few years ago they were very competitive and we choose them for our new furnace. I would like to issue an update, since I wrote this thanks to Joscelyn in Customer Service and Tom in Sales I have been refunded $200 against the $438 original charge. Although I think $238 for what was done is still high I am extremely grateful to these two individuals for the professionalism they showed me in helping to correct the issue. I would not hesitate to call MVP again.

John Owens: Well, once again MVP has gone above and beyond. I had a partial power outage this morning. After doing the only troubleshooting I am knowledgeable enough to manage; I threw in the towel and finally reached out to my service providers at MVP. I must admit that initially I was avoiding making another call to MVP so quickly after just having had members of your staff out to my home regarding HVAC issues. But I was quickly reminded by a family member that this is exactly why I purchased my MVP Plan in the first place. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kody Sapienza and his understudy, Mr. Stetson Scavuzzo. They not only ran to ground the immediate outage issue (within minutes, I might add) which I was having in a portion of my home; but also, at my request conducted my annual inspection. The latter of which identified some problems I wasn’t even aware of. And just in the same manner as Mr. Branick demonstrated just a few days ago when responding to my HVAC outage; these gentlemen stepped right up to the plate with regard to their personal interaction with me and their professional conduct in identifying and correcting the problems at hand. And then to follow through with a last-minute request to inspect the electrical throughout the entire home on what I am sure was an already busy day, is exactly what going “above and beyond“ means to me. It was really great to see Mr. Sapienza discreetly take such time and care to instruct a newer member of his team on the finer points of customer service and problem-solving. But it was also refreshing to see Mr. Scavuzzo have so much drive and enthusiasm in the subject matter he was being trained in. I’m not sure if this is due to good training standards that you have instilled in your leadership team, or due to the energy, general interest and anticipation of perfecting a new skill set for the apprentice. Regardless, both of their commitment to their duties was impressive. Before their departure this dedication went on to provide me with bids on some additional services that I will be scheduling soon to ensure that my home functions at the highest performance standards, and addressing those newly identified issues of which I was unaware. There was no pushy and obnoxious sales pitch to have additional work done that I could not afford today. The items that I need to take care of in the next year were laid out very clearly. Pros and cons explained and discussed in detail, including the risk assessment/cost comparison of not addressing those areas of opportunity in a timely manner. After discussing them with the family, I look forward to scheduling those additional repairs as soon as the funds are available. And as always, my family and I look forward to our next interaction with our MVP professionals. Krista R Mansfield: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.Wrong diagnosis, guess work, six times in the shop, new problems, unprofessionalism, and a month of wasted time.I took my VW to KC AutoWorx for a “Check Coolant” light and engine temperature warning light (the “problem”). They initially misdiagnosed my problem as a “faulty” thermostat and temp sensor and replaced both. The next day my car had the exact same problem. They said they accidentally put the wrong thermostat in the car. I let it slide and had it replaced. The next day, my car had the same problem again. I found this odd. They then told me it was now a “faulty wire.” The wire was replaced and they “forgot the paperwork” for the repairs.The next day, I had the same problem again. The temp gauge would go up as I drove (past the center line), and I was stranded on the side of the road as the car wasn’t safely drivable. They took it back and said it was now the water pump (what I initially told them I had replaced twice and where the problem might lie). They then questioned my cars’ previous repairs and accused me of never having a water pump replacement in the first place (which I have records for). They also decided to put 100 miles on my vehicle without my consent to “test it.” I got the car back, and it started leaking coolant and the temp gauge and check coolant warnings were going off again. I reluctantly took it back, and their rude mechanic, Anthony, didn't believe me at first that I had a problem. He then tried to tell me it was just an “air bubble” in the cooling system and nothing was leaking. He then asked if I wanted him to keep it for a few days and drive it around some more if it’d make me feel better. I left feeling disrespected and mistreated and took my car home.The next day, sure enough, I had the same problem again. My parking space was now covered in coolant. I shouldn’t have been driving it anywhere. The owner, Pat, asked me to bring it in and said it was now the lower radiator hose. The manager, Steve, texted me and said the parts were cheap and plastic and the pressure caused a “weak spot to give out”. Pat replaced it himself and told me he never wanted to work on my car again. At this point, I had absolutely no trust in this company or their people. I got the car back, and two weeks later, the car completely drained of coolant and the original problem resurfaced. Pat said he was sure it was now my radiator…Wtf.They then accused me of overheating the car and damaging my radiator. Unbelievable.As it turns out, they actually put the radiator hose on wrong which caused a leak. I had to go back in for yet another repair to replace the hose. I’ve gone to this shop six times for their mistakes. I asked why all these problems weren’t addressed at the beginning and discussed/ fixed earlier, and Pat told me because it was “so expensive.”They also failed to give me any kind of detailed invoice of the original diagnosis or the work performed. They told me it was first “thrown away” and then “for their records only.” I’m in disbelief of their lack of knowledge, competency, and frankly, morals. Pat also told me if I posted a bad review online, he’d sue me for defamation.I find it extremely odd I had so many problems with my coolant system. I’d never suggest KC AutoWorx to any friends, family, or stranger. I’d strongly advise you to STEER CLEAR of this place. I expected a proper diagnosis from the beginning, proper repairs on my car instead of guess work and more problems, proper documentation/ work orders, and basic, common decency and professionalism. Michael Morgan: My explorer started acting up as most do apparently so I did some research and liked what I was seeing from KC auto. They did a quick diagnosis and wanted to have a better look at what was the cause so we scheduled to leave the car for a few hours the fallowing week. The diagnosis was a bad transmission along with a couple of other things that I was made aware of. I opted to get the transmission replacement and the water pump replacement since the engine needs to be removed for the water pump, might as well right? Up on completion of the work I picked up my car and was really impressed with how much better it felt and how it wasn't obvious that it had just been torn completely apart. But of course days after I noticed some stumbling around 50mph. And thought that the transmission was faulty so I called and was given a time to bring it back in. Turns out that I had some misfiring due to a broken spark plug. The cost from the previous repair set me down to where I wasn't able to afford the work on plug replacement even with it only being very reasonable. These guys went ahead and did all six plugs and only asked that I have a good day. Unbelievable in this world today! I will only bring my vehicle to KC auto and I will be there after I get finances stabilized to straighten out what they have done for me. Thanks guys you are a great company and wonderful people. Dealer wanted another $450 to fix that. Had my car back in 2 days. I highly recommend this place.

Most shops are chains run by high turnover employees where many issues require your device to be sent elsewhere -not here.
