Double H: First time buyer review: It’s no surprise how Nigro's has been in business for more than 60 years. Their customer service is second to none! I spoke with both David Sr. and David Jr. during my purchase, that’s two generations of folks who understand the importance of knowing their product and providing the best possible experience to their customers. I am always a bit hesitant to buy boots online, but after talking with David Jr. about the brands he carries, how they fit, and the toe options available I decided on two pairs of boots, a half size apart just to make sure I got the perfect fit. The shipping was lighting fast (they went out the same day I ordered them) and more importantly, the return of the second pair was straightforward and processed quickly. Now I know his wife runs the house rightfully so but today is about George.I went in to buy a pair of boots of quality. George proceeded to download about 51 years of experience about boots. You want to learn about boots, see George.I said I want QUALITY. George says - I've worn every one of these 1,000 boots in here and this particular boot is the best. ("Sales line" or just a guy high on life?)I bought two pair, jeans, jacket, shirts.The reality, there was no BUYING. Just two guys having a conversation. Laura Kathleen Baker: I never buy shoes from Aldo but was window shopping in September and saw a pair in the window. They did not have my size so I ordered them from the store to be shipped to my house. That was Sept 2022 and it is now Jan 2023. I still do not have the shoes and the website says they have not shipped. I called the store that placed the order and they told me they cannot help at all. Last time I will ever buy/ order from any Aldo store. WORST customer service.
Joseph Martin: I live in Omaha. My siblings and I took my parents to KC for a weekend getaway and we ended up in Aldo on our Saturday shopping spree. By far the friendliest staff we encountered on our entire trip. Top tier customer service and great selection of product.
Kent Jacob Codilla: A very unpleasant associate who chews gum and blows them right in front of customer's faces. This associate also complains that customers try on a pair of shoes for more than a few seconds. I guess the quality of the staff is just as terrible as the quality of ALDO shoes. If you expect to have associates be patient with you as you look their options, be prepared for disappointment.

We did not receive several hundred dollars worth of merchandise in the package delivered and was told there was nothing they could do since the weight of the package matched the weight of the merchandise coming out of the warehouse.So incredibly disappointed being liable as a customer for theft prior to it being delivered to my door step.The lack of effort in helping me throughout this situation was so saddening. Just a quick “sorry” was all they had to offer before letting me know there was nothing they could do.I’m never one to write reviews but this is a situation I simply can’t get past.

Peter W: We used to love Nordstrom and their amazing merchandise/customer service. I recently learned a hard lesson on their core values via an experience we had making a return. After purchasing several formal wear items from their online store, I kept the pieces I needed for my tux and created an online return and shipped back the unneeded items via THEIR return label. I physically took the box to USPS and using Nordstrom's return label, i shipped the box fully trusting their return process. Needless to say, $1500 worth of merchandise has now shown "in transit" since early November 2022. We contacted Nordstroms and they declined to help us or process the return even though we used their return label. So essentially, we are out $1500 after fully trusting they would stand behind their return mailing process and any mishaps that happen once the package is handed off to USPS. I feel somewhat certain either an employee from Nordstrom or USPS stole the box and therefore it was never processed for return. All in all, we found out the hard way that Nordstrom customer service isn't actually all that great when it's truly needed for a situation like this. They are nice on the phone but when it comes down to what matters, we didn't get the refund and are out $1500. I would stick with finding the items on Amazon, if you can, because Amazon has stood behind their return process, and I have never had an issue with them "losing" a return.

Ambreen Villanova: I’m a big fan of DSW. I decided to go in to see if they have anything nice for the summer and picked up a pair of shoes I liked. My little one was with and she picked up a toy. We get to the register and the cashier greets us , she’s being super nice until I ask her for a plastic shopping bag. The cashier rang up the items and just stood there not bagging the items. I asked for a bag and she said we are going bagless. I was confused and said well maybe you should put up a sign so customers are aware. She eventually gives me a bag and says you have been warned for next time ! I almost burst out laughing ! I just rolled my eyes , said have a good day and went about my way. Just FYI everyone apparently DSW is going bagless.

Easton: I ordered a pair of shoes online that came scuffed up with no tissue in the shoes or box and dirty/worn on the bottom. I have ordered shoes from DSW dozens of times in the past and have never experienced this. I took them in to the DSW at Zona Rosa and was shocked at the lack of quality customer service. I explained to the employee at the register the state that the shoes were in when I received them and she called for a manager. I don't know if she thought my story was suspicious, but she never asked any questions or explained why she was calling for the manager. The manager came up and did not make eye contact with me, only said "this is how you received them?" while looking at the shoes and then told the employee to damage them out. There wasn't an apology offered by anyone for the state of the shoes, which is the very least they could have done.

Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.
Jessica Collins: Been going to this Macy's since it opened in 1979 and so happy it is still open! I miss the old indoor Mall days but when I visit this Macy's it brings back great memories! Parking is way sufficient, and the clerks I interacted with were very helpful and friendly! I will continue to hang out at this Macy's, it is convenient and usually has what I am looking for!

Leah Lambart: The store is still pretty nice if a little outdated. We stopped on a Saturday evening and it was almost empty. They had all kinds of internet returns that were marked down. They also had lots of sale items marked down quite a bit. They have very nice products and it was well laid out. They still have furniture and mattress upstairs as well. Nice to try the purple mattress in person.
Shannon Meyer: This store used to be awesome, now it's just another dying department store. The floor inventory is less than half of what it used to be. Still very clean, but the bare shelves and displays, low selection in anything but the junior department (WHY?). The older shoppers like myself, that have been diehard Macy's patrons for 40+ years have little selection to choose from.

Luna Knowles: I remember working here along long time ago and the staff all hated on me, especially the store owner Jenae. After previously revisting this store, I guess the apparel shop went downhill with their styling and all that ratchetness behind the cash wrap. I am proud that I have left, earned my degree in Fashion Merchandising, and became a manager at Nordstrom.
Ashley SoBougee: The fashion was off for this season.The cashiers were nice. I found a few pieces. Rainbow needs to open it's dressing room. Store was clean and neat.

Somehow they pride themselves for being family owned but the family is middle eastern. I took the manager to see where I got the merchandise and there were multiple items on this rack. She did not honor the price they advertised it for, although she admitted it was the stores mishap. Horrible customer service!
