Marcella E.: This store is the best! I have to give them a shout out, because these people are always friendly and happy to help. Their customer service is on another level! Everything is also always so organized, clean, and exciting to look at. When it's busy, they stay on top of everything and don't get flustered. Recently, I had an awesome experience with Shelby S, so I had to share how awesome she is!I had ordered a blanket in store on Black Friday to be shipped to my secondary address. Unfortunately, the postal service messed up and returned it to Vera Bradley. The blanket was sold out online, but Shelby found one and shipped it straight to me! I'm so glad, because it's the most festive and sparkly rose gold blanket I have ever seen. It was exactly the blanket I wanted for the holidays (and maybe all year)! She was so helpful and patient, and I wish I'd contacted her sooner. Vera Bradley rocks, and the Leawood store is my favorite!

Great staff and my daughter tells me great selection, bonus fact is they had a comfy chair for me to relax in while my daughter and wife shopped. I called it the dad or husband chair lol.

Lady G.: I was most definitely racially profiled. I knew what I wanted, so when asked if I needed help - I let them know I was good. Nonetheless- I was watched the whole time. I felt unwanted. I made my purchase anyway, cause I really want it, but due to the harassment I am returning it.

Marie Pascal: I actually like this Target. I can usually find what I'm looking for and there's usually not a terribly long line to check out. The parking lot is absolutely terrifying though and I avoid this Target just because of the parking lot.

Jake Phillips: Visited whilst staying in KC from the UK. First time visiting America and I was looking forward to going to a Target, but weirdly, I was underwhelmed. From the UK, Target is always known to having loads of exclusives for vinyl records, funko pops etc, but I couldn't find many. Some areas were slightly messy too. On the bright side, I found Oatmeal Creme Pies, which I fell in love with whilst visiting! 3.5☆

So I wait in the one manned checkout stand and get to the front and the checker says, "I'm closed" shuts off her light and walks away. I just left my cart full of stuff there because I think Target wants to keep it more than they want to sell it.

Everett John Graves-Swinney: I went in after 5:30pm and there were only two teenagers in the electronics dept trying to get people to change mobile services (without knowledge of when the promotion ended). They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!

Zoe Branco: The staff at this location is INCREDIBLE. If you're ever shopping in the Plaza, ask for Taylor. He's an absolute gem and will take great care of you! I had several bags when I entered the store - he took them off my hands immediately so I could shop around comfortably. He was very attentive and considered my personal style when providing recommendations.They have an engraver tool on-site to engrave wallets, tags, etc, which is a nice touch for gift purchases. The store is well-maintained and has a great selection of quality items.I'll definitely be back!

Bae Logsdon: Came in on 11/07/2021. Friendly staff. They complimented the Coach purses my mother and I were carrying. The new bags though, they look poorly designed and not very appealing. They were trying to sell gloves and ear mitts at $150 each. Nothing on them said they were Coach. They only had one small "C" on them. That doesn't say Coach, that says easy knock off. Their perfume needs a new fragrance. The current fragrance is the same one they had last year at this time.

Teal Hoover (Remmy): I went to this location with a friend to return a bra she had bought but did not fit, they told her that she could not return it even though she had the tags and the receipt in the bad with the item and she had only tried it on once in there store. The entire time we were there the lady that was helping us was giving me some not so nice looks. We had called another location to see if we could return it there and they said that it would be no problem to return it the way it is.
Selene Allison: Went to go return a bra because i didn't like how it felt. And they told me they couldn't return it due to sanitary reasons and the tags weren't on it. But the tags recipient and bra were all in the bag. And they let me try it on in the dressing room. Along with other ones. Which the reason I wanted to return it is because of the fact that I grabbed the wrong one that day.

Looking for some shoes, I noticed three sales clerks in the shoe depart while in the store. I thought 1 out of 3 would have asked me if I needed assistance. So I waited for 20 mins, still no service. Finally, I asked for a store manager Jeff Russell. The only thing he did was apologize. Can you imagine how this makes me feel? Dillards at ZR!!!! like I wasn't good enough to ask if I needed service. Being a VIP credit card holder!!!. I will being emailing corporate about this matter. Dillard's in Zona Rosa you missed a $425.00 sale!!! Thank you Overland Park Dillards for you hospitality!!!!!! Your service was on point!!!!!

ET: I enjoy visiting this store, even though it’s out of my price range. They are always really friendly, treating everyone the same. They seem to love showing you around and sharing with you the history of the company. I learned about their trench coat and how they it’s design was made for US soldiers in WW1 to keep them warm and dry. Very fascinating. They have beautiful bags and clothing.
x Moyle: Quick to welcome and greet us. Personal assistant to help with sizing and options. Very easy to work with. Our purchased items we packaged and shipped to our home address since we were out of town visitors. Very easy to work with and this location is highly recommended based on our experience.
Eve R: Today was my first time going to this burberry and the customer service was beyond exceptional! I was greeted warmly and enjoyed talking to the staff. I have 2 kids under 5 and shopping isn't easy by any means but they were very understanding and the kids enjoyed our experience as well! The lady was from a different department than I needed but she did her best to assist me with my concerns.I'd planned on making a return but was told I wouldn't be able to unless I'd purchased this company's products through Macy's and not directly from the company. I was disappointed because I'd spent time, gas and effort to come into the store. I also, wasn't able to exchange and get the free gift that was being offered at the time.While disappointing it wasn't this lady's fault she was simply stating the store policy, which I can respect. They've changed the store around quite a bit since the last time I was there so it's a bit challenging to find things now until you get used to the new layout but sometimes there's pain in progress.Overall the staff was professional, worked to assist and clearly stated and provided required information. Atmosphere is esthetically appealing and there are good deals to be discovered.

Disabled Access was not operational on my visit, today, 3-3-2023 on the North side of the Store. Ample parking with limited parking for Disabled patrons. 6-3-2023. Mgb.

Teresa Hill: Unfortunately today I was racially profiled at the Macys Town Center location. I was in the store for about an hour or so. While in there I noticed several different workers watching me. Never offered any assistance just watching. So once I purchased my items and walked out to my car a white police officer, drove pass me and just stared at me? I proceeded to drive away and that same officer followed me for about 5 min. Only to finally go around me after running my car tags I’m sure. So it’s safe to say Macys called them on me, because I was shopping while black is my theory? The parking lot was full of white women, and I obviously got singled out this was no coincidence. Beware people of color!!!This doesn’t deserve this one star trust me..

Nameless Mannequin: Used to shop here all the time but recently the management has allowed the store to run straight into the gutter. Shelves look unorganized, none of the prices match what are rang up. I asked an employee what had happened and they said they follow management's "priority" for the day. Absolutely horrendous, Walmart looks 10x better than this store.

Barb Pruden: normally I have no issues with this store. I am in here frequently as I don't shop at WalMart. I went in on Saturday evening, 2/4/23 and there was not 1 register open. I asked the lady that was just standing up front checking out someone with some Gatorade and she informed me that she was the only one there. I know this wasn't the case as I saw other employees just standing around chatting. I have no desire to check myself out. I do not work there and then I had to wait 15 minutes for her to come over to say yes I am over 21 so I could purchase some alcohol.
Emily Wills: I had a great informative and friendly cashier. The store is always clean and it’s fast to find what I need. Curbside has always been hassle free with Target and prompt.I normally cloth diaper but when I don’t, we love to use Up and Up pull ups Which are affordable and great!

D CS: Just love waiting in line to check myself out at a machine that only reads about 2/3 of the barcodes. When I went shopping that evening I had no idea I was also going to perform part time work for the store. What a remarkable deal!
Amanda Allen: DON'T go to this store. I wish I could give zero stars. I called multiple times with no answer. Drove over an hour to get help. Zero help just rude people. Tried to call again and only put on hold and no answer. I never got to get my item I purchased. Now I'm getting a refund and scrambling to find a much needed item for my special needs child. BAD SERVICE

Cody: I called every department trying to reach anyone, after no one answered my call to the correct department. No one ever answered. Why would they have phones if they don’t answer them? Absolutely abominable service.
Veronica Kwareh: A very nice Target. They are always so clean with good selections. Items are easy to find. Staff was available and helpful. It was convenient since it was close to the hotel I was staying at.

Get home & the console doesn’t work… we decide to just return everything…. Except we can’t.Target apparently doesn’t allow returns on games once they are out of the plastic. It’s “illegal” I guess. But here’s the thing… I wouldn’t even be retuning it if you didn’t sell me a defective console.And here’s the other thing… You know this is an exception to the typical return policy. Why was this information not relayed at the time of purchase? Now I’m stuck with a useless, $60 purchase. I talked to 2 people and one of them spoke to their lead. Everyone gave me the same response. “There’s nothing I can do for you.”As a retail leader of 8 years, I encourage you to tell your customer’s when there is an exception to the typical return policy that will prevent your customer from being able to make a return. I would have been happy with a store credit even. But nope. Nothing.

Tam W: As I was walking around shopping, looking for certain items like people do I noticed I was being followed by a Target employee suffering from severe facial eczema. She was obviously an employee wearing the usual Target shirt and had the radio clipped to her belt and shoulder. Someone talking to her over the radio with saying, “ keep staying with her.” I ignored the fact she was obviously being told to follow me for some reason. As I turned around she was literally standing directly behind me I could have stepped on her. So I politely asked her if she knew anything about the new hair product for curly hair that Target just got in, because I can’t find it. She said, “I’m not sure what you’re talking about, and she led me to the hand lotions? She then proceeded to act like she was facing the small hand lotions and just walked away!! As I was walking around the store getting my items I came there for, there were several teenagers being loud throughout the store and two middle school boys running around the store! Now do you think anyone of Target staff addressed these issues?!? Not a single one! Let’s make it a point to focus on the person that is actually doing shopping, but taking their time while doing it! Makes sense to me!? NOT! Talk about having your safety priorities backwards! I’m all about quality control if I’m I were the type of person to do that, but I’m not!! Let’s get it together TARGET and train your staff better!!

Kristina Coverdell: Ethan in drive up is always on top of it. He knows me by name, always has a smile, and asks me how my day is always doing. He truly cares about his customers, and today he even got outside before I even got there. He was out there with the bags just patiently waiting for me. I did Walmart pick up today for 4 items and it took them 15 minutes. Thanks to Ethan for always making me feel special as a customer instead of just a number. His customer service is so perfect. Misha Roberts: This store just spent probably a million dollars on a complete store remodel. I've lived here for 8 years in the neighborhood and spend A LOT of time and money at this location. The remodel of the customer service desk was completed with a beautifully crafted "Exchanges and Returns" sign as you can see in this photo I took; however I was told today.... "we don't do exchanges; our policy has changed".... so after a million dollar remodel with a sign that includes your policy..... its now something different. Twighlight ZONE. Seriously.

Allan Wrinkle: Remodeled and they even less men's wear. No dress shirts, slacks or shoes.

Might have to find somewhere else to shop since they do not pay me to be a cashier nor do they compensate me in any way by giving any type of discount for taking on the role of an employee cashier.
