Evans Kamuru: Quality Name Brand Equipment. Competitive Rates. Unbeatable Service. I needed a PA system and Projector/ Screen Combo for a corporate training event. Paul was very helpful in helping me select the perfect system. At pick up, he took his time to show me exactly how to set up, connect and work everything. He even ensured that their system would integrate with mine! He added in extra cables and accessories to ensure that I had everything I needed. The result? The audio-visual experience at my event was stellar and got the compliments of many attendees. Looking forward to working with Audio Rent KC AGAIN and AGAIN. Highly recommended!

Dia Sims: Our business was in need of a/v equipment for an upcoming event. We scheduled a rental from Audio Rent KC with an early delivery. Our invoice and details were both finalized and confirmed a week prior to the event. On the day of, they failed to show up for our delivery. Although the schedule was confirmed several times, we were told that "The schedule wasn't saved correctly" - causing this to happen. We had to contact the person who assisted us 8 times to receive answers. There was a lack of communication and professionalism. We had to inconvenience our guests because of their mistake.

I figured there was no way someone could fill my need in 48 hours but I received a response quickly, ordered the PA and the price was way lower than other music stores. I would recommend this sound company for any audio needs. I have 40 years of audio experience (bands, radio, commercials) and this was the best experience ever! Sean and Paul were always responsive when helping to plan the event, and Sean was so great to work with the day of the event. I was greeted by their staff within minutes of arriving and, since I emailed the previous day and placed my items on hold, was able to pay and leave quickly. My only regret is not being able to just browse the retail shop more. Live theatre in KC is fortunate to have A to Z.
Kaleidoscope Kenya: Let's just say when customer service is A-1 you need to brag a little. Let's just start with the phone call at 4:30 pm and Kip answered and was very helpful. Showing up at 5:00 pm & Ali tapped in as soon as I hit the door. I didn't want to be the last customer of the day but the same attitude they had at 5 o'clock they still had at 5:25 pm (they close at 5:30 pm)perfect customer service. They hand wrote a Thank you note on my invoice(added a ❤)..... All of that to say this there are still really good people doing customer service work!

Raven Cruz: Take a good strong stern look at the front door because that’s the most you’ll get to see of the entire store as soon as you look at the website you’re greeted by costumes mask fake blood etc. etc. once you go there you’re told to squirt your hand with a Duramax and somebody will help you buy help you meaning you can stand at the front door while you try to explain to them what you’re needing for a Halloween costume or a theatrical thing and they basically have nowhere for you to be able to actually look and view the items until after you’ve already purchased them in the employee comes and brings one from the back a stock item not even the actual floor item at that was really thinking I would get to go and explore the whole field of the store see what costumes they had with the optical supplies they have but now that’s not the case at this place don’t waste your time going all the way over to 63rd in rock Hill because you’ll be thoroughly disappointed at A-to-Z theatricals they don’t let you go through the store you don’t get a Tatch or handle anything in for that alone I’m not gonna go I would highly recommend nobody else go as well you can see a to B but nothing close Z Waste of gas time and of course money that nobody wanted to lose

Heather Leckey: A piece of advice a pastor once gave me about weddings, "Make sure you don't skimp on your photographer and DJ. One captures all the memories with pictures, and one keeps the party going, and makes the night memorable." Ryan Botts at Levity Events made our night the MOST memorable, epic night we ever could have imagined!! He communicated with us throughout the planning process making sure we always knew the next steps. I never had to follow up because he was one step ahead of us. We could tell right away he had lots and lots of experience and gave us sound advice on our wedding timeline and song choices. Everything flowed effortlessly and perfectly. We had SO MUCH positive feedback on our entire evening, mostly because of Ryan. He knows how to read a crowd to keep the party going, as well as keep everything on schedule so all you have to do as a newly married couple is enjoy your family, friends and night together. We are so happy we went with Ryan at Levity!! Amanda Adreani: Paige KILLED it! The dance floor is always our favorite part of a wedding, so we really wanted to make sure we had a fun dance vibe at ours. I know Paige personally, so I knew she was gonna be fun, but she truly exceeded our expectations. She was super easy to work with during the planning stages, and even met with us in person for our final prep meeting the week of our wedding. She was so organized and professional, and SUPER fun on the mic. She made our outdoor ceremony sound great. And then for our indoor reception, she kept everything moving, leading us all from one thing to the next. She totally captured the vibe we wanted for the cocktail hour. During dinner, she made sure that everyone in the space could hear the speeches–and there was not a dry eye in the place! And then, during the speeches, our friend planned a surprise dance that involved not only the whole bridal party, but also most of the guests…! and Paige kept it totally a secret!!! My wife and I had NO idea! Paige totally made it happen. And then, during the dancing portion, she really followed our ideas and made the dance floor totally bumping. We had friends who quite literally NEVER left the dance floor! There was a two-layer conga line, there was the Wobble, there was an alternative section, there was a whole section of the night of just Queer anthems! We asked her to do some transitions between songs to keep the vibes flowing and Paige did a great job with that too. She made the dance floor so fun for our guests and she did a great job of checking in with us and following our lead. ABSOLUTELY would recommend Paige and Levity Events!

Lauren Ard: We hired Levity Weddings & Events to DJ our ceremony + reception on March 18th who sent out Ian Lang which of whom did an amazing job from ceremony lineup, to dancing music and all the way down to making sure everything got completed within a timely manner and in the order I requested! He went above and beyond. I will recommend him over and over again.

The dance floor was lively the whole night. I will suggest letting your DJ know if there's a certain playlist or genre you'd like played, just to ensure everyone is on the same page. Overall, very happy with Levity and would use again!

Tim Sturgis: These guys are outstanding. I had a bent tip on an HDI cable (rendering it useless) that ran up behind a brick wall facade, behind the ceiling drywall and into a closet across the room. A new cable could not be pulled so they came out and fixed the cable itself. In addition they reconfigured the closet cabling to to allow a single cable TV signal to 3 different different TV’s in my man cave.Highly recommend them on their expertise and service.
