Dodie Jacobi: Thanks for helping me through a series of first-time steps for an ebay sale. Impressed by your staff's patience and courtesy - all the way to helping me load a large, nicely packaged item for shipping. With so many helpful services in one place, I'll remember The Mail Center for my next round of errands. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a list of services in their brochure to memorize.
Ralph Watkins: Excellent service. Stood around at Office Depot for about 20 minutes waiting for some help before trying myself to send files via email to print (to no avail). Come to The Mail Center and not only get great service (immediately) was able to print the files in short order and was done and out of there within 10 minutes. Bill was fantastic! Thanks Bill!!

Ashley Russ: Came here because they offer DMV services and being new to the area, we needed to get plates and registration for two cars. We had everything in order and from the beginning it was a hassle. They requested documents not listed on the DMV website and after two hours of paperwork, spelling mistakes, and back and forth the woman helping us tried to charge us $29k. Yes, you read that right, $29k. We have NO idea what she was trying to do but clearly did not know what she was doing or what we were asking for. This place should NOT be listed as a DMV services offerer.
Joshua Higgins: The Mail Center has been super helpful every time I've needed to print something, buy packaging, and get something mailed - they assist and really help expedite the process compared to USPS. It's also nice they mail all carriers so you don't have to hunt down the specific location to send something.
Veon Washington: The gentleman that assisted me was very polite and professional. He was helping another customer when I walked in but still greeted me and was ready for my appointment. They offer a variety of services here and if you're doing business in the Westport area I highly recommend The Mail Center.

Dana Johnson: It's currently 11:40 am and it's not open. Sign says 11-1pm. Was told there was traffic but traffic cameras show light traffic. If this office can't staff it properly then it needs to be closed. No wonder the usps is losing faith by consumers.
Paul Freeman: Hours online showing open at 9:00 AM. I got there at 10 till 9 only to be told they don't open until 11. Ridiculous. Post correct hours online so don't have a wasted trip especially for people who have to wait on buses.

Ryan Connelly: More than 50% of my mail has gotten lost. If you're new to KC, open a P.O. Box - it's the only way you'll actually get your mail. Or better yet, ask everyone to send everything FedEx. In the past 3 months they've lost 1) a security deposit reimbursement, 2) a drivers license, 3) a debit card, 4) a credit card, and 5) a dental insurance check. Our mail carrier Frank is blisteringly incompetent.

Johnnie Jackson: Ms Raina called me back after 5 days with miss information like she didn’t do her research. My postal delivery person told me why I didn’t get my mail(new tenant starting to early) so they held my mail thinking I was gone. Ms Raina gave a half bake standard (mailbox full)so I didn’t get my mail, what a lazy uninformed answer. Both came with no apologies. I also have a P.O. Box, let me be a day late paying(locked out)but they can be five days holding my mail!!!!

J: What an absolute JOKE. Walked 12 blocks carrying a package to drop off at this "post office". You have to go through what is worse than airport security. They hadn't yet mentioned a body cavity search when I turned around. They spent more in police labor costs plus security equipment than the cost of shipping the package. LOL. Avoid this location at all costs.

Alexander Vallar: The best post office in Downtown Kansas City! If you're needing a new or renew your passport you do not have to make an appointment at this location. The Postmaster was quick, efficient, and maintained a smile during my visit.

A R: Lady I spoke with should have stayed home today. She doesn't know how to talk to clients. Was transferred to her when I mentioned we needed to look into canceling our company's account & return a device. The woman I spoke with thought it cute to talked back & down to me when I was asking questions that MSEC should know, & have, as our vendor. She needs to remember how to talk to clients, or taught how to calm clients and customers. Reassuring them, & not to speak to them in a way that will fuel a fire. It was not a conflict-resolution type of call at all thanks to her. I was a unsatisfied client who had questions and concerns & after speaking to her, I wouldn't ever do business with MSEC again; even if we decide to keep the device in the end. Maybe she was also having a bad morning/day? But, even if that's the case she should have taken a personal day, or MSEC should have kept her off the line.

There is only one person ever working so the post office can't open if he is not able to come in. Laura Henry: I came in to purchase postcard stamps. There was only one person working that I could see, and he was on his personal cell phone the entire time I was there. He had it on speaker phone, and the person on the other end of the line was cursing (using the F-word). He was on his phone through at least two entire transactions that I saw.He then told me that they didn't have any postcard stamps, which I find terrible since it is, in fact, a Post Office, and say the very least, they should have STAMPS.HORRIBLE. Don't go to this location.
Ilse Maloney: Just went to the post office to send a small gift to a friend, upon entering it was empty and there was only one cashier. When I entered I noticed the cashier was FaceTiming someone which I did not mind but he proceeded to remain on FaceTime and engage in a conversation with the other person on FaceTime THE WHOLE TIME during my transaction!!?? That is completely not ok. He had his phone on one hand (he was holding it up) and actively engaging in a conversation and not focusing on my transaction. I hope he completed my transaction completely because I left the post office with doubts. The cashier’s name was Eric and he had no respect or care for an adequate customer service experience. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Julie Davis: The employee on duty today (4/2/21 at 3pm) was NOT WEARING A MASK!! I waited in line for 15 minutes while she helped two customers in front of me including a very elderly woman. The employee broke the law (mask mandate), put all of us at risk of contracting a deadly virus, and on top of it was horribly condescending. She make the elderly woman feel guilty because her chip reader wouldn't work in the machine. I will never go here again. WEARING MASKS IS THE LAW. IT SAVES LIVES.
