Travel Visa Pro Kansas City: what do users think?
Cameron Corwin: While it is pricey, they deliver a great service. Got the concierge and 9Day processing. Came in 6 days. Amazing. Thank you!!
Es Ri: 499 dollars to get passport delivered within the week, 1059 for 2 day shipping. This business is scamming people, you’re better off going to a post office and just paying for fast fees
Hemanth Narayanan: Very fast and responsive. Very interactive and got the passport faster than expected.
marco rodriguez: I had the unfortunate experience of finding out that my passport had expired 2 months ago; 7 days before my trip to Mexico!!! Needless to say I would have never lived this down with the family if the entire trip had to be cancelled due to my knucklehead error. Travel Visa Pro was there to save the day, the trip and possibly my life!!! Their process is very easy and they stay in constant communication through online chat, text and personal calls. Their agents are remarkable and they guide you every step of the way to ensure all is accurate. They are very diligent and truly take the stress off of you especially when running into an emergency as such. If you are reviewing and reading this, I assume it is because you are possibly in a similar predicament like I was. Trust me when I tell you, stop wasting your time doubting and doing on-line researching and just go with Travel Visa Pro Kansas City! -Marco
Missy Grimes: rip off
Ashley Theobald: I realized early Monday morning that my passport was expired for a trip happening early the following Saturday. Travel visa pro made it possible for me to still go on my trip out of the country by Saturday morning and I am so thankful!! Lester has amazing customer service!! He was wonderful at communicating with me and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Thank you again for everything!!
Dirk Soulis: My experience with this company was very good. The outcome itself was excellent. The procedure rates a ‘good’ to ‘very good’ given that the team left me very concerned for a couple of days due to lack of communication. In the end, they did what the department of state passport agency said could not be done when I realized less than two weeks before my international flight date that my passport was expired. Their team got my passport renewed and delivered to me in less than a week. They say you have to pay for your mistakes and this one wasn’t cheap but I couldn’t be happier or more relieved.
J J: Not completely transparent about fees. Local location was nothing more than a fedex drop-off point. No ability to ask and get answers to questions at local office. They got the job done but I am happy I will not need to use them again anyway soon.
Kris Devlin: This is only a drop off location. Frustrating to hurry downtown to make it in time to find this out. Want to save others the trouble
lamine hamrouni: Very good experience with you thank you so much.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Alexis Wingate: US post office messed up all my mail that had my new address in my home state!!!!!!They sent credit cards and ????? caused that one on Alhambra Sacramento to F up Everything, that sorry mail carrier at 444 west 12th stThe Chateau Sq senior apts, Needs to be Fired!!!!!!Close the Post Office!!!!!!!!
Debi Eckard: RUDE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE!!!!!!! Everyone I've talked to has said the same thing! Maybe they need some training!!!
Monica Sistrunk: I made an appt for a new passport for my daughter. We get there and she’s told the person who does them is on lunch. One of the workers was very nice. He was a male and very apologetic. The other was pretty rude! A female. My question is what’s the point of making an appt if the person is going to go to lunch during the appt!!!! That makes zero sense!!
Logan Evans: Do not and I repeat, DO NOT get your passport done here. Reviews over 3 years old are still accurate to how this place is run. Showed up early for a 3:15 appt and still no sign of anyone over AN HOUR later. Why make an appointment??Find somewhere else to get a passport!!!
Arien Cox: I’ve been here a few times over the last several years and I’ve had no issues. Staff is friendly and professional. Went for some fingerprints today and again had no issues. I think the issue may be the customers. People come in angry for no reason, are rude (some egregiously so) and insulting to the staff and then get mad when the staff set boundaries. If you are friendly to the staff you shouldn’t have any problems.
Bot _ Bait: Worst place ever horrible customer service never answer the phone and just all around not willing to help would have gave them 0 stars if I could…. Definitely worst usps in the KC Area
David Shaw: Showed up 5 minutes late and asked the lady if she could print us out a label. Responded with, “Nuh uh” and turned her head and walked away. I understand not being able to help us but maybe find some form of customer service.
Jessica Holding: Easy to find within the station after asking a tour guide to point my husband and I in the right direction. Staff was friendly enough during rush hour.
Alison Lyons: I move around a lot so I've been to many post office locations. This was by far my worst experience. I was there on a Tuesday around lunch time so it was expected that it would be particularly busy. There were only two people working but one was only consistently helping people at the counter (the other was helping with a lot of passport things it seemed). I understand that due to COVID, many workforces have been depleted, so again, the wait time was not my issue. When I arrived, I had three shirts that needed to be mailed priority so I planned to pick up a box there. There were no envelopes or boxes in the priority shipping stand so as to package my item before getting to the counter or using the automated machine. I waited in line and handed my one return package to the woman who gave me an envelope for my other items. She asked me to step aside so she could help someone else. When I was finished, I wanted to give the package to her and I needed a receipt for these items. Before I could even speak she told me to set my package to the side because it was so busy and did not offer a receipt for either package (one was a return worth over $600). Because she was helping someone else, I did not interject to ask for one. Two days later my packages still have not been scanned as accepted or processed. I went back to see if they could check on them but because I didn't have a receipt, they could not. I explained my situation and was met with incredibly rude responses and blamed for the situation. I was told there was nothing I could do and next time I should just use the machine. I was also told that I should have requested a receipt and it wasn't the clerk's fault because she was new (I mailed a package two months ago and she was there and had been told by her supervisor to ask if I wanted a receipt) so I know she was not new and knew better. The responses I received today were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called customer support for the overall post office and the man I spoke to was nice, understanding, and helped me in understanding the process and learning about where my package was. He also filed a ticket documenting my experience and sent it to this location. I will not be returning to this location, even if it means I have to drive to a further location. I would encourage anyone to avoid this location. Read the reviews here, you'll notice that people are continuously met with rudeness upon entering this facility.
Mea Frank: I went there today for my passport and another time they were unprofessional then and today. They had us waiting for a long time... What was the point of an appointment 🤔...Also for one of the rude females who closed the door on me as I was talking to tell me over 30 minutes later my I needed another birth certificate, she wasn't good at multitasking AT ALL...
Cierra Seaba: Such friendly, helpful staff ❤️
Sophie Mans: The employees here are shockingly incompetent. Rude, slow, unhelpful....a good reminder of why the government should not be called upon to run any institution effectively.
Aaron Anderson: Without a doubt the laziest people I've ever seen
Lauren Swischer: I am so upset. This is the second time they have marked my house as vacant. They keep sending the SAME package off to the sender claiming my house with CARS outside, PORCH FURNITURE outside, I even left the lights on outside and they still marked it as vacant. Can’t even talk to a real person and get stuck with the robot. Their workers need to do their jobs, which means getting out in the snow and delivering packages PEOPLE PAID FOR. I’ve waited over a month for this package and have yet to receive it even though the seller has tried two separate times to make this right.
Cherry Blossom: No tracking number. Also, super slow.
Miles Bearden: Absolutely awful service.
Mary Jones: I've always been treated with a courteous and pleasant manner. Employees are helpful and answer all my questions. I am amazed that they are as pleasant as they are. Just imagine how many letters and packages they have had to process during the COVID issues. I applaud all the employees. Thank you most sincerely.
Michele Murphy: Wish I could give 0 stars. Came in at 9 am for fingerprinting to an empty office with not a single soul around. No one to greet or explain the process. I’m sitting here 40 min later. One employee walked by and acted so put out by my asking if this was the place for fingerprinting and walked off. This is pathetic and so poorly run.
Brenda Jackson: The kiosk really helps with my mailings so that I don't have to stand in line.
Michael Bridges: I was turned away at the glad of post office, packages are to be mailed at Union Station, ground floor each entrance had information about the postal service and how to reach it.
RYAN ARRIETA: Passport appointment one hour late, the attitude of this people is exactly the same they have at the DMV and other public institutions, I don't know why do they have a job if apparently having one bothers them so much, they should stay at home rather than spreading their attitude issues to the customers.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Karaleisa Tapia: Very clean and fast moving. Always easy to park as well!
*: Mean staff, they don't seem to like people very much
Priya Simran: I'm really disappointed with the service here. People who work here, take people for granted specially the ones who are there for passport new/renewal process. Although they have a different area to work for passport process/service, for some reason, they prefer to do it at the same counter where they process mail, stamps, and other things. This makes all the more difficult for people as they have to wait for an hour and a half(in our case )or more since they're ignored. The ladies are inefficient, frustrated and treat people differently even when they're polite and patient. I would like to talk to a manager or a higher authority for the time they wasted and didn't even consider an apology.
K: Resolving issues by phone is next to impossible with the automated service call in number. I never was able to make contact with the desired location representative.
JaNae Whyte: Alisha was very knowledgeable getting my daughter passport expedited. She multitask very well. Thanks Alisha for your great customer service skills. Keep up the great work! Stacey
ROBERT JESSE: Both employees were wonderful. Miko was very pleasant and helpful with our passports and all paperwork and costs. My wife and I had a great day just from our fantastic experience.
Jonathan Wells: One star - Waited in line for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the counter the woman tells me I need an appointment to apply for a passport and can't just walk-in. Gave it a second star because a guy came out and apologized for the line being long.
Deborah Rolfe: Th e lobby hours state they are open until 11:59. I pull in at 11:40…. Lobby is closed. So….?Not cool
Kelly Nguyen: Alisha and Miki helped me. They were very nice and patient with me. I scribbled on the form and thankfully wasn’t sent home to come back with a new form since Alisha kindly gave me another one. I hate getting passports/ id and such done because I’m used to horrible service but this experience was amazing ! If possible try to get helped by Alisha or miko. Thank you ladies!
Annaleace March: I needed a passport and they were very efficient and polite!
mary gunn: The clerks at this post office are super efficient and very nice to work with. I've been going in there almost every week for over 2 years and have never had a bad experience. They are friendly, considerate, follow the rules, and are helpful. What more could I ask?
alexandra strickler: Came here to leave a terrible review about Linda and the ladies behind the counter, but I see everyone else already has. Very unhelpful staff. If you aren't already a pro in the mailing department, don't expect them to help you.
Cliff Dreyer: Great experience with the USPS! Thanks so much for your help in tracking down my package.
Devon Murray: We had a really great experience this morning applying for first time passports for our 2 little ones. I will say, make sure to make an appointment and have all of your documents in order to help the staff out. Linda assisted us with the process and was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, making the whole experience super smooth! Thank you guys!
Shelly Fisher: I only had one bad experience years ago. Everyone working there is always polite, helpful, and have gone above and beyond to help. Thanks!
Nicole Taylon: Two women on their phones were “working”. Told me I needed to make an appointment to be helped because they were obviously so busy.
Alexander Marchetti: I like the post office, but I have never been to a worse post-office than this. The staff are incredibly rude and seem to get pleasure at showing you now sympathy or compassion. Trying to get a passport for my baby and I show up 5 minutes past my appointment time (it's hard to go anywhere fast with a 3 month old), and the lady refused to help us. Nobody else was in the office. No one was waiting to be helped. They simply didn't want to help me. I'd understand if they were swamped and needed to quickly get a line down but there was no one else in there. They could've, if they had any decency, helped me. All it is is turning in a from anyways. It doesn't even take the full 15 min appointment time. Just ridiculous.
Brenna McGovern: We had a passport appointment scheduled and to say we came underprepared was an understatement. Despite running late when we arrived they still allowed us to finish our application that day for our daughter which was greatly appreciated as we were leaving the country the next day (we live overseas).Meko (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) was so sweet to us and helpful the whole time which was wonderful
Emily: Went to pick up a package that I missed because I was not home. Staff was extremely rude when I was nothing but polite and even unnecessarily apologetic.
Ray Ray: I don’t understand how they can enforce a mask mandate when the employee Tiffany behind the counter had it below her chin when I walked in the door and was on her cell phone watching videos. Some pretty exceptional customer service right there!
Aron Zeller: My god. Awful. So incredibly rude. Avoid like the plague. I bet that is what they are trying to do. They want to sit around and be lazy so be as rude as possible so we all drive to a different post office. I recommend that you do drive to a different post office and let these losers be lazy.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Tracye Bolton: I am so sorry the customer service training is lacking with postal employees. I would think being federal would strengthen this activity. The postal clerk that assisted me must have slept through their training with dealing with the public. It was not a fun professional experience and I hope that I don't have to return to this place again.
Kenny McGaugh: Good service
Dakota Smith: Horrible service as always. What do you expect from the USPS. Front desk personnel are always rude. Hours are more inconvenient than banks. Don’t open till long after everyone is at work, closes before everyone gets off work.
Dorothy Callicotte: I used to get my mail around 2 PM and last night didn't get any and I am looking for some vital. Maybe they will come today. My regular man hasn't been here for a long time, he and his relief person were very good and mail the latest was 4PM
Google User: The woman driver with grey, shoulder length hair needs to find a different occupation. One that doesn’t involve dealing with the public. I have never met such a rude, unhelpful, and hostile person in my life. She was like that from the jump for no reason. When I tried to call and file a complaint, nobody answered. Save yourself and go through literally anywhere but this US Post office location, if you can help it.
Official TreTyson: They never answer the phone, so if you need your package after days of not receiving it just go in person I repeat they don’t answer the phone..
Elijah Hunt: The most HORRIBLE post office ever in MY LIFE. Tried calling for customer service for a hour and was not allowed to talk to anybody! The actual customer service there is terrible
Chris Smedley: Only a post office by name. The carriers deliver mail to random addresses or don't even bother delivering at all. If you need to mail anything time sensitive, do not bring it here!
Kawana Coleman: I see why they received low ratings. Need to work on it.
Anton Novehrends: Why do post offices only hire rude, unhelpful and unprofessional people?
Zachary Hild: USPS tried to deliver a leter/package but was unable due to lack of signature and left a notice. The notice did not have a send back date nor did it say that it was the final notice. When I went into the post office they had said that whatever letter/package was sent back because I received 3 notices and did not come pick it up in the alloted time. I never received more than one notice and I was never given a cutoff date for when the package needed to be picked up from the post office. Terrible.
Chow main: Got my mail from post office box
Tammy Lopez: I have had considerable decline in carrier reliability from the USPS. My monthly medication box, that is supposed to be signed for, was delivered to a different apartment and the occupants kept it. I've had my medication delivered to this address for 3 years without fail until now. I've also had many items that were supposedly put into my locked mailbox not there when opened as well as broken items delivered caused by the USPS. Overall the USPS has failed to provide the quality of service that it once did.
Chow Main61: Got my mail from the post office box
Josh Albarelli: Warning for people dropping off packages: I dropped off a pre-paid package shipped 2 day priority. It was almost 72 hours until tracking showed it moved a couple miles away to the distribution center. Never had this happen at any post office ever. Essentially it sat at the post office for 3 days.Service was nice and no line, but I’ll be dropping off packages somewhere else from now on.
Dee Programmed: Absolute trash! Package has been in Limbo with no updates. Just sitting at their distribution center
R Renfro: Took less than 2 minutes
Josh Ford: 4 out of 5 package have been late they just stink
mark patterson: They lost a carefully labeled box containing a watch.
grace: Very friendly employees with quick, helpful service.
Mike Henry: Best inside post office experience of my Life!
