Scooter World: what do users think?
Charles Allen: I'm liking what I'm reading will try to be there in a few days
Mr. Tibbs: These guys are great. Personal service and good mechanics.
Jeff Sims: I've had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with scooter world a couple of times between a couple of different scooters. Everytime they belittle me for not knowing every little detail about my scooter because you know that's my job not their's, the staff there is rude and highly inexperienced in all aspects of customer service. Honestly this place just needs to close
Kevin Ray: Definitely don’t waste your time here! None experienced “techs” and lazy tech reps that rather say they don’t know instead of saying they can figure it out. Oh yeah all I wanted was a tubeless 10”tire they had one in stock but no one wanted to install it. One again DONT WASTEANYTIME HERE. They definitely are struggling to find help and are On their way out of business to Amazon where there are no middle man cost or high over head.
NMEZEE: Went In to look at a rough house 50 and was met with nothing but 2 rude and disrespectful older folks working. Didn't take us 5 min to leave. Would never go here again or ever have my bikes serviced by these people. I would recommend going elsewhere.
Randy D.: I Just went to Scooter World to look at the new scooters, and ask a few questions about my 14 year old Genuine Buddy50 scooter. They had a great selection good name brand scooters. They don't sell cheap junk that won't last. I have purchased and looked at a lot of scooters, and the prices here are very reasonable. I also wanted a rear rack for my 14 year old Buddy50. They had the rack to fit it in stock, and a very nice quality rear trunk, for less than I could get the exact same ones online, including shipping. I also told them I had a grabbing feeling when starting off riding my scooter. He asked how many miles were on it. I told him and he said that it wasn't far from needing a new drive belt, and that might be the problem. I bought the needed parts, also in stock, and not expensive for quality parts. They were very knowledgeable, and also had a shop where they repair many brands of scooters, not just the ones the sell. They service everything they sell. I would highly recommend going to Scooter world if you are interested in having a good quality scooter at a reasonable price, or if you need parts, or have questions. (note: I didn't install the new drive belt on my old Buddy50 scooter. It quit vibrating or grabbing at all, after riding it a few more times in early spring, and is perfectly smooth riding now. I think the drive belt had a set in it from sitting all winter. But, I like having the spare parts for when I need them in the future, so I am not going to return them. It is a normal wear part for a scooter. I am sure they were right that the drive belt was causing the vibration.)
Angelique McNaughton: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We spoke with who we were told was the owner a couple weeks ago about getting our scooter serviced after it had been sitting in the garage for five years. In the garage, not outside and exposed to the elements as they erroneously tried to claim it was.We come to learn the owner was who we spoke to, and he said it likely just needed a tune up and it would cost around $200. He said don't hold him to that, which is fine. So we brought it all the way up from Topeka only to be told by staff that they wouldn't work on it. After we explained that we talked to the owner, they reluctantly and rudely agreed. Sounds like there is no communication between the owner and his staff. We finally got a call with an estimate for repair and the total was going to be at least $1,000 to HOPEFULLY get it running again. While speaking to one of the mechanics to better understand what the $1,000 would entail- parts/labor- I tried to explain our frustration at getting an estimate from the owner and then another estimate that was 5 times that. The mechanic was rude. The person who answered the phone, Bill, was rude. These staff members should not be in customer service. The entire experience was awful. We would have never driven all the way from Topeka if we knew this was the experience we could expect. We picked up our scooter and will ABSOLUTELY be finding another place to have it serviced. Thanks for nothing but a headache Scooter World.
S G: Very rude and short. Called to ask about the possibility of getting an appointment for a carburetor tuning, despite not having purchased a scooter from them. Seeing as their service tab on their website says, “We offer reasonable rates for repairs and service on other scooters as well,” I was under the impression they would be able to help. The man on the phone, Bill, was very curt, interrupted me several times, and when I told him the type of scooter I had, he interrupted again, said “We can’t help you,” and hung up immediately.I guess they’re only interested in promoting scooter culture if you’re buying from them.
Richard Torres: Great place for buying scooters and great help too awesome place
spectre actual: Very friendly and they know their stuff. big range of scooters,
Heather Pimental: Good people they helped me out of a really tough spot when my bike was stolen and got be back on the road. 10/10 would recommend.
Elaine Korwek: We’ve decided to invest in Scooters, so while in Kansas City, we stopped at Scooter World. Mike, the owner, helped us with all our questions and gave us lots of information about scooters. Unfortunately, the store only had one scooter in our price range in stock and, according to Mike, would probably not be available until much later than our time in KC allowed. Like everything else in post pandemic America, shipments are sporadic and hard to track for business owners. He takes what he can get. We did learn they work closely with VersaHaul who provides racks and carriers for scooters and bikes. Therefore if you purchase your scooter from Scooter World, they can work with VersaHaul to have your rack delivered to them and you can pick up your scooter and rack right at Scooter World. Thank you Mike for taking the time to speak with us. I’m so sorry we were not able to find exactly what would work with our budget.
Randy Nevens: Very helpful staff in a very friendly setting. They took the time to talk to me about my Vespa and I was happy to find that they service all models in addition to those they sell. I'll be one of their regulars!
Dale Reed: Good, nice place, the lady salesman very nice and helpful while other guy try to find part I need, very happy service
Veronica Williams: Staff was very friendly came in for an oil change was in and out within an hour.
Beverly Raye: due to virus, time and admission limited.
Robert Lewis: The best service I've had in a long time the people really knew their stuff didnt try and push nothing on me very helpful and knowledgeable I will be going back there we love the two scooters we got
K2486: Came looking for a scooter cvt part asking if they had any in stock. Told me no, which was fine. When I asked if he had any idea anywhere I could find one locally and I was told “online.” Very short and even less of a help. Guess like others have mentioned, maybe the service would be better if I had purchased my scooter there in the first place. Guess I’ll purchase items online instead of your brick and mortar store.
Chris C: I brought in my Havana classic for a carb clean. We had a minor misunderstanding over what services were authorized, but they were very reasonable and made sure I was billed correctly. Excellent customer service. I’ll be using them for all future maintenance on my scooter.
Krymson Trewolla: They are only interested in servicing and selling parts for scooters that you buy from them.Your reply is weak. You had no interest in helping me after I drove across town and walked into your shop.Your words here are empty when your action spoke so loudly.
spencer lafollette: Went in for parts for my roughhouse that I purchased from them and waited in line I got asked what I needed then once I got up to the register started being completely ignored while they helped other customers just walking in. I tried helping a local business but I guess I'll just shop online

Patty Legenza: Best bike shop and bikes. The owner, Dan, and all his employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very patient and helpful with all my questions. Located right on the Trolley Trail in Brookside/Waldo. If you’re looking at buying an eBike, I highly recommend that you check them out. They also rent bikes.

serra goodman: We had a great experience renting a bike this weekend. The staff is helpful and while I was a little scared at first once I got onto the open road it was so fun. Can’t wait to rent again.
cecelia parle: Wonderful experience test riding a Pedigo Interceptor!!! It was really fun ride and the staff were all amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. They answered my numerous questions and I’m really thinking about getting one after this test ride.

Seth Lowery: I can’t recommend this place enough! Staff is great and the bikes are so fun! What a fun way to explore Kansas City. My wife and I rented bikes, having never ridden one before, and it was so easy. The staff gave us a quick and thorough tutorial and we were off and going. Will definitely do it again!
Paul A Endicott: Sooooooo fun!!
Cathy Okeefe: The bike was great. Really thinking of buying. You can do as much pedaling as you want but can add bust so you can sit back and cruise. Great idea
Luke White: I test rode the element. My first experience on an electric bike, and it was a ton of fun!
Ken Gates: Today I test rode the Pedego Comfort Cruiser and the Element at Dan's shop in Waldo. Both bikes were super fun! If I purchase, which will happen at some point, I would probably get a commuter style. That's more logical for how I ride.
Nancy Weber: This place has top notch service, and quality gear. I came in to buy accessories for my bike, and Dan was so patient with me, and even took the time to attach my new basket on my bicycle (non Pedego bike, just a regular bicycle.) I even decided while waiting for my basket attachment to rent an electric bike for a day while my friend is in town next weekend. Overall a great experience, and highly recommended!
Deborah Beffa: Was fun experience! Great time.
Donna Govro: Good power, speed. Handled well. Had fun!
Leeor Arms: It Was a great time bikes worked fine. Customer service was excellent it was one on one o service. Everything was explained well. Highly recommend coming in

Advantage Powersports: what do users think?
Kevin Hobbs: Friendly staff.Made purchasing my bike really easy.
Jeff Denny: Had Can Am Commander we wanted and were timely on having ready to pickup.
Austin Knaus: My mother recently purchased a Trailmaster Mid from a salesmen named Mike. After stating the Trailmaster Mid might be to small and that she would need the next step up for the kids, Mike became irritated and short when my mother didn't take his recommendation. After trusting Mike she purchased the TrailMaster Mid. Only to get it home and realize it was in fact too small!!!!Not only is it too small, the steering column sticks making turning dangerous, the positive toe-in is so bad is makes the Kart look cross eyed and easy to roll (especiallysince the streering is sticky. the engine doesn't stay running for more than 5 minutes at idle, and it's leaking oil.Not only did this happen to my mother but her neighbor who purchased a Trailmaster Mini for her daughter so the kids can play. Upon her delivery A WHEEL FELL OFF. They are missing parts.Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. The only reason I have a 1 start is because I can't give half a star.Salesmen are pushy inconsiderate and only in it for the sale. Whoever put these together is putting people's lives in danger. Please read all the reviews before you think about setting foot in this dealership.
Nicolas Thomas: They were very professional and made the process fast and easy. Would highly recommend
Mark Noble: The salesmen were very helpful and cut me a good deal on my CB500F
Shawna Post: Had an amazing buying experience! Andy is very pleasant to work with and explained all items I could purchase thoroughly. I didn't leave feeling confused or uncomfortable with the bike or warranty deals I had purchased. Thank you Advantage Powersports for being such a great company and your support to the riding community.
Frank Araujo: Amazing customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
Donald Gibson: Shawna was amazing she was a big help
Brian Moore: Shawna is the best service person ever!
Alexei Baydes: Todo muy organizado y limpio ,pero el señor que me atendió, parece que estaba de mal humor .
Rob Schuler: Noatter when or how many times I call it doesn't allowe to make a selection for what department I want to be transfered toFIX IT
Rolo Mahan: Very disappointed with this company
Chancler Bolger: Great people!! Love to place
Alex Manley: I'd you don't know any thing they will help you find what's best for you
Br H: Getting my 1st bike was fast and easy would highly recommend. Good positive people.
White Rose Motors: Service department is rude, and lately disorganized. They hang up on you, and talk down to you. Price gouging is certainly an issue here as well charging well over msrp. The only "advantage" they offer is having a great spot in the northland. Probably the reason they treat their customers like trash, because they know we have to drive a minimum of 30 minutes to get to LCC or somewhere else for better service, sales, and parts.I am hoping this review helps spark some change and make Advantage Powersports' dealership experience a little more pleasant or even enjoyable.
Jason Doyle: Great experience, very easy, no pressure. Mike was our salesmen and he was especially helpful
Eric H: I went in knowing what I wanted, they were able to answer any questions I had and get me financed and out the door.
Angelo J Pacheco: They forgot to put my brakes on my dirt bike (the only set of brakes) thank God I caught it before I rode. Service manager is incredibly rude and mocked me when I asked about it. Do not shop here! Shonna is awesome though!
Kaleb Baechle: Service department is horrible. Had a bike in their shop awhile ago and ive recently been adding a few new parts to the bike, only to find out they skipped steps and now i have to spend more money in the long run. Just stay away from this dealership and take it to a dealer like freedom cycles. I wish i would have now that im going through and having to spend more money on all the stuff they covered up
Jim H: Pure and simple thieves. Bought a bike and a week later the battery was dead. I replaced it. the following week after two miles of riding the front tire was flat. These people had to keep the battery on a charger, keep inflating the tire while it was on the floor. When I called to inform them they're reply was "what did you expect? You bought the cheapest model on the floor." In which I found on Craig's list. A flat tire can be dangerous, but they made a sale. Or a kill as they call it.Took the bike to a local shop, in Mission Shawnee, found a "loose valve stem" and missing cap. Installed a new cap and tightened the valve cap for free. Beware where you buy from ....

Dream Machines Motorsports: what do users think?
Steve Arnone: The salesman Andrew and John the paper work guy were so pleasant and knowledgeable. Very unintimidating experience. I would go to them for a sidebyside again.
danny williams (hook n book towing): Great experiance sales man andrew was great new his stuff
Amanda King: Great experience! Andrew located the Defender we were looking for. Found it and shipped it quickly. Other places were charging way more and the wait time was months instead of days!! All while being states away! Highly recommend! Andrew is the Best!
Joy Patrick: Great service department!
Trig Stewart: I had a wonderful experience talking with the owner and his future plans- not the sales woman. To be fair, we came close to closing time. She didn't seem to know what SHE had sold. Had to ask other sales associates. She abrupt, cocky and pushy when taking the "handoff" from the owner.
Steve Cook: Customer service was great. Andrew Bozarth was very helpful and made the process easy.
Jeremy Kilgore: Bought a 06 Victory Kingpin back in August. Needed a little work, Steve on of the technicians has been fantastic to work with. Im fairly mechanically inclined when it comes to bikes, but needed some expertise and I am glad Steve is around. Super helpful and friendly. They held on to my bike for a little long over the winter while it was worked on, but they did the absolute right thing by giving me a major discount for the services. Thank you all for your hard work!
William Hornburg: This place is a horrible place to buy a bike the bikes were all dusty and put in a corner they were more interested in helping a customer that was there for service than a customer that was there to buy a bike with cash. Out of all the people that work there they said only two people know how to even write a bike NEVER AGAIN
Troy Hale: Andrew took great care of me. He got me the deal I was looking for. He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable about the machines. This is my 2nd and 3rd purchase from Dream Machines. Everyone here is very helpful. I highly recommend coming in and seeing what they have to offer.
Joe Dawn: Andrew Bozarth did a great job getting me into my first rzr definitely will be coming back in the future
Ashley Rappuhn: The hubs and I had a GREAT experience here! When another dealership said they couldn’t finance us ( with no real explanation ) we found Dream Machine. He met with Andrew after work on Friday, found the CanAm he wanted right away. We came back together Saturday morning and Andrew had us in and out with our new machine in under half hour! Friendly staff all the way around! Everyone spoke to us and they made us feel right at home. We will be off playing tonight and will recommend them to everyone we know!
James Russell: Andrew was responsive/professional even on his day off. Purchase was quick and painless. Ready to put some miles on it.ThanksLyssa and James
Adrian Zeimet: I had a great experience with sherri Got the rzr that I wanted and got me a good deal And want to say thanks to the whole team
Chelsea Rinehart: I am only leaving 1 star because I can NOT leave a 0 star rating. We bought our 2021 RZR 4 seater last year and was asked to leave it there so they could service it. My husband said we didn't pay this much money for a machine we couldn't take home and asked when we needed to have it there for said service's and that we would bring it and pick it back up the same day. Took it in for services and told them the front passenger door wouldn't stay latched. After bringing it back home and going for a little ride in town re realized they didn't fix the door. About a week after bringing it home we were only able to ride a few time's do to having issue's with the 4 wheel drive not working and locking in. Called multiple times about the issue and no answer's or calls back for week's. Finally got in to have it fixed and they tried to talk my husband in to trading in our machine for something we didn't want and more money. With poor communication a week or so later we got it back. Door still wasn't fixed either and we were also told it had a recall and to stop driving it and we would be getting a call, email or something in the mail. Almost a year later we are paying for a nice looking machine to be a garage ornament and still no answer's. We will be reaching out to so a better place of business for help and to fix the issues with our machine! Unless you enjoy the run around, no call backs and things not fixed when they say they will or flat out being lied to then this is your place to go! Drive a little further to get a good running machine of you have to.
Amanda carter: Great experience! We went in to look at the shops inventory. Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted in a machine and he found me the right one.
Mike Ronspiez: Quality, professional, motorcyclist minded .
Michael Dolan: Cool staff, the business focuses on side by sides, and have a few bikes here and there.
Annie Oakley: Very unprofessional and customer service is non existant.
Chris: Unfortunate because I was a prior customer. This finance team has to be the most unorganized, unethical team I have had to deal with. Same reason I left RideNow to come do business here. Between the run arounds of pulling credit, to lying to the banks about the value of the UTV we were trying to purchase. Misinformation about when and who they ran credit through Was told that they ran through a certain bank and we got approved for X amount yet I called the bank and there was no application submitted, miscommunication between the finance and the sales. Telling my wife we got approved for X amount of dollars at way higher interest then what the bank said when we called. No urgency to try and make a deal done. Understaffed. The list Could go on and on but I would leave it at this take your business elsewhere.
spainkee3: Seems like the only high rankings are for sales. Unfortunately, not the case for the service department. Everyone seemed awesome at first and then went downhill after that. Took my Slingshot in for repairs. After picking it up, I had to turn right back around because it wasn't fixed. Picked it up a second time and turn right back around because they failed to fix it. After I got an email from Polaris to review the place, I was honest about my experience. I got an email from Austin (sales manager)to leave a phone number if I wanted to discuss my issues. I got crickets. He must have been just checking off a box to make contact. I called the service department multiple times to speak to Steve multiple times and left messages to call me back and got ghosted every time. If you need work done after buying from them, look somewhere else. Their sales area is disgustingly dirty and their service area is a hot mess. Update: Took the SS to Ride Now in Olathe. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the first time. NEVER go to Dream Machines if you need work done on your Slingshot!
Dominic House: Could not recommend them enough. Literally the easiest place to buy. Ask for Andrew and Chris. Prioritized my time and made it simple.

LCC Powersports - KTM Suzuki Kawasaki Yamaha Kansas City: what do users think?
Adam B.: Great experience. Dustin was very helpful and efficient. This dealership does not add all the BS extra fees that their competition does. For this reason I saved close to $1K on the same bike their competition in Grandview was selling.
Kyle Kberg: Dustin was very easy to deal with and had very good communication of when the bike would be available.
logan newkirk: Just bought my first motorcycle at LCC! Dustin did a fantastic job and was very helpful and quick on keeping me updated on all questions and concerns I had regarding my purchase!
Charles Hart: I took a box of clutch parts to them and they got my bike done. Good guys
Keyvan Salamat: This store is really something elseThey are not just selling a motorcycle to you but of course creating and designing a path of amusement for youIf you wanna motorbike just go there and ask for a gentleman called Dustin, he ll figure out everything for you even if you don't have a good credit score still he will have some ideas to make it out for you10000% recommend
Keyvan Tir: One of the best store I've ever gone toVery polite so knowledgeable and they answer all of your questions without any issue even if you being disturbingThere is a good man there who will fulfill all of you requeste patiently, his name is Dustin, if you wanna get a motorcycle just go there and get on hold of him. He is very professional and respectful. I really recommend this store since it was the best.I got my KTM from here and it was best experience. Thanks a lot Dustin for all of your patience and time.
Ang: Dustin, Jeff and Andrew were all great to work with. We are very pleased with LCC. Great Customer Service! We love our new KRX SXS! 😊
Lazus B.Rawlings: Well, once a year, we are taxed in the form of license along with a myriad of our other overtaxing. I must get my motorcycle inspected, then buy a small piece of pre-perforated plastic that signifies that I've been gouged by my wonderful Uncle Sam.I have used this place for sales, I bought some of my first motorcycles from them when they were called" Liberty Suzuki ", and I've bought many parts through the years. But lately, I have them inspect my bikes. They have a nice little waiting room where you can charge your phone, drink coffee or coacoa, or even watch TV. before I knew it, they were finished and I was on my way. They now sell many different bikes and U.T.V.s as well as quads. They take good care of you and you too. Will become a lifetime customer.
Tommy Murdock: These guys are the best. My son needed a new throttle cable on his bike, and they didn’t have it in stock, so they PULLED IT off a new bike! How badass is that! THAT is service. Thank you.
Greg Smith: Dustin is by far the greatest salesman on the planet
mark newberry: jeff dustin duncan made 4 a smooth no hassell buying exprience! bought first motorcycle in 1987 . total of 9 ! god willing ? i will be back 4 sure! lcc can compete with any dealer in the u.s.a
Paul E Moore: Cant beat the prices for the product.
Jesse Lassiter: Straight forward service, no pressure and no hidden fees.
Sonny Vestal: Ez pz process. Dustin was easy to work with and everything was ready on time.
Parker Wrigley: Bought my new MT-09 last week and had a great experience! Dustin was very helpful and I would recommend him and LCC to anyone!
James: Brian, Mike, Dustin and Andrew are awesome. We bought our first dirt bikes from LCC so we had a lot to learn. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We've been out every weekend since we got them and the kids love them.
ThatStupidBunnySuit: I came in for a helmet today. The guys who helped me out were awesome and made sure I had a good fitting safe helmet when I walked out the door. Thanks for the awesome service. Prices were pretty good too compared to the other shops I checked out.
Jacob Hyatt: Recently purchased a Klr650 which is my second bike purchased from llc and both experiences were top notch and have no complaints
Kieran Creeden: Bought my first bike the other day. Dustin was amazing. Real funny guy and very knowledgeable of motorcycling. Will definitely go back again when I upgrade!
Rusty Dennis: Dustin was great to work with. LCC is great place to buy a powersport they don’t charge you for all the extra paperwork & other charges like alot of other Dealerships
Joe G: From my first phone conversation with Parker I felt I was dealing with good folks. The final process with Dustin Woodward for purchasing my new Kawasaki was perfect. Smiling the whole ride home and thankful for winter so I didn't eat a bug.

ERIK'S - Bike & Board: what do users think?
foodlove cafe: The guys that helped me were gracious and knowledgeable.
Daniel Luksa: They were open on a Sunday when most other bike shops were closed and I needed a new tire to (hopefully) salvage a long weekend of riding.Erik's had the tire I wanted, and I figured they'd be able to help me seat the bead of my tubeless setup. Most bike shops will do it on the spot inexpensively/free when you purchase a tire and it takes less than 10 minutes.I re-taped my wheel and re-installed the valve (half the labor of this task), brought in my wheel and asked them to seat the bead of my new tire (this part requires an air compressor, I don't have one). They brought my wheel to the back and told me it would be ready early in the day the next day, and would cost $30. Completely silly, I should've said no thanks. The next afternoon, I stopped by after work to pickup my wheel and it still wasn't ready. Now very silly, but I am assured I am next in the queue for repair. Three hours later, Erik's texts me to let me know that my wheel is ready. Totally fair, the person in front of me must've needed thermal plates on their Space Shuttle replaced.I expressed dissapointment upon checkout but the clerk was dismissive and said it's summer and they have a lot of bikes back there. But now $30 and 30 hours later, I've got a tire with a seated bead. Most bike shops will do this in 10 minutes, and plenty of them would do it for free/cheap if you're buying a $100 tire. The biggest bummer of this story is that I missed a gorgeous day of riding.Do not bring your bike to be repaired here.
Zandor Fivethousand: Friendly staff.
Richard Campbell: Had a punctured tube and a minor brake adjustment. Brought in on Thursday June 8, service tech said since it was minor repair they’d probably have it ready either later Thursday or Friday morning at the latest.I called Friday PM, hadn’t started working on it. Called Saturday PM, hadn’t started working on it. Gave up calling as I was told we’ll call you. Finally Monday the 12th at 6pm, it’s ready. New tire, but brakes still feel squishy, same as when I brought it in. Really don’t want to bring it back in and have it sit there another 5 days.Main issue is not to over promise and underdeliver.
Katie Hull: Incredible service! Helpful beyond what I expected. THANK YOU!
Aniko Giampetruzzi: I was very satisfied with my bike repairs. I was impressed with the staff at Erik’s, very knowledgeable, and they really listen to your concerns about your bike. If they don’t think you need a specific repair they will tell you instead of charging you for a repair that is not needed. I was told I might need a new cable but in the end they said my bike looked pretty good and the cable didn’t need to be replaced after all. . I will definitely be bringing my bike to Eriks for future repairs. Thank you! Oh and they cleaned my bike up so nice! That was a plus😀
Loren Saunders: Great service with reasonable prices and finished my repair days earlier than originally predicted. Couldn’t have been better.
MIchael Somers: Helpful and steered me in right direction
Toby Katowitz: We were greeted promptly and given many options based on our needs and wants. Great staff!
Cody Clinebell: Came in to learn about road bikes for triathlon. Spoke with Tyler. He was awesome! Super knowledgeable and kind. I ended up buying clip on shoes and pedals
Mark Boyer: Service was speedy, helpful and technically informative. And the price was right.
NotQuiteSure OfAnything: Great, quick service. Had a wheelset trued, fast sameday service.
Leigh Jefferson: 5/22/23 Just had repair work done and they left a critical part off; they took care of the issue this morning and apologized thank you!!
Brent Sear: typically friendly workers that care more about helping fix a bike problem than trying to upsell you on their merchandise.
Shauna Slade-Booth: Excellent customer service and one of the specialists helped us fit my son's new bike in our car.
Justin Simpson: I was looking for a new saddle. Bill and the guys went above and beyond to help me understand so many things about them.
Brandon m: We nailed it with the guess on the bike bag! Thanks a bunch!!!!
Melanie Hardison: The flat tire on my bike was assessed and repaired within 10 minutes—as a walk-in without an appointment. I so appreciate the quick and responsive service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you!
Sherri Albin: We came up on Sunday and brought our 2 Aventon Pace 350 and 500 up for service. Figured we would have to make another trip up since we live out of town. But their service department had it done a few hours later! Thank you to the service department! Two very happy customers!Sherri and Kelly
Doug Easterwood: Everyone I interacted with seemed very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of my new electric bike... which I'm extremely happy with!
Sean Bernard: Knowledgable employees helped answer questions and find the right part to fix the problem I came in with!

Dave Rees: Best people ,best products, and huge selection with many choices
Alex Caskey: Attentive and courtesy staff.
Alexei Baydes: Buena atención recibí en el día de hoy ,variedades de artículos y equipos, el lugar está limpio y agradable.
Tammie Yardley: They did a great job putting a hitch on ourCanAm Spider
Jim Schank: I stumbled upon Reno's last fall when in search of a new wave runner. Placed an order and they allowed me to move my deposit to an even nicer machine. Picked up my craft last week and can't wait to get it in the water. Jackson and a few members of the staff I met have been fantastic! So far this has been a great experience. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come. If you are in need of anything powersports, Reno's is worth the drive.
michael woods: Friendly and helpful
Dave Monteil: Awesome customer service soon as I walked in the door. Very knowledgable parts department on changing the thermostat in my Can Am and also got the repair Mechanic involved explaining in Detail
Gorman Penn: Loop
Randall Wade: I have always had a great experience at Reno's. From the first time I walked in the door 20 years ago to now I have always been treated very well and given the best service.
Katrina Kirby: We bought our bike here. Pretty good service. Ok selection.
David Kubie: Renos staff are friendly and always willing to help you with any of your bike needs! Dosent matter what you ride, they'll help as much as they can! I would recommend anyone to come here for parts, equipment, or service!
Paul Van Erem: Very knowledgeable sales staff. Quick ready in and out service.
Troy Wooten: Amazing, made the experience super simple and efficient. Appreciated the service beginning to end (which was only over a couple days!!). Thanks for everything guys - highly recommend!
Nancy Ogle: Reno Powersports has the best service in town. Nice, quick and professional. They got my bike the next day and had it done in a day. I will have all my work done there. Kurt in service was awesome!
Michael Skipworth: Awesome Service, !!! Very freindly
Richard kinney: Bought my can am x3 here in 2018. It's only had to come back twice for unique issues. One a wire came disconnected from ecu. Found it pretty quickly.Other ecu went out. And it took quit awhile to get it figured out.For as much time as they had to put into this issue I believe they charged me very fair. Unit was there awhile and the was running short on ideas since no way to check a ecu.But they got it, then sent it to Evo Powersports for retune. The was very fair on price. Highly recommend them. Not the cheapest but they will fix it.OTHER SHOP I took it to before going to them on ecu problem diagnosed it as bad turbo wanted me to spend 2600 on new turbo.Reno powersports kept it alive and kicking.
Nick Takacs: Salesmen were extremely nice and sorrowful that they couldn’t offer me a decent amount for my trade. The service department gave me great advice that saved me a few 100 bucks. Parts department was well stocked and had 4/5 parts I needed with the other being only two days away. This is a great place and I’m happy this is my new Ducati shop.
Max Ellis: Had a very poor experience buying a bike here. They will lie to you about the bike’s condition.
Nick Lane: This used to be a great shop with welcoming staff but something has happened in the last 12 months that makes this place miserable to deal with.
Patrick Calhoon: I have been working on getting my motorcycle titled, jumping through all of the DMV hoops. I have a “declaratory of judgement” and the DMV needed an IDOD and two estimates of value from two different dealers. I live 5 minutes away from Reno’s and have bought parts there previously. I asked the salesperson if they could help me with an estimate. Instead of taking 2 minutes and looking up the NADA value, writing it on a business card and earning a customer for life, he said, “ I can’t help you”.So I left. I don’t have any interest in returning, it wasn’t a good experience.

Freedom Cycles: what do users think?
Phil Willsey: Great job here by Dan .Very knowledgeable guy.learnd alot.
Jackson Willsey: Great customer service!! Employees are so friendly and have loads of knowledge. Thank you to Dan Robinson for selling me my new bike!
Stacey Brashears: Casey has been awesome! Freedom is the place to buy! The staff is great so is the select. I would not go anywhere else to buy!
Joshua Bracamonte: Recently bought a 2023 drz 400sm from Freedom cycles and only have good things to say. The bike i was looking for had to be orderd and it showed up in just over a week which was way quicker than I had expected. They were patient while getting all the financing worked out and made the process so easy for me. Will no doubt be returning here for any and all bike purchases in the future. Would like to say thanks to Tyler, Fred, and most of all Maggie for getting me back on a bike this summer.
Chelsie Wilson: Kolby and Maggie are absolutely amazing!!! We bought a brand new razor and we had an amazing experience. Absolutely recommend coming here!!
jeremy culp: Amazing people got me in a nice Goldwing.
Michelle Hobbs: I go here to get a product called SC1 for our side by side. It shines it up like it's new. However, this time, I went, and the young lady offered up another product that supposedly did the exact same thing as SC1, and it was on sale. I asked her if she was sure, and she guaranteed it was the same to let her know if it wasn't the same. I'm letting you know it wasn't even close to the same. You should do a test on your 2 products for future reference. The Sc1 gets it back to shiny after you've been on gravel roads.I got 2 cans instead of 1 for the lower price. I called my husband because he doesn't change once he's set on something. I told him she swore it would be the same as SC1 for his side by side. He ended up going to Renos the next day and buying his SC1.She tried to be helpful and save me some money, but it failed. I ended up paying more out of pocket. It's my fault I shouldn't have switched products without visual proof.
Max Monroe: Bought my first bike here at freedom cycles the staff were fantastic. They answered Any questions i had and were super helpful
Nathaniel McWilliams: Bob the parts guy and Garret the service guy were very helpful.
Kyle Gilliam: I’d been looking for a go kart for my boys for a while. Freedom Cycles has several listed on their website, so I called about them. They were very friendly and had answers for all of my questions. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up the go kart. Their customer service was great. Everyone was genuinely welcoming when we got there and were very helpful through the whole process. We’ll definitely be back for future purchases.
Chris Dehn: Awesome showroom! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Left with the exact bike we’d been looking for! Thank you for staying past closing time to finish up the paperwork.
Katie Payne: We had a great experience purchasing a cheetah 8 go kart for our kids! Everyone was very accommodating and helped us make our purchase as smooth and quickly as possible. We will most definitely return for future purchases!
Ayden: Tyler was a great salesman and Maggie was great
anthony akers: Maggie and Colby were extremely professional and courteous, everything was fast easy. A incredible experience!
Alex Robrecht: They had a great selection, I got to be picky about color in the bike I wanted, which was awesome. Everyone was knowledgeable and experienced. Kolby and Maggie were awesome to work with. I never felt pressured to buy any bike, warranty, or program that I didn't want, which I really appreciated.
Peyton Heitmann: Have great service and all parts in stock would recommend
James Goertzen: Sydney is the best parts associate in the store! The redhead is the worst I’ve ever met.
Jonah Hall: Sydney is the best
Dean Shepard: Spencer and Tyler went above and beyond to help me get my bike in the road. They were awesome to work with!
Sean C: I’ve been to a lot of motorcycle dealerships in this country.. but this one stands out. Sydney was absolutely amazing.. very professional and her product knowledge was incredible.Thank you
S. Reinert: They really did me right. I will say I was not happy at first but it was not them it was the situation. I have a 4010 Mule FE and the batteries kept draining. Once they looked at it and explained what was going on I understood. I really thought there was a problem with the machine but it was an accessory that I put on. They even cut me a break on the labor. I will continue to business with them and highly recommend their service department.
