Rich Davis: I stopped in to Engle Motors the other day and wanted to look at the BMW K1600B Motorcycle. The gentleman I talked with, Peter, was extremely knowledgeable and Everything BMW. Fortunately For Me Peter had Three in Stock. The Silver, can't remember the specific color name, caught my eye immediately. While Peter Explained Several of the Bikes Features I couldn't stop looking at That Beautiful Silver Finish. I was Sold. I Brought My Girlfriend Maggi back the next day and Her Eyes Lit Up Immediately and Seconded My Decision. Peter is Excellent at his job. Always Confident about his knowledge of BMW and instead of trying to SELL us a bike, he was reassuring that we would be completely satisfied with our decision to purchase the bike. I strongly recommend Peter for Everything BMW Motorcycles. Engle Motors, You Have a Great Team Player. Update, I've ridin the K1600B over 18,000 miles and I've enjoyed every mile. Maggi and I have taken trips to Taos and Santa Fe, as well as Fort Smith Arkansas and Antlers, Oklahoma so far.

Douglas Kivett: I've been to Engle motors on at least 3 (maybe 4) occasions in the last 2 years (2017 & 2018). All were situations where I brought in a new tire to have mounted and balanced (wheel OFF the bike). The first 2 or 3 visits, the charge was around $35. This is with me bringing in the wheel off the bike - NOT still on the bike. The last time I went in with two wheels and tires. They had my new tires mounted and balanced in under half an hour. Great service as usual. Only that last time the bill was like $120 and some change. I asked them why the difference in price and I even was able to provide receipts from previous visits showing the disparity in price. With significant reluctance, they reduced the bill down to about $90. They charged like $10 per tire for new valve core. No tire disposal fee because I always take my old tires with me. And they weren't apologetic. They made it out like they should have been charging me more all along.The service from the guys down stairs is exceptional. Great guys. Very capable and friendly. But when it comes time to pay, they are inconsistent in what they may charge.

I must get my motorcycle inspected, then buy a small piece of pre-perforated plastic that signifies that I've been gouged by my wonderful Uncle Sam.I have used this place for sales, I bought some of my first motorcycles from them when they were called" Liberty Suzuki ", and I've bought many parts through the years. But lately, I have them inspect my bikes. They have a nice little waiting room where you can charge your phone, drink coffee or coacoa, or even watch TV. before I knew it, they were finished and I was on my way. They now sell many different bikes and U.T.V.s as well as quads. They take good care of you and you too. Will become a lifetime customer.

Grant H: Went to Bike Night tonight- 5/17/23. Nice people and an avg attendance. But had a bad experience- it was free dyno testing and I pulled my bike in line for that. When my bike was next in line, the svc guy pulls my bike in the garage, but pulls it to the side and tells another svc guy to pull in the bike behind my bike around my bike and do (this kids) bike before mine. I have a problem with people cutting lines- anywhere, so I made mention why, and the svc guy minimized it, saying he could go through the sign in sheets and all that- but didn't. Its only one more bike, yes- but its the principle of the matter. I just about went in the garage, got my bike, and told them thats not how I play this. And excuses from a service person like that kindof stunned me. Hope it was a rare event.

Wayne Pile: I bought a new Wide Glide from Gail’s in 2002. I think it was the 10,000 mile service that the mechanic failed to put the oil back in the transmission. I was riding it and it was making terrible noises when I shifted and a mechanic at the shop said there was no oil in the transmission. When speaking with Gail regarding this, she was very upset that this happened and assured me that if anything went wrong with the transmission she would fix it at her cost. You could see the sincerity in her eyes and I told her that was good enough for me. I kept the bike for several years and never had any issues with it.
A Morgan: We went to Gail’s to get our granddaughter a helmet so she could ride on our motorcycles and the 4wheeler and be safe. We had a heck of a time getting this baby girl to try on a helmet but……… Jennifer saved the day she made it fun picking out her helmet and getting her head measured as well as finding the perfect one!!! Our granddaughter loves her helmet and FINALLY got to wear it to ride the wheeler with papa!! Thank you Jennifer for being so amazing with this hunt for the perfect helmet.

Todd Lowe: I went in to get two new tires put on my motorcycle. My bike doesn't have a very common tire size and I received a tire that was almost 5 years old for the front. I wasn't happy about it. The service department originally contacted the tire representative who did nothing. Eventually after Gail found out about the problem they replaced both my tires again. Now I am very happy! The people were very friendly throughout the process and service was great. Highly recommended.
