When I came for a walk in pre-screened drug screen, front desk was not immediately available however after 5 minutes front desk personnel came from back and took care of the people waiting expeditiously! RYAN ARRIETA: The person in charge of the TSA Precheck told us It would take 1 hour to squeeze us in between appointments, and after almost 3 hours of asking why was it taking way longer he made up a history about the system malfunctioning, we saw him passing more than 10 people while we were there and he never told us he was having issues, they ladies on the front desk were very embarrassed and they didn't know what to say but sorry.He had an attitude since early morning and he kept us waiting on purpose.
Stephanie Monk: I love this place. I don’t have to be on Time as it’s open all day to walk in and they always get me right in. Andrea and Quierra are total day brighteners. They are always smiling and always entertaining. Today I got the added bonus if meeting Lexi (Andrea’s gorgeous daughter) who was very outgoing and also full of smiles. I told them I wouldn’t give it out over the phone and they hung up. 3 times this happened even though I offered the “specimen number” to them. Probably a scam.

Blake Thomas: Called me at work and not knowing what the number was I called back immediately after I heard the voicemail. Waited on hold for 13 minutes which wasn’t bad but once I got ahold of someone I was very rudely told my results (nothing surprising which was already known) and then was told that my job is going to fire me (I did nothing wrong) and was told I can pay $150 for a retest and then hung up on me without letting me ask any questions or even respond. Awful customer service!

Jahkenan Lloyd: This company is very unreliable and I would not recommend doing any drug screens with them. I paid for a drug screen at concentrating out of pocket. It has been a week later and I still have not been called about the results. When I call them, they still me that it is still in testing. This site is very unprofessional and should not be used. When they called me with results, I had to wait on hold for 17 minutes before even hearing anything other than hold music and the automated “please wait” after THEY CALLED ME.

Anna: They called me and told me that they had my results and were supposed to transfer my call to the medical staff, they did not and I kept getting directed to different directory options. They told me I had to wait "more than five minutes" and called back nearly two hours later. I was about to walk out of my apartment to head to class and they finally called me back.... then they put me on hold again. So thanks to this company, I missed my class. I tried to focus on notes while I was on hold, but I cannot concentrate when the call says, "Please hold for the next available agent" EVERY TWENTY TWO SECONDS!!! So annoying and utterly inconvenient. I cannot believe how terrible this customer service is. Taking two hours to call back and leaving me on hold once they call back for over an hour. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

cathy morrison: I would like to tell how wonderful the girl named Sarah was. So sweet and so personable and so helpful because a couple of us had problems with our vouchers for our fingerprinting. While I waited in the waiting room I visited with another lady who was waiting and we could hear Sarah working with others and we both talked about how sweet she was and bubbly and very personable which made us feel much better. I overheard one girl if she walked out with someone else say that was a nice lady. And then when I went back they were absolutely right she was so helpful so wonderful so kind so professional I just appreciate good people like that you don't find them very often and she did figure out that we all had problems with our vouchers because of something we did on the registration but it wasn't our fault. So I have forewarned everyone how wonderful she is and they are looking forward to seeing her.

Carmen Pollet: If you have a choice dont go there. It was difficult to find as there are not any signs on the outside of the building causing me to be late. They still had a previous appointment waiting so they could not do my fingerprinting. I am a night shift worker that got up 3 hours early for this appointment and they acted like rescheduling shouldnt be a big deal. It was a big deal for me. Ill be going somewhere else.

Renay Andrews: This place is the best place if you ever need to get a drug test done. Me and my co driver went and did CDL drug screens on Friday. They had us in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Samantha was awesome handling the screening and collection process. So nice and helpful, she deserves a raise as good as she was. I absolutely love going here for drug screen because they are quick and no sitting around sick people at a clinic and waiting hours. If you need a Quest drug screen done this is the place no matter where your employer is trying to send you tell them you are going here instead. You won't be disappointed.

B Q: Female agent checked me in attitude from start like she hated her job. Watched how she talked to her coworker same bad attitude she said loudly I already know when he went to her. I only was at this location because an employer required me to go there next time I will go to one I’ve gone when I was self pay on NW Vivian Road way better attitudes professional. I will never come to this location again! After me I heard a guy checking in other people he sounded nicer his tone was much better. Your company don’t need to hire people to represent ur company who act like they hate they job!

Alyssa Miles: I would not recommend this place.I went here once because it was close by that day.It was the worst experience of my life. I almost fainted and I’ve never experienced that when getting blood work ever. The technician was very sweet and I give her five stars, but this business seemed a bit overpriced and didn’t provide much service after the blood work.After getting my results back I asked for clarification on what my test results meant. They said the FDA would reach out to me…?Still no one has called to clarify my question. The price is almost 10x higher than if you had your doctors office do it and after insurance. They don’t take insurance either. It’s all out of pocket.Save yourself the headache and ask your doctor to do lab work, go to Johnson County Health, or Quest Diagnostic. They seem more legitimate and will answer your questions in a timely manner and it’s affordable for those with a tight budget. My blood work was performed almost a year ago and I still am waiting on that phone call to answer my questions.
Kyle Gillett: This location is generally very fast. My last experience was not as positive as it has been in the past, around midday there seems to be a bit longer wait. During morning hours things generally move very quickly. It is locally managed and it is good to support compared to the corporate giants that compete with it.(Updated review)

They've gone out of their way to help me when my testing company went through changes that were out of my control, and made sure everything was taken care of for me. Most importantly, they are supportive to those who are there because they are seeking a path to recovery. There is no judgment for whatever it is that brought you in for your test. That meant more to me than anything.

Asia: The dark skinned girl at the front with the braids needs to fix her attitude. I greeted her with a warm “hello” and she slid the window open and said “photo id” no hello or anything. Handed me the form to fill out and then slid the window back and proceeded to laugh with her coworker. She needs to be retrained because since she is the first contact of the customers, she needs to do better with her customer service skills. If you don’t like your job or interacting with the public,then you need to leave and find a better suited place to work instead of making customers feel like an inconvenience to your day. However, the other girl who performed my test was very nice and prompt. She’s the only reason I’m even giving three stars. But to the other girl, fix your attitude.
