RYAN ARRIETA: The person in charge of the TSA Precheck told us It would take 1 hour to squeeze us in between appointments, and after almost 3 hours of asking why was it taking way longer he made up a history about the system malfunctioning, we saw him passing more than 10 people while we were there and he never told us he was having issues, they ladies on the front desk were very embarrassed and they didn't know what to say but sorry.He had an attitude since early morning and he kept us waiting on purpose.
Stephanie Monk: I love this place. I don’t have to be on Time as it’s open all day to walk in and they always get me right in. Andrea and Quierra are total day brighteners. They are always smiling and always entertaining. Today I got the added bonus if meeting Lexi (Andrea’s gorgeous daughter) who was very outgoing and also full of smiles. Thank you ladies for always making it a fun!!!

cathy morrison: I would like to tell how wonderful the girl named Sarah was. So sweet and so personable and so helpful because a couple of us had problems with our vouchers for our fingerprinting. While I waited in the waiting room I visited with another lady who was waiting and we could hear Sarah working with others and we both talked about how sweet she was and bubbly and very personable which made us feel much better. I overheard one girl if she walked out with someone else say that was a nice lady. And then when I went back they were absolutely right she was so helpful so wonderful so kind so professional I just appreciate good people like that you don't find them very often and she did figure out that we all had problems with our vouchers because of something we did on the registration but it wasn't our fault. So I have forewarned everyone how wonderful she is and they are looking forward to seeing her.

They had us in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Samantha was awesome handling the screening and collection process. So nice and helpful, she deserves a raise as good as she was. I absolutely love going here for drug screen because they are quick and no sitting around sick people at a clinic and waiting hours. If you need a Quest drug screen done this is the place no matter where your employer is trying to send you tell them you are going here instead. You won't be disappointed.

I only was at this location because an employer required me to go there next time I will go to one I’ve gone when I was self pay on NW Vivian Road way better attitudes professional. I will never come to this location again! After me I heard a guy checking in other people he sounded nicer his tone was much better. Your company don’t need to hire people to represent ur company who act like they hate they job!

Natalie Winters: I visited this location twice and had good experience the both times. They called me right on my appointment time. One of the nurses made sure I followed all the procedure so my test will come out correctly. (I actually didn’t follow the procedure on the first time, so my test would’ve come out incorrectly if she didn’t check on me) They also explained everything about the test really well.The appointment system is all automatic, but it’s actually more convenient than talking to someone on the phone. I’d say going to their website to make an appointment is the easiest.
Simon Barz: Employees are rude and unprofessional. And quite frankly, for what Quest is probably paying them I don’t blame them. Quest will keep raking in money left and right.
QueenEbbie: Horrible staff! My urine was dumped out into the trash can because the black lady with locs stated that my urine was too hot. Never have I heard of that it was 90-100 she wouldn’t allow me to take a pic of the cup with my urine neither.

I wish I would've caught her name, but let me tell you that she was the most welcoming and bright person you could've asked for on a Tuesday morning! We chatted the entire time she was drawing my blood (which took less than a minute for 3 vials) and she was very comforting to be around. The way she instantly found a vein was a relief compared to previous experiences at different places, and I didn't walk out of there with my arm bruised to hell and back.I highly recommend this Quest and the friendly atmosphere, even if it is a bit more of a drive!

We had our appointments scheduled for well over a month however after I arrived and waited 10-15 minutes, I was told that they could not do the test because there were no swabs. The woman who told me this told me that they have been out for awhile (but nobody decided to inform us prior to the date of the test??). She then gave me a sheet of other Quest Diagnostic locations and told me we could go to ANY of those locations to get a test there. I did, waited 20 minutes at another location just to be told that they DO NOT EVEN OFFER COVID TESTS?? All of the other locations that did offer COVID testing were closed but luckily someone else was able to squeeze us in! Very disappointed, extremely unorganized and unprofessional, and almost caused us to miss our vacation. Would not recommend going here if you are in a time crunch!!

The black lady with the locs said she couldn’t find any orders for me and I should’ve have my paperwork with me. My response was, the physician sent the orders over and I expected them to be in the system. I expressed that I have taken medication for this test and I need my labs drawn before 9 AM. She didn’t take time to look but stated…..”I don’t see it”After scrambling for 15 minutes my son at home was able to locate the lab order. I ran back in to check in and could not as I was now more than 10 minutes late! Well while standing at the kiosk the same lady with the locs came up behind the counter and I told her I found the order with only minutes to spare. She simply blew me off and asked me to have a seat.By the GRACE of GOD another lady came up, realizing the time sensitivity and quickly drew my blood!

There was a line forming outside the door and finally another patient came out and we all crowded into the actual waiting room. Get my blood work done (lady was great at her job and super nice, only positive about the whole experience) and given instructions to collect samples at home and to drop them off when I'm done. Week later and THE SAME THING HAPPENS WITH THE DOOR BEING LOCKED. Finally get in and no one is at the window. Try to catch someone as they call out another patient name and tell them I'm just dropping off my sample and was told to make an appointment. So I signed in and waited 20 minutes only for her to open the door, take the envelope and move on to the next patient. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bethany Miller: What a rough way to start a Monday... I didn’t catch the technician’s name, and I wish I would have. She was not very personable. I told her that needles make me anxious, and she completely disregarded it and did nothing to help me feel at ease, instead complaining about how I didn’t drink enough water and she couldn’t find a vein. She finally found one when she tried my other arm, by which point I’m getting emotional. She rudely asks me what’s wrong with me, and THEN FINALLY draws my thoughts elsewhere. To conclude our visit, she prides herself on the lack of bleeding and bruising... but my arm is still sore, a day and a half later. That hasn’t happened to me before with other blood draws. I’m very disappointed. I know that friendly chatter doesn’t come naturally to everyone, but I think her job would have been easier if she would have had some care and compassion.

Victor Arndt: Everytime I came here for drug screening for my new job there’s an issue. Kansas location doesn’t do them which it took me driving there to find out. Also there was no clear indication as to where to go when I can. No one answers the phone. The Gps leads to another building matter of fact to an ER. That’s not even connected. The internet is never working so I have to drive 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back because they can’t do screenings without internet. This has happened 2 times in one week. I setup an appt at 3:30 because I work overnight. They said I couldn’t be seen because they stop drug screening at 315. I may have been able to know this if someone answered the phone when I called. I’ve been here 4 days in a week. Still having been able to take the test. Very frustrating. Wish I could put zero stars ⭐️. Wasting more gas here than on my actual job.

Carol H: I had a GREAT experience at Labcorp in Research-Brookside today! They've moved from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor, and their new space is very open and welcoming. They still have the kiosks for check-in, but there's also a technician at the window to help you if you have any questions.I took advantage of their appointment system (new to me) and when I arrived I was seen almost immediately. My phlebotomist was very proficient and put me at ease. My labs were collected quickly and I was in and out in under 15 minutes!Many kudos to Casey, my phlebotomist, for answering my questions at the front desk and then taking me immediately back for labwork. She was friendly and competent, and getting my blood drawn was actually a pleasant experience. Kudos also to Dana, the lab manager, who took the time to chat with me for a few minutes as I was checking in. She sincerely cares about creating the best experience for the lab's clients and is attentive to details about everything from the comfort of the waiting room to the rotation of her staff from front desk to back areas.I used to dread going for lab work. But I received GREAT service from Labcorp in their new setting, and actually look forward to my next appointment there!

Katrina Abella: I wish I had read the reviews before picking this location for a test so I could have avoided this place. I checked in twenty minutes prior to my scheduled appointment using the online option provided in my appointment confirmation email. I waited in my car as the e-mail instructed for forty five minutes. I called the lab the check how much longer I would have to wait because my full bladder was really uncomfortable. I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone and she stated I had not checked in and should just come in. I went into the office and there were two customers in the waiting room. The woman at the front desk instructed me to check in on the kiosk. I replied was already I was already checked in. She asked if I was the person who just called. I said yes and she asked for my order and ID. While she was checking my order, I asked if this location does not use the mobile check in as advertised. She seemed annoyed and stated I must have lost something in translation. The actual testing went quickly. I wish the front desk woman was as nice as the actual lab people.

kim smith: I went to LabCorp this morning for a Covid test needed for an upcoming vacation. I had read the reviews and was not too excited about going. The front desk gal was nice and friendly, the waiting room was nice and clean. Everything went efficiently I waited maybe five minutes went back for the test the nurse did wonderful and I was out of there quickly with every staff member being very professional. I would not hesitate to go there again!

I can confirm it is the same attitude I got as if I was bothering her by showing up to get lab work and talking condescending. I believe her name is Tammie. You will be asked to photograph your insurance card (front and back) and upload it. By taking this step you’re set up in their system. You will receive a link by text that allows you to check-in when you arrive at their office. You can skip signing in at the kiosk in their waiting room, sit down and wait. You’ve checked in on line and they’ll know that you are in the waiting room.Head’s up: GPS will direct you to the emergency room parking lot. You want to drive to the Research Medical Center Brookside Campus. Park in parking lot C. Take the elevator to the 4th floor.
William Kenefake: I had a very mixed experience in going to this location to get my blood drawn. The majority of the staff there I encountered were wonderful, but the first woman who I was assigned to draw my blood caused such a bad experience that I felt compelled to write this review. It had been a few years since I have had to get blood drawn so I was a little nervous. I thought this would be understandable but the technician drawing my blood seemed extremely annoyed that my breathing was too fast to complete getting my blood drawn. I was feeling feint and was very white but the woman sneered at me asking if I knew that I was going to get blood drawn that day like my reaction was under my control. I was feeling ill and asked to go to the restroom and this woman paid no attention to the obvious signs that I wasn’t feeling like myself, got annoyed again and told me to go and that I would have to go wait back in the lobby to try to get my blood drawn again because she had other patients to see. I somehow made it to the restroom and then back to the lobby on very wobbly legs but I was very white and in a cold sweat. I should not have been left without supervision in the state I obviously was in if I had a competent medical professional attending to me like I should have had. Luckily some other lovely technicians noticed me and got me in a room laid down and provided a lollipop. I was able to calm down and get back to myself with some water and a cold towel and was then able to finish having my blood drawn from my left arm while laying down. The technician said I should tell people in the future that I should lay down to get blood drawn in the future which I will, but why did i have to experience the first technician’s attitude and why did she not suggest that I lay down from the beginning? Frustrating experience that could have been dangerous if I had passed out in the restroom like I very nearly did.
Autumn Miller: Very crowded, made appointment and was still seen 20 min after. Lady who did blood draw was not very nice. I am a hard stick and have needle phobia. I told her this in advance. She seemed to think informing me at some point "you have got to relax" would be helpful. I tried starting a conversation to distract myself and she would only give one word answers. I can't have been her first nervous patient or hard stick. A little kindness and empathy goes a long way. Also,make sure you read the orders BEFORE you draw the blood so you don't have to do a second draw because you didn't realize you needed more. The bruise you see was the result of my blood draw. The second draw left no bruise, evidence that the first was a bad draw it was a really bad draw.
Bob Anthony: I have been referred to and used this lab for many years with no complaints. The location is perfect for me as it is not only close to my home but also in the same building as my primary care provider. Easy to find with tons of parking . I have never had to wait too long and find the check in process smooth and easy. The staff is generally friendly and efficient.

DC Kinslow: Fast in and out but made 3 trips. Ha lab didn't get faxed orders have to get lab orders from Dr.s office then go back made 3 trips for nothing
Laura MacAllister: This is my second visit here in the past 3 months and was equally less than stellar. Yes they are capable of getting the job done however do not expect any common sense as the employees are very limited by what their system will allow. Their appointment system is somewhat broken except via a computer; cell phone web and voice is very intermittent. In addi dont waste your time prefilliing insurance information, no matter what they will ask to scan your card at the kiosk at check in, which doesn't work if you use your card in your insurance company app so they will ask to see as well before they draw blood and have to type all the info in again. As fas as appointments, I recommend making one with the caveat that If they have a group of cadets walk in even when you have an appointment and it is showing on the board they will sometimes take those people ahead of the people on the board. Most likely other Laboratories are cheaper than Quest verify based on your insurance. And if you are familiar with the best and easiest way to draw blood from your own body because maybe you've had it done before; they are only begrudgingly open to some suggestions but ultimately will poke you wherever they feel like it and smile as they say it. I did not leave a review after my last visit thinking it was a fluke but as this was my second visit with a similar experience, I felt others should know.

Kevin Chestnut: In spite of the fact that they were horribly understaffed, I give this facility 5 stars. Appointments fill up fast, so think ahead to save yourself some grief. I waited about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, which is pretty darn good in this day and age.Andrea helped me, and she was amazing. She was professional, but had a very positive, professional attitude despite having to work on a Saturday (not her normal schedule) for the third week in a row.

They made a customer who hasn't had anything to eat sit and wait over 2 and a half hours and we are still waiting if I was this company I would be ashamed to work here. Robert Dickson: ZERO Stars. Even on this form you can not give lower than a one start review. Doctor called into the lab so I could drop off a urine specimen. After checking in the wait time was over an hour and a half. Reason give was they had to check insurance. The phone number was in the system and the Dr. office had called it it. When asking a person about the wait was told they prioritize by appointment first. There was only one other person in the waiting area at 07:30. I told them I did not have an hour and a half to wait and was told well wait as long as you can, There really should be a process to just drop off sames without having a ton of waiting. One would think they could look up in a computer system and see the information that was called.
Julie Lutz: Apparently they don’t take walk-ins. When you walk in and try to check in, it’ll suggest an appointment time, and it won’t actually let you check in until that time. So you have to wait in the waiting room until your appointment time. If I wanted an appointment an hour after I came to the office I would schedule that online. Don’t waste your time.
John Solomon: I had a 7:00am appointment, and arrived at 6:45am. Waited patiently until they opened door, logged in and was called back. The tech then came in and asked if I had my lab orders. My doctor/nurse confirmed faxing as Quest requests on 02.02.22 @ 9:15am. The tech said very abruptly that they did not have the doctor ordered tests, and I needed to go back out & contact my doctor. She was rude, arrogant, impatient and accusatory toward me. I was able to get my doctor to confirm faxing to the exact location and fax # requested by Quest. Furthermore, the tech told me that their fax machine had been out of order several times recently, and they had repairmen in to try and fix. So basically, she blamed me & my doctor for not sending the lab orders, yet also slammed the fax system at their office for a possible malfunction that could have affected the order arriving. Even when, 40 minutes later, my nurse re-faxed the order which was received, they had problems deciphering the codes. My nurse worked patiently with the 2nd tech who had now called me back. The first tech, hearing what was going on (had my phone on speaker so that the two could communicate), snidely commented aloud that I was bringing them a LabCorp order, and those were LabCorp codes, despite all of my assurances that the doctors office had been provided the precise address and fax # of the Quest location on N.Oak Trkwy. About an hour and a half after arriving, they drew blood & allowed me to complete the rest of the testing procedures, but it was a grueling experience. I will NEVER use them again. I will go south (30 minute drive) to my doctor & have their lab do my work. My wife is a nurse, and I have great sympathy for those in healthcare who are under so much stress & strain, but there's NO EXCUSE to be blatantly rude. I never raised my voice, and did everything possible to fix the issue during the time I was there. The other 8-9 people in the waiting room were stunned by her vitriol, and expressed sentiments that this had also happened to them at this location on more than one occasion. Use LabCorp, another Quest or your own doctor if the practice has a lab,

In a few minutes, the staff helped me figure out the issue helped me email the documents to them so they could get my tests started. Great staff!! I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

Normally this wouldn’t be a huge deal, but this test can only be done in the mornings on Saturday and there was no update given prior to let me know they were closed. In fact, I was able to sign in and they sent me a text saying they would call me when they were ready. Very disappointing.
