I called back, and the lady who answered was incredibly rude about the fact that I didn't know the extension of the person who called (they didn't leave a message). I then asked for the name of the company again, and she was again very snotty with me. It seems they should get a secretary who knows how to answer the phone in a professional manner.

David Graeff: I sent a request for proposal to this firm and received a very condescending email from Rosalee McNamara. She inferred that my "unsolicited" email was not welcome. She went out of her way to emphasize that I was not a client of her company and that I should seek services elsewhere. I sent 30 emails out looking for legal help and this is the only firm that replied in a rude and unprofessional manner. I would not recommend them under any circumstances. Attitudes like this give the law profession a bad name.
