Debi: She's fake and extremely rude!!! Did not get one single thing correct; she threw out endless names that did not resound with me whatsoever (I guess I'm at an advantage because I'm ethnic) and I still tried but SHE was the one that got her own self frustrated and told me she couldn't work with me, as if it's my fault. Wow. If you're truly working with Spirit I'm positive you would not treat me or anyone else that way. She offered to continue with the psychic reading and when I asked her will you be able to if you're saying you're not able to work with me she pretty much said no and that she'll refund me half instead and that I was taking up HER time (at the 20 min mark). When I told her that she hung up on me. How painful to open your heart to connect with loved ones and truly try your best to be open and still be treated this way. I truly don't believe she is a medium or a psychic. She's a con artist!!! Stay away!!! Karma will get her for being a rude fake.

I was having a really hard time with my love life, sister star told me what to do and what was going on (and honestly I didn't believe any of it) but she worked for me with prayers and cleansing (I would have tried anything!) Sonya Rodriguez: I went to this place thinking it was an actual "Botanica." Walked in and some old lady greets you and tells you to sit down. You won't see any items for sale beacause there's only a few statues as you enter the home. We walked out because we were looking for an actual spiritual store. I decided to go back in to do a random reading. She told me what I pretty much already knew and told me she could "break the spell" that split my husband and I apart. She charged me $600. I paid her the money on 6/21 and she then gave me all this stuff (2 Santa muerte Novenas, Polvo de Garapata, Honey Jar, an Oracion, etc.) and told me since I don't live in KC, MO., (I live in TX) that I had to do that on MY end and she would do the rest. I asked her to keep me updated on the trabajo and to send me pics of the work she's doing and all she replied via text was "OK." FF to today 7/30 and I have been messaging her since I paid her $600 and I have never got pics of my trabajo like I asked, I've only gotten maybe 4 super vague responses (Ok, Yes, No) and I have not seen any results or updates in my situation at all. Better yet, my situation worsened and I told her that and still no reply. Please save your money and find a reputable person with dignity! I truly feel I was SCAMMED!! Unless anything changes and this lady actually responds and I see results- this review will stay AS IS!
Christina Thompson: I loved the way the shop was incorporated into their family.Generations of women from bouncy 4years old to wise elder women laughing together in a wide circle as we entered. We were a little stand offish but were greeted warmly. And led into the backroom where this lady(my psychic) started reading my life from the cards. I was amazed. so was my friend as we sat there unable to speak. She answered all the questions I could think of with certainty and I will her predictions to be true ❤️ thank you!!!!!!

However if you're looking for a place that will offer you assistance, I would not recommend here. The young man that was working today seemed in a very bad mood, did not even acknowledge me until I came up to the counter to pay, and even cussed in front of me after hanging up the phone with another customer. Great products just a horrible representation of what the store is all about.
Lover of Light: Placed a phone call and received a kind recording announce they can't come to the phone because they may be with a customer. So, we drove 30 minutes to downtown to shop there. We drove by and a big orange sign on their door reads, " Yes, we're open!!!" We find parking a few blocks away and walk to the store and the door is locked because they are CLOSED!! Really, with so many way to communicate the shop could have just reported they were closed and saved their customers a lot of time and hassle.

That's a good thing, if it's changed up now and then. Will probably just start buying online.

Kage Song: Well, as the seasons change, I suppose it's time to change my review again. It turns out, I believe, that my troubles with the store were being caused by one person managing to seem a much larger problem than they were. When I've gone back in, mostly everyone working there identified exactly who it had been, that the person had moved on, and that they wanted me to come back (I mean, it is a store afterall, lol). Since then I've bought several tarot decks, and at least one book and I've been very happy with my experiences again.

Ross helped us with the jewelry and I picked out a ring that already means so much to me! I've been wanting to find a prettier ring but not from just any lame corporation so when we found the one in the picture I added here, I was so ecstatic that not only was it beautiful but it came from a place that is close to my partners and her family's heart! This store has encouraged me to try and better understand crystals and other precious rocks. There were so many to choose from but I will be better prepared to pick a couple out next time we go by. This is in the top 3 metaphysical stores IN THE COUNTRY!!!
