Sonya Rodriguez: I went to this place thinking it was an actual "Botanica." Walked in and some old lady greets you and tells you to sit down. You won't see any items for sale beacause there's only a few statues as you enter the home. We walked out because we were looking for an actual spiritual store. I decided to go back in to do a random reading. She told me what I pretty much already knew and told me she could "break the spell" that split my husband and I apart. She charged me $600. I paid her the money on 6/21 and she then gave me all this stuff (2 Santa muerte Novenas, Polvo de Garapata, Honey Jar, an Oracion, etc.) and told me since I don't live in KC, MO., (I live in TX) that I had to do that on MY end and she would do the rest. I asked her to keep me updated on the trabajo and to send me pics of the work she's doing and all she replied via text was "OK." FF to today 7/30 and I have been messaging her since I paid her $600 and I have never got pics of my trabajo like I asked, I've only gotten maybe 4 super vague responses (Ok, Yes, No) and I have not seen any results or updates in my situation at all. Better yet, my situation worsened and I told her that and still no reply. Please save your money and find a reputable person with dignity! I truly feel I was SCAMMED!! Unless anything changes and this lady actually responds and I see results- this review will stay AS IS!
Christina Thompson: I loved the way the shop was incorporated into their family.Generations of women from bouncy 4years old to wise elder women laughing together in a wide circle as we entered. We were a little stand offish but were greeted warmly. And led into the backroom where this lady(my psychic) started reading my life from the cards. I was amazed. so was my friend as we sat there unable to speak. She answered all the questions I could think of with certainty and I will her predictions to be true ❤️ thank you!!!!!!
Awura Oduro-Kwarten: This woman is powerful. I’m surprised her customers haven’t posted reviews. She can read you in second. She sees what’s going on in your life. Everything she told me, she was on point. If you’re debating on whether you should see her or not. Stop it. Get in the damn car and let her read you!

Najah Ray: Got to the bookstore at 11:27am on a Wednesday and could not get in. I called twice, no answer. so I would suggest calling and speaking to someone before driving there! Seems like a great little book tho. Will try again a different day and hope for a better experience.

Tristan Davis: Cute store, great jewelry. The staircase to access the store is right next to the entrance of Blue Koi. However if you're looking for a place that will offer you assistance, I would not recommend here. The young man that was working today seemed in a very bad mood, did not even acknowledge me until I came up to the counter to pay, and even cussed in front of me after hanging up the phone with another customer. Great products just a horrible representation of what the store is all about.
Lover of Light: Placed a phone call and received a kind recording announce they can't come to the phone because they may be with a customer. So, we drove 30 minutes to downtown to shop there. We drove by and a big orange sign on their door reads, " Yes, we're open!!!" We find parking a few blocks away and walk to the store and the door is locked because they are CLOSED!! Really, with so many way to communicate the shop could have just reported they were closed and saved their customers a lot of time and hassle.
Kris Lana: I've been here numerous times in the past. Love the shop. However today (my birthday) I decided to come back. Hours say 11am - 7pm on Saturdays. We got there at 3pm. Door was locked. No one answered the phone number. And I even used the door knocker. No answer. Very disappointed today...
Kelsye Hagar: They took the time to specifically research through their crystal books to see if they could help me find what I was looking for even though they knew they probably didn't have it. Some of the prices were a little high but, for the most part, the quality seemed to match the price. Very pleasant experience.

Marcy The Diesel Gypsy: I use to love going in here to buy Crystal's but lately the sales staff seems disconnected (except to their phone), there's never anything new, when they run out of a particular crystal, they just replace it with something random. It's ok to visit once or twice, but boring as a steady supply. Wish they were more involved. They expect their merchandise to sell itself, I guess. That's a good thing, if it's changed up now and then. Will probably just start buying online.
Shawn Lynn-Bequette: My family and I recently shopped at this store. We where looking for crystals and jewelry. My mother purchased 3 rings for the women in the family. I was told by the sales person that my ring was aquamarine in a 925 silver setting. It's not. In fact none of the rings are real. All glass with plated silver. I will never buy anything here again!Your reputation as a metaphysical store selling fake jewelry is not a wise choice!!!
