Dan: Stood in the rain watching shuttle after shuttle go by for 20 minutes. Called the parking spot terminal and they said be right there. Took another 10 before someone came. In total spent 30 minutes before someone picked me up, nice and soaked. You get better service from economy parking.
Victoria Hunter: First time using this service, at it was amazingly simple. I scanned my code, an attendant came out immediately and told me where to park. The second I parked, a shuttle bus was right there. The driver loaded our bags he made a few more stops to pick up others. He dropped us off, and told us exactly where to go for check-in/security. And gave us a card.Upon are return, the card told us exactly where to go for pick-up. They run fairly frequently, so it’s never more than a 5 min wait. There were quite a few of us, but everyone was in great moods, and we were able to joke with them and the driver back to our cars.We must’ve struck gold, cuz we were the first ones delivered to our vehicle! I paid the higher price (3$) more per day for covered parking. The driver unloaded our bags and loaded them into my vehicle.The only thing I felt bad about was I never carry cash with me, and they don’t have a “tip” feature on their website. I will know better next time.They really do take care of you, they are located right off the highway, and get you to the airport within minutes of arrival.I was very impressed, absolutely top-notch
Lindsay D: I cannot recommend this parking spot and service enough! I had the most stressful weekend flying out to see my grandmother before she passes. I left my computer in one of their shuttles and all of the staff I talked to over the phone was so helpful and communicative. I got my computer back and I will definitely be going back to park next time I fly. Highly recommended. GreaT people working here!

Shelley Chenault: It is convenient, affordable, & nice to be dropped off right at your car when you return back. I would like to suggest that the app has a feature to let you signal for a driver to come pick you up to catch your flight because I stood in the spot they told me where pickup was for over 15 minutes before a bus came by dropping off people at their cars for their return home flights that he let someone know to come pick me up. This needs to improve! It was super hot and humid.

adam weber: We went to see the WWI memorial and all I can say is, wow. What first started out with us thinking it was going to be a 45 minute, maybe an hour, tour ended up taking us about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. We were so amazed at all of the displays and the history there we didn't want to leave. They did such an amazing job with the entire place you'd almost think you were at a memorial in Washington DC.If you like history or museums or want to learn about WWI, you MUST come here. Also, I'd recommend adding the tower ticket with your purchase. It's only a couple of bucks more and you see a unique 360° view of the entire city.If I could, I'd rate this place 100/5 stars.
