David Eskelin: Many improvements have been made on this garage, including added security to keep transients out of the stairwells. New lighting and pavement are additional improvements.But even with these improvements it is STILL a downtown parking garage. No safer, or less safe than any of the others.
Jenkins Family: Do not use*****Absolute crooks called this company to let the know their door frame hit my car upon exit and they told me that it was my fault for their faulty door. Do Not Use!!!!! Said their cameras may or may not have been working during that time absolutely crooked.
JRKC: It’s absolutely disgusting. The stairwells smell like mildew and trash. Poor upkeep in parking areas. It’s a joke.

Ashley Rohrbach: Parked here to walk to union station and Lego land… as we were leaving the parking garage- the pay gate was not accepting payment - we couldn’t get out- I called for assistance - spoke with a guy I could barely understand- he told me to find another exit- and hung up on us. Not helpful.So we eventually , after going up a couple floors, found another exit- same thing “not able to accept payment at this time”I called for assistance again- same unhelpful guy picked up - sounded like the same. At that point there was a line of people in that parking garage also trying to exit. Finally he just let us out by opening the gate. Didn’t have to pay to park. Because their payment system was not working. It was a very frustrating situation.

Jason Drossel: Convenient parking but the card readers do not work properly. Lucky I had cash on hand. If you need help, there is no one there!

Frank X: Very convenient location to union station, crown center and planetarium. Charges are cheaper than most places. Only $10 for an entire day. Weekdays parking was almost empty.
A B: Paid parking, owned by some rich real estate person and they get free money for basically nothing. I'll find free public parking (that we already pay taxes for) and walk! I hate downtown cities..

Global Commodity Analytics: Excellent place to park--1st time using and it was very simple. Just pay attention to the signs at the gates and when you pay to exit.
Lin Coad: Worst customer service ever! Parked here to attend exhibit. Scanned ticket, message on scanner said that ticket had been previously used. Tried a couple of times. Cars stacked up behind me. Pushed HELP button. Nothing happened. No one came. After all other cars diverted, I was able to backup and tried other kiosk. Same results and no help. After 30 min. of waiting, I did the lost ticket option, which charged me 3 times the normal amt. Eventually I was given a number for the office. Over the next couple of days, I left 3 msgs. No one ever returned my call.
Shay Hanysak: Easy to find and access from the highway. Walking distance to Union Station and many of the associated attractions. Great rates. Clean stairwells. Only drawback was that each space is pretty narrow, especially if you are driving a larger vehicle like an SU. Will definitely plan on parking here in the future.

M W: Entrance on the north side. Traffic flow can be confusing. Used this building when visiting the IRS as an employee. Parked here while no badge for main campus.

Kimmie Hasty: The staff is always awesome to deal with when having a problem.
Leah Lambart: Very nice (and HUGE) parking garage. The bottom levels fill up fast during the day but I'm usually able to get a spot up top is nothing else is open. The ramps are all on one end which makes going up and down simpler. The spots are angle parking so it's easy to get in and out.
Howard Wisdom: Great parking garage when visiting someone in the garage.
Bob: Easy in and out, very fair price. We felt safe and secure.
James Tucker: Expensive and the check takes a while to work . The tickets take some time to go through.
