Delesia Hill: This is my first time trying this restaurant. When I went in the staff were helpful and friendly! Not a bad price for the amount of food you get but it was a little bland. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast. The eggs were over cooked and the hash browns were undercooked and under seasoned. The steak itself was good. I may try again at a later date to see if maybe it was just an off day.

Debi Cogburn: I had the French dip ciabatta (deluxe) sandwich with AuJus tonight. OMG that is the very best. Corner Cafe could learn a thing tor three. (My typical go-to when I go there). My first bite was not dipped, I knew at that moment, this was gonna be a delicious meal. I am so glad I have leftovers! However, I was very disappointed in the selection of salad dressings. I'm not a fan of Bacon Ranch, Balsamic Vinegar or Italian. Who doesn't have French? Black Bear, that's who.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience, though.So long as your expectations are set properly and you don't expect your server to really have any sort of clue about what it means to work in the hospitality business, you will be fine.It's a bit of a shame because the food was good and worthy of a return trip, but creating a good customer experience with decent, basic service simply means a lot.I understood from the hostess, who was actually really welcoming, engaging, and nice, that there have been repeated comments about this particular server. If this is truly the case, why hasn't this person been addressed??Sorry black bear, I will support other merchants that get it!

Ronald Singell: First time here, and I was super impressed. The food, service, and prices were awesome. The portions are giant compared to just about everywhere these days, especially for the price! Food came fast and was absolutely great. Everything tasted fresh, and if anything came out of a microwave, it did not taste like it. David Vasquez: I've always had a pleasant experience when dining at this restaurant. The service is always kind and positive. They are very mindful of your needs and if there's an issue with your food, they don't hesitate to make it right. The size of the pancakes are huge as well as delicious. I totally recommend you try them at some point. I have never had any issues with their service or food since i first came here. I can honestly say this restaurant ranks in the top of best places to dine in, just because of how great of an experience I've had time and time again.

M G: First, the meal wasn't served inside the Hereford House, being that it was Mother's Day it was served in the Banquet Hall adjoining to the Hotel..I'd say it was organized chaos..the food was in abundance and it was several things to choose from but because it was in Giant pans under heat a lot was overcooked and some of it wasn't good considering the price was 39$ per person. It was 4 of us and they put gratuity on our bill, which we weren't made aware of before hand. As I said several food items to choose from but not worth 39$ and additional gratuity wasn't appreciated ..also because it was 2 and 2 myself and my son...my friend and her daughter. I wouldn't do it again. Lacey Fine: Took my bf's mother here for Mother's Day. The appetizers weren't really our favorite, we felt the mushrooms were a lil too salty and the spinach dip had a weird sweetness to it but that could just be how we thought it tasted, they were present freshly and looked good. Our steaks were amazing. We got The Ribeye, Cowboy, and Prime Rib. They were all cooked perfectly rare and seasoned amazing. The waiter (Drew) was super nice and attentive even though he was so busy. Poor guy was running back and forth the whole time. He did a great job with the bread pudding fire display though! Quite fun to see and it was delicious.

Stan Conner: I am so bad at names... We ate here Monday the 17th 3pm. I overheard they were short servers. The young man that served us was so personable and very attentive to our needs/requests. The food was cooked as requested, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and we did not feel rushed. When we were ready to leave, we did not have to wait long. As I said, our server was attentive and checked on us continually. Great food, great friendly staff, and great atmosphere. We will be back!5/14/23 Very disappointed. We will never return to any Hereford House. I reserved a table for 2. We arrived only to find a line waiting for their Mother's Day Buffet @ $40 a plate. $80 for bacon and eggs? No thank you.If I wanted buffet, Golden Corral is around the corner. NO THANK YOU.Big thumbs down.
