Jad Crouch: Do not use this car wash. I bought the most expensive car wash expecting a decent wash, I had fairly low expectations. I should have bought the cheapest one. Same car wash level and the vacuum token is not worth using. There wad no suction speak of and no attendant on duty to help.Service:Full body wash
Derrick Butler: You get what you paid for. It is soap and water (smells like when you leave clothes in water for a couple of days). In a rush, it will do, but not the best

Holly Dunnam: If I could give it negative Stars I would this is the worst car wash I have ever been to. We only got the truck half rinsed before the water stopped. And then we only got it half dry before the air stopped. When we went to the vacuum cleaners they don't work the suction on them is horrible. And the air freshener smelled lousy. There's nobody there to talk to, even though there was an employee, he would not open the door. Save your money and go somewhere else, it is so not worth it!!Service:Full body wash
arianna calderon: Sprayed soap but didn’t rinse or dry car. Put radio station for instructions but nothing came on. Disappointed don’t go here.

Iva Lopez: While it has good prices, you can't see while driving forward to the please you need to stop, without having to wipe off the soap from your windshield with your wiper. This causes the windshield to not get as clean as it does in other car wash places.

This car wash tore the chrome siding off my brand new car, and I reported this to the owner and NOTHING has been done to contact me or repair what damage has been done: an employee was watching as the car wash saw this happen and after exiting the wash he spoke to me saying he was not in charge and could do nothing to help and gave me a number to text: this is absolutely terrible customer service relations and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH, horrible!

Julie Suppes: I desperately needed someone to come and remove the smell of a dead chipmunk from my vehicle- having a three week old baby at home, made it difficult to travel for services. Ride and Shine not only came to my house, but were able to perform a full interior detail cleaning and ozone treatment which completely removed the smell in my car. Now it looks and smells brand new! Everyone who worked on the car and coordinated the appointment were very nice and considerate. They even were able to text all communications which was very thoughtful given that I was usually holding a sleeping baby and talking on the phone is not very convenient. The price was also cheaper than previous detailings I’ve had elsewhere.

Alex Grammer: I received my car back on 6/6/23 when started I would have it back 4/26/23 it took 7 time of them repainting not only that but every time they would state my car was done it would look awful something that a body shop would notice. my car had a scrap from getting sideswiped that should of only taken a week to be done. Not only did the outside not look good but when I did received it was dirty inside after the GM Justin stated “we will do a full interior detail because of your inconvenience”, and that in fact did not happen. Had there former painter make rude comments to me and tried to belittle me was every unprofessional.

Destiny Andrews: I took my car in to Auto Beauty Center to be detailed and have my windows replaced. I received some of the best customer service from them! We had a slight issue with my vehicle not being ready on time and Brett Starr allowed me to use a company vehicle because I needed to get my daughter to basketball practice! Not only did he do that he took the time to interact with her and show her some of his basketball moves! (He used to play college ball). He was super friendly and outgoing.Today when it was time for me to receive my vehicle back a man named Ray was bringing my car to my home- I apparently dropped my car off with very low gas! (Bad habit of running on low gas lol) he put $5 in my tank of his own money! I of course had no cash on me and I plan on bringing him back some money, altho he declined wanting it back. It was just so kind of him to take money from his own pocket. He was also super friendly and made sure to touch up some last minute prints on my car before leaving!!Your staff is wonderful and deserve to be recognized for it!! Thank you all so much!
