And then we only got it half dry before the air stopped. When we went to the vacuum cleaners they don't work the suction on them is horrible. And the air freshener smelled lousy. I pointed out to the employee spots that were clearly missed (but they did fix them) informed that tar removal was a totally separate package (which I wasn’t aware l they had an ala carte which you have to sign up for prior to performing the service). This was not much better detail than I receive at a car wash for $26. They want another $60 to come out and rewash the car to remove the tar. Nope not in this lifetime.**I spoke with the owner after the service was complete . That’s when I was made aware the removal of road tar would be an extra $60 as they are required to rewash the car. For $250 I should not have to point out their lack of attention to detail. I reviewed their website which makes no mention of extra cost required for tar. Removal.Service:Full body wash

My current car has light colored cloth seats and though I love them, when I first purchased the vehicle I did not realize how easily they got dirty. It took me a while to finally get around to it and Turbo Mobile Detailing did not disappoint. They were nice enough to clean both my seats and worked with me on pricing and they looked brand new when they were done. They were very attentive and accommodating while I waited and the location was right up the street from me. Also, a maddening lack of organization here leads to another poor-quality aspect of their services: four vehicles which came through the wash tunnel after I did were serviced first in the detail bays. There is no attempt, or visible method of queuing vehicles in order of arrival here. If your time is as valuable to you as mine is to me you may wish to save your $, time, and good blood pressure readings and search for these services elsewhere. Time to re-think the monthly detailing passes for multiple vehicles with this business. Total time on site today: 52 minutes. Result: smeared windows, side-view mirrors also smeared, interior STILL dirty (as happened yesterday). Have no more time today to waste on having any of these problems addressed. KR Wilson: GO, somewhere else. The menu of services was not clear about add on services. I told the attendant what I was after, charged for a wash and interior wipe down, and vacuum and then on to the wash and detailing service. Car was not well cleaned and interior service was not complete. Flooring mats put back in car muddy (realized later) and there was incomplete interior wipe down and vacuum (see pics). Last, then I had to find the keys to the car as all the detailers disappeared and the keys were not in car. I wish I had paid better attention, all seemed to be going well. It is beyond comprehension, this place used to be much better.
