Paula Weddle: Never had an issue with the people. Although cigs are extremely expensive, they do their best to keep prices lower then other retailers.

Nicholas: I’ve been going here for over 3 years I won’t go anywhere else. They have the best prices & selection of anything from random merch to cigarettes to literally fine cigars in a walk in humidor to CBD lotto etc. the staff are extremely friendly and considerate and they have a loyalty rewards program which is really great!! Even if you live 30min away I promise it’s well worth the drive and you’re still saving money and getting quality products and customer service!!

Erica Dobbs: The service in this place is terrible. I haven’t felt so uncomfortable in a place of business in a long time. When I came in, the person greeted me and asked what I was looking for, fine. When I started asking questions about the product that I needed he got irritated like I was asking dumb questions. He threw the two products on the shelf I was asking about, and said “they all come with packs”. Then as I proceed to read the products information another older man comes to the counter and just watches me the whole time. Doesn’t speak or anything. At this point I’m feeling like I don’t belong here and this is DEFINITELY a good ole boy store. I proceed to speak to the gentlemen and he responded annoyed as if I shouldn’t be talking to him. All they were missing were confederate flags and KKK hoods. Wish I didn’t need what I need when I needed it b/c I DEFINITELY wouldn’t have spent my money here.

Loren Vales: I spoke with a very nice person over the phone and asked if they had Quick Fix in stock. She confirmed that they had 5 in stock. Two days later, I came to the store and an older gentleman with a white beard appeared from the back. I asked him if he had Quick Fix. Without hesitation, he told me that they don’t carry it and asked me to leave. Confused that I may have gone to the wrong place, I went back to my car and I called the number to hopefully speak with the woman who told me they had it in stock.The number connected me to the man who told me they didn’t have it in stock. He rudely told me that it was not in stock and hung up. I called around and couldn’t find another local place that had this product. So I took a deep breath and walked back into the store. My goal was to just browse, hopefully see it, and be on my way. Worse case scenario, I didn’t see it and I leave. I walked in, looked to my right, and saw 5 Quick Fix products in the glass case. It was in stock. I let the man know that this was the product I was looking for and if I can please buy it.If it wasn’t for the fact that the product is hard to find, I would have taken my business elsewhere, but I really needed it. I don’t understand why the man was so rude to me. Was it bc I was wearing a mask? I was polite and didn’t give him any reason to be rude to me. So disappointing bc I had also planned to buy a few more things, but I was so turned off by the poor customer service.Edit: fixed grammar and typos

Robert Johnston: This evening the clerk locked the door as I was approaching. Whether I was seen or not, they closed five minutes early and my tap at the door was ignored. The 3-pack promo on Marlboro product is pretty decent but otherwise it’s just a flea market. 7:25 is not closing time. Shame on them. The dollar store next door was happy to take my money.

I stopped here because of a digital coupon I had for Kool cigarettes. I purchased a carton of kools with .50 off per pack from the manufacturer and I had a $7.00 off coupon. That's a $12 discount. I was thinking to myself, wow, that's going to be a nice price from the $63 I'm used to paying..tax included. I was literally floored when the total came to $61.40.Where's the discount???I sense dishonesty here, especially when he sold me a white carton saying not for sale.Shop around, this place does not have the lowest prices on Kools or he just ripped me off and made an additional $12 on the sale.

Vanessa Vandermillion: Been going here since about 2016. First to the Northtowne location, which closed after CoViD and now to the Independence location. The staff are always incredibly friendly and personable. I would give them a 5 if they weren’t consistently out of the product I (and many others) love. Then it takes forever for shipments to arrive and while I know that’s mainly the suppliers fault, it is frustrating having to scramble to find something else when you have no idea when another shipment might be coming. Last time, I bought 5 of the 15 packs they had left in my flavor, thinking surely they’d have more in a month because that’s how long it would take me to go through 5 of them and a month was plenty time for an order to arrive… Sadly, I was wrong. I don’t understand why they don’t do double or triple orders of popular flavors, but like I said, super frustrating.

Vapor maven a mile down the road on noland can hook you up and on top of that vapor up is charging $100 for a $30 item that vapor maven is selling.... Run away from vapor up as fast as you can.

I know this has to do with the supplier but it does make things difficult when trying to quit smoking if I can't get the product when I need it.That said, the shopkeepers are really knowledgeable about good substitutions when they are out of my first choices.

It was a good experience but in returning the selection is half what it was and the guy working was very condescending. To the point of say or correcting me that the piece I was looking at was an ash catcher . I simply said if you add a j hook mouth piece it would be a mini bong. To that he said that was not what it is used for. I think I know what the original use was and found a way to make it work better in other situations. He should get a little more customer service training.
