Chris Chubick: It's hit n miss here on sizing. You really have to take some time and look in this place and you can find things that are good deals. All the employees we doubt with here we're very friendly and courteous

Munkaman Productions LLC: We came in 4-15-23 & we’re trying to put my Granddaughter in basket & I guess one of the employees was having a bad day. She (lady in red & black plaid shirt, brown hair) was walking over us slamming carts, she went behind the counter afterwards. Extremely rude. 1st time there is the last. Couldn’t leave 0 stars but would’ve!
Talitha McFadden James: Racist, on a numerous of occasions I caught them wiping down the counter that is supposed to be wiped down in between each transaction, on when African America folks left the counter and leaving up unwired when a Caucasian left the counter. This happened with three different register while just patiently waiting for our turn in line then they did it to us. Also just want to say their policy for returns is also unacceptable if someone one can prove they purchased an item even without a receipt their money should be returned. Won't shop there again.....

Elle J: Do you not visit the store? Unless you have at least 30 to 45 minutes allotted to stand in line. They never have all of the registers open and I love TJ Maxx but after visiting this one several times, I can actually save time by driving all the way to Overland Park. If it was once or twice, or even during holiday season, I would understand, but this one is consistently understaffed.

AJ Hullett: This store continues to get worse. It is so disappointing!!! I used to absolutely LOVE coming here and shopping it’s one of my most favorite stores! However I don’t think I will ever go back to this location unless things change. The line is absolutely horrible! And there is always workers standing around and not getting on registers?! What is wrong with the management here? At my store when the lines get long we as managers get on the registers. We don’t stand around looking at a pair of shoes?! After I waited almost an hour in line today I witnessed who I assume to maybe be a manager come up to a register to help, she helped one person then went to the back. Leaving the line to continue to grow past the door. Thanks for all your wonderful customer service!
Sarah Hamilton-Tyrrell: A line 22 deep on a Thursday afternoon is ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency on the part of the 3 cashiers who are behind the counter. And maybe someone, anyone else in the store might be trained to help people BUY stuff??? Get it together TJM.

N J: 4/15 midday: I had 3 too many items of clothing for the dressing room and the person working the rooms seemed annoyed at that, but offered to hold the 3 items. I was back in about 8 minutes and asked if I could try on the remaining 3 items. She said they had been taken and feigned an apology though she clearly did it on purpose. Weird behavior.

I came in for a purse I found a purse I found a necklace I wanted to see some jewelry but the lady was tied a up with a customer....I tried on a cheap pair of shoes I went through housewares my favorite section... that's when there loss prevention guy came out of the office and followed me around the store I found a dog toy I went straight to the regiser.... all together not a great shopping experience for me.
Les Bro: The parking lot was clean and safe. The store was clean and well organized. They had a nice selection of things. They even had a Chiefs gear rack and wall.I always have loved their women's spring clothing collection. They had the CUTEST wide-legged slacks and blouses.It's worth a stop to check them out.

Alissa Fehr: The store typically has everything I'm looking for, and of course, everything I don't. My favorite thing about this place is that I can get so many organization things and toys for a very good price. The line typically moves pretty quick when you're ready to check out. My only complaint is how annoying it is to buy something big, and I can't take the carts out because there's no cart return. I almost always have my baby with me, and it's not necessarily feasible to take the cart back to the store while it's raining, with a 1.5 year old. So, I carry everything plus my son so I don't have to go back to the store.

Vicki Belzer: When I walked in, the whole store had an overwhelming stench of body odor!I decided to stick it out hoping the odor would dissipate. Either it did, or I got used to it.I love their selection as I find different and new things each time I go and the prices are reasonable.I went right after they opened and was surprised they only had 2 cashiers as there was a decent sized line when I checked out. Thankfully the wait went relatively quickly.
Spencer S: The cashiers really pressure you into signing up for their credit card. I recently turned 18 and now I’m in debt to Homegoods because their employees are so pushy. Products are okay. The cutting board I bought is already warping, not even a month after use. Store is very disorganized and chaotic to walk through.
